Abstract

技术领域
本发明针对液压驱动发电机,并且更具体地,针对在发电机的速率和负载变化的情况下产生恒定的输出电压的液压驱动发电机。
背景技术
已知在现有技术中将液压发动机与发电机相结合。当前系统存在的一个问题是需要电池组或者其它的电启动电流源。在许多应用中,电力的使用昂贵且不方便的,或者是政府法规禁止将电力输送到机器所在的位置。此外,这些系统对液压发动机的速率进行调整以调节输出电压。因而,现有技术中存在对满足这些要求和克服这些缺陷的系统的需要。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种系统,该系统不使用电池组或者其它电启动电流源就产生启动电流。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种系统,该系统在发电机速率和负载变化的情况下产生恒定的输出电压。
本发明的更进一步的目的是提供一种系统,在该系统中,液压发动机的速率被稳定在可接受范围内。
基于以下所述的说明书、附图以及权利要求,这些以及其它的目的对于本领域的技术人员之一是显而易见的。
发明内容
一种用于液压供电发电机的系统,所述系统具有连接到发电机上的液压发动机。发电机具有提供转子中的磁场激励电流的磁场线圈。转子还具有提供初始磁场激励电流的永磁体。稳压器被连接到转子上以调整所述磁场线圈中的电流,从而在所述发电机的速率和负载变化的情况下维持恒定的输出电压。

具体实施方式
参照附图,用于液压驱动发电机的系统10包括液压泵12和液压发动机14,液压泵12被连接到液压发动机14上并且与液压发动机14流体连通。在一个实施例中,液压流量控制阀16内联(in-line)连接在液压泵12与液压发动机14之间,从而如果液压流体流量的来源还未稳定,则例如在没有其它液压负载的情况下使用固定排量泵来将液压发动机14的速率稳定在可接受范围内。
液压发动机14上连接有刷式旋转磁场(BFR,brushed rotating field)发电机18,发电机18具有在转子22中提供励磁电流的磁场线圈。在转子22内设置有提供初始励磁电流以启动发电机进程的永磁体24,该初始励磁电流消除了对电池组或者替代的启动电流源的需求。
发电机18具有电子控制器或者稳压器26,电子控制器或者稳压器26连接到转子22上以调整磁场线圈20中的电流,从而在发电机18的速率和负载变化的情况下维持恒定的输出电压。在一个实施例中,发电机具有一个或更多个将AC输出转换为DC输出的整流器28。
在运行中,以可接受的流量速率将流体从液压泵12提供到液压发动机14。发动机22中的永磁体24提供初始励磁电流以启动发电进程并且产生输出电压。在发电机18的速率和负载变化的情况下,稳压器26对磁场线圈20中的电流进行调整以维持恒定的输出电压。
因而,公开了一种用于液压发电机的系统,该系统产生恒定的输出电压并且至少符合全部所述目的。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于液压驱动发电机的系统,包括:
液压泵,与液压发动机液体连通;
刷式旋转磁场发电机,具有提供转子中的磁场激励的磁场线圈,其中,所述发电机连接到所述液压发动机上;
永磁体,安装在所述转子内部;以及
稳压器,附接到所述转子上以调整所述磁场线圈中的电流,从而在所述发电机的速率和负载变化的情况下维持恒定的输出电压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述发电机具有至少一个整流器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述泵为可变速排量泵并且液压流量控制阀内联连接在所述泵与所述发动机之间。
