湿氯专用阀,包括阀体,阀体上设置有阀盖和内阀杆,内阀杆上设置有波纹管、填料和阀瓣,填料上方设置有压板,压板通过螺母和六角螺栓与阀盖连接固定,所述阀体内壁、阀杆、阀瓣和填料进行全方位立体式衬氟F46,波纹管采用F46材质加工成型,波纹管上端使用宽体设计,波纹管上设置有嵌入式加强片,波纹管外缘放在阀盖与阀体接触端面上设计的凹槽内,经螺母和双头螺栓连接将阀体、阀盖和波纹管锁紧固定;内阀杆上端通过连接块和连接螺丝连接设置有外阀杆,外阀杆上设置有手轮,手轮上方设置有手轮螺母,手轮下方设置有阀母,阀母上设置有限位环和限位螺栓,阀体上还设置有开度指示器。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业阀门领域,特别涉及一种湿氯专用阀。
背景技术
湿氯是氯气工业中腐蚀性最强的介质,通常情况下使用在湿氯上的阀门采用普通氯气截止阀或是普通的波纹管截止阀,其应用在湿氯管道中存在如下缺陷:普通的氯气截止阀的材质(阀体通常采用316或是316L,阀瓣和阀座堆焊+Stellite司太立)根本无法阻挡湿氯的高腐蚀性,基本上在30日之内就会将阀门组件严重腐蚀,导致失效,存在严重安全隐患,如果频繁更换将带来高额的成本;在氯气介质的生产与输送中,普通的氯气阀门基本上使用填料来实现密封,在频繁的开启与关闭中,阀杆与填料产生径向和轴向两种叠加的摩擦。填料极容易磨损,如未及时发现与更换填料,管道内介质的很可能外泄,造成严重事故;部分已采用普通的波纹管截止阀的氯气管线上,虽然实现了双重密封,提高了密封性能,但是直接接触介质的核心组件材质,尤其是波纹管选用的都是金属材质,比如哈氏合金和蒙乃尔合金等,仍然无法阻挡腐蚀性,在高腐蚀性的湿氯管线上,很容易出现波纹管失效的情况,无论内漏还是外泄,后果都将非常严重,轻则造成企业的经济损失,严重者将危及从业人员的生命安全,甚至可能造成群体事件。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种湿氯专用阀,可以很好的克服现有技术中的不足。
湿氯专用阀,包括阀体,阀体上设置有阀盖和内阀杆,内阀杆上设置有波纹管、填料和阀瓣,填料上方设置有压板,压板通过螺母和六角螺栓与阀盖连接固定;阀体内壁、内阀杆、阀瓣和填料进行全方位立体式衬氟F46,内阀杆、波纹管、阀瓣和填料为一体式组件,波纹管采用F46材质加工成型,波纹管上端使用宽体设计,波纹管上设置有嵌入式加强片,该加强片采用65Mn材质,外部形状圆形,与波纹管贴合,内部形状齿轮状,与内阀杆贴合,波纹管外缘放在阀盖与阀体接触端面上设计的凹槽内,经螺母和双头螺栓将阀体、阀盖和波纹管连接锁紧固定;内阀杆上端通过连接块和连接螺丝连接设置有外阀杆,外阀杆上设置有手轮,手轮上方设置有手轮螺母,手轮下方设置有阀母,阀母上设置有限位环和限位螺栓;阀体上还设置有开度指示器。
本发明提供的湿氯专用阀的有益效果是经过研发改进,将阀体及能接触到介质的阀门组件进行了全方位立体式衬F46,F46是四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯的共聚物聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP),其中六氟丙烯的含量为15%,四氟乙烯的含量为85%,是聚四氟乙烯的改性材料,F46具有优异的化学稳定性,与其他化学品接触时均不会被腐蚀,能完全阻挡湿氯带来的腐蚀性,确保阀门在管线上的使用安全;在波纹管阀门具有的波纹管加填料的双密封结构形式的基础上,对关键核心部位阀杆、阀瓣、密封钵、填料和最核心的波纹管进行一体式设计并全方位立体式衬氟,使其成为具有密封、防腐蚀、提高使用寿命等多项功能集聚一身的高安全性专用阀门;核心密封组件波纹管,直接采用F46材质精密加工一次成型,以DN25口径阀门为例,其厚度可达到1.8mm,利用材质优良的抗疲劳强度,实现开关次数达到1.5万次以上,考虑到高压力下新型波纹管的抗压能力不足,容易变形,特别研发设计了嵌入式波纹管加强片,该加强片采用65Mn材质,外部形状圆形,与波纹管贴合,内部形状齿轮状,与阀杆贴合,实现在一定压力下波纹管不变形,将加强片嵌入到每个波纹中,从而提高了新型材质波纹管的抗压能力,最高压力可达到PN8.0,高于JB/T9092试验与检验标准,波纹管既实现密封功能,又保护了阀杆,同时材质又是耐腐材料,实现了革命性突破,彻底提高了阀门的安全性能和适用寿命,针对介质的特性特别增设了开度指示器,改变传统截止阀单凭进行经验调节的原始操作法。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种湿氯专用阀,包括阀体1,阀体1上设置有阀盖5和内阀杆4,内阀杆4上设置有波纹管3、填料8和阀瓣2,填料8上方设置有压板9,压板通过螺母和六角螺栓与阀盖5连接固定;阀体1内壁、内阀杆4、阀瓣2和填料8进行全方位立体式衬氟F46,内阀杆4、波纹管3、阀瓣2和填料8为一体式组件,波纹管4采用F46材质加工成型,波纹管4上端使用宽体设计,波纹管4上设置有嵌入式加强片21,该加强片21采用65Mn材质,外部形状为圆形,与波纹管3贴合,内部形为状齿轮状,与内阀杆4贴合,波纹管3外缘放在阀盖5与阀体1接触端面上设计的凹槽内,经螺母和双头螺栓将阀体1、阀盖5和波纹管3连接锁紧固定;内阀杆4上端通过连接块10和连接螺丝11连接设置有外阀杆18,外阀杆18上设置有手轮13,手轮13上方设置有手轮螺母14,手轮13下方设置有阀母12,阀母12上设置有限位环16和限位螺母15;阀体1上还设置有开度指示器17。
内阀杆4、波纹管3、阀瓣2和填料8为一体式组件,波纹管3上端使用宽体设计,成为实质意义上的密封钵,其外缘放在阀盖5与阀体1中道的凹槽内,形成除填料密封外的另一道密封,该设计除了拥有波纹管阀门的特性外,当阀门开启时,内阀杆4作轴向运动,湿氯介质通过立体式衬氟的阀体1,保证使用安全,当阀门开到限位环16触及阀母12时,阀门将无法进一步向上开启,以防止波纹管3过度压缩而产生失效或使用寿命降低的问题,一体式核心组件,同样做轴向运动,保证高密封性和适用寿命,确保无泄漏,波纹管3为F46材质一次加工成型,内部嵌入加强片21提高抗压能力,解决高腐蚀性介质波纹管阀门的材质限制,实现专用,开度指示器精确指示流量,达到流量调节的精准控制。

1.湿氯专用阀,包括阀体,阀体上设置有阀盖和内阀杆,内阀杆上设置有波纹管、填料和阀瓣,填料上方设置有压板,压板通过螺母和六角螺栓与阀盖连接固定,所述阀体内壁、内阀杆、阀瓣和填料进行全方位立体式衬氟F46,内阀杆、波纹管、阀瓣和填料为一体式组件,波纹管采用F46材质加工成型,波纹管上端使用宽体设计,波纹管上设置有嵌入式加强片,波纹管外缘放在阀盖与阀体接触端面上设计的凹槽内,经螺母和双头螺栓连接将阀体、阀盖和波纹管锁紧固定;内阀杆上端通过连接块和连接螺丝连接设置有外阀杆,外阀杆上设置有手轮,手轮上方设置有手轮螺母,手轮下方设置有阀母,阀母上设置有限位环和限位螺栓,所述加强片采用65Mn材质,其特征在于:加强片外部形状圆形,与波纹管贴合,内部形状齿轮状,与内阀杆贴合;加强片上还设有单边开口,内部形状齿轮状由加强片上均匀分布设计的开口销形状的切口组成。
