一种汽车减振器托盘,涉及汽车配件装配技术领域,包括上连接部和下连接部,所述上连接部和下连接部之间通过弹性支撑体连接,形成对上连接部和下连接部的弹性支撑及连接,上连接部用于同车身连接,下连接部用于同减震弹簧连接;本发明通过改变支撑体的材料,使得支撑体在受到冲击力的时候可以吸收部分的冲击力,使得该托盘压缩变形小,这样减振器托盘能够承受较大的力,因此不易损坏,使用寿命也随之提高。

本发明涉及汽车配件装配技术领域,具体涉及一种新型材质的汽车减振器托盘。
背景技术
汽车减振器托盘用于汽车减振系统中。其上部与车身连接,下部与减振器弹簧连接。由于减振器托盘是橡胶材料制成,所以具有减振的效果。但是汽车在行驶过程中的种种原因会使汽车产生震动,这些震动就作用于减振器的托盘上。一般的减振器托盘是由上部、下部和处于上下部之间的凹槽组成。由于凹槽的存在,汽车减振器托盘才具有弹性,但是承受的力较小,强度也不够大。所以在震动作用力大的情况下就会直接损坏托盘;在震动作用力小的情况下虽不会马上失效但经过长时间的受力也会慢慢的变形,甚至损坏,从而失去减振的性能。可以看出,现有的减振器托盘存在有使用寿命短,承受的冲击力小等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,实用性好的新型材质的汽车减振器托盘。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车减振器托盘,包括上连接部和下连接部,所述上连接部和下连接部之间通过弹性支撑体连接,形成对上连接部和下连接部的弹性支撑及连接,上连接部用于同车身连接,下连接部用于同减震弹簧连接,所述弹性支撑体是由以下重量份数的组分构成:天然橡胶30-35份、聚氨酯15-20份、聚丙烯5-7份、玉米纤维5-8份、烟草纤维素4-6份、硅酸钠1-3份、镁粉2-3份、尼龙纤维4-6份、聚四乙烯0.5-2份、银纤维0.5-1份、线性聚乙烯4-6份、硼纤维1-1.5份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、醇酸树脂4-6份、石墨纤维2-4份、无机硅胶1-2份、无机纤维棉1-2份、改性剂1-2份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入注塑机注塑成型。
上述改性剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:改性玉米淀粉60份、十八醇5份、矿物油5份、苦参碱2份、氮化硼2份、熊果酸1份、丙三醇5份、腐殖酸2份、工业碱2份、硅油2份、咖啡碱2份、山梨酸钾1份、乙二醇2份、高分子树脂乳液2份、环氧大豆油2份、石墨烯1.5份、丁香油2份;配制时将各组分混合均匀,在90-100℃环境下热处理2-3小时即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过改变支撑体的材料,使得支撑体在受到冲击力的时候可以吸收部分的冲击力,使得该托盘压缩变形小,这样减振器托盘能够承受较大的力,因此不易损坏,使用寿命也随之提高。

如图1所示,一种汽车减振器托盘,包括上连接部1和下连接部2,所述上连接部1和下连接部2之间通过弹性支撑体3连接,形成对上连接部1和下连接部2的弹性支撑及连接,上连接部1用于同车身连接,下连接部2用于同减震弹簧连接;
所述弹性支撑体是由以下重量份数的组分构成:天然橡胶30-35份、聚氨酯15-20份、聚丙烯5-7份、玉米纤维5-8份、烟草纤维素4-6份、硅酸钠1-3份、镁粉2-3份、尼龙纤维4-6份、聚四乙烯0.5-2份、银纤维0.5-1份、线性聚乙烯4-6份、硼纤维1-1.5份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、醇酸树脂4-6份、石墨纤维2-4份、无机硅胶1-2份、无机纤维棉1-2份、改性剂1-2份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入注塑机注塑成型。

1.一种汽车减振器托盘,包括上连接部和下连接部,所述上连接部和下连接部之间通过弹性支撑体连接,形成对上连接部和下连接部的弹性支撑及连接,上连接部用于同车身连接,下连接部用于同减震弹簧连接,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑体是由以下重量份数的组分构成:天然橡胶30-35份、聚氨酯15-20份、聚丙烯5-7份、玉米纤维5-8份、烟草纤维素4-6份、硅酸钠1-3份、镁粉2-3份、尼龙纤维4-6份、聚四乙烯0.5-2份、银纤维0.5-1份、线性聚乙烯4-6份、硼纤维1-1.5份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、醇酸树脂4-6份、石墨纤维2-4份、无机硅胶1-2份、无机纤维棉1-2份、改性剂1-2份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入注塑机注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车减振器托盘,其特征在于,上述改性剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:改性玉米淀粉60份、十八醇5份、矿物油5份、苦参碱2份、氮化硼2份、熊果酸1份、丙三醇5份、腐殖酸2份、工业碱2份、硅油2份、咖啡碱2份、山梨酸钾1份、乙二醇2份、高分子树脂乳液2份、环氧大豆油2份、石墨烯1.5份、丁香油2份;配制时将各组分混合均匀,在90-100℃环境下热处理2-3小时即可。
