一种非金属陶瓷LED灯座组合物,由以下重量份数的组分组成:纳米碳化硅10份、白云石15份、非晶态二氧化硅10份、碳纳米管5份、竹纤维2份、蛋白粉2份、改性紫砂粉10份、玉米淀粉2份、珍珠纤维0.5份、硒粉0.5份、托玛琳微粉2份、海泡石粉0.5份、煅烧高岭土2份、红泥2份、堇青石粉2份、木质素2份、滑石粉1份、石墨4份、木塑粉2份、碳化硅纤维2份;本发明组分简单,通过加入改性紫砂粉,制备的灯座抗潮、抗腐蚀性能好,可以承受较高电压而不会漏电,散热性能佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,具体涉及一种非金属陶瓷LED灯座组合物。
背景技术
当前全球能源短缺的忧虑再度升高的背景下,节约能源是我们未来面临的重要的问题,在照明领域,LED发光产品的应用正吸引着世人的目光,LED具有光效高、使用寿命长、节能、环保等众多优点,越来越广泛的应用于众多领域。它是21世纪的新型光源,具有效率高、寿命长、不易破损等传统光源无法与之比较的优点。加正向电压时,发光二极体能发出单色、不连续的光,这是电致发光效应的一种。改变所采用的半导体材料的化学组成成分,可使发光二极体发出在近紫外线、可见光或红外线的光。由于LED作电压低(仅1.5—3V),能主动发光且有一定亮度,亮度又能用电压(或电流)调节,本身又耐冲击、抗振动、寿命长,因此在显示领域起到了越来越多的应用,尤其是利用在日光灯领域,具有亮度高、寿命长的技术优点。
为了适应节能环保的发展潮流,目前市场上开始使用LED代替白炽灯和荧光灯来做光源。但是,目前市场中销售的各种LED灯所使用的灯座及底座均为塑料或金属结构,其制造成本较高,散热性能差,抗潮、抗腐蚀性能不好,导致LED灯的使用寿命较短,不能满足市场需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提高一种散热性能好,使用寿命长的非金属陶瓷LED灯座组合物。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种非金属陶瓷LED灯座组合物,由以下重量份数的组分组成:纳米碳化硅10份、白云石15份、非晶态二氧化硅10份、碳纳米管5份、竹纤维2份、蛋白粉2份、改性紫砂粉10份、玉米淀粉2份、珍珠纤维0.5份、硒粉0.5份、托玛琳微粉2份、海泡石粉0.5份、煅烧高岭土2份、红泥2份、堇青石粉2份、木质素2份、滑石粉1份、石墨4份、木塑粉2份、碳化硅纤维2份;
上述改性紫砂粉是由以下重量份数的组分构成:紫砂80份、磷钨酸4份、硼纤维2份、秸秆灰烬2份、工业碱2份、硅油2份、氯化钠2份、硫酸盐2份、粘土4份、阳离子淀粉3份、硅酸锆2份、电气石粉1.5份、硬脂酸钡1.5份;制备方法如下:
1)按上述重量比称取各组分,在搅拌状态下将各组分加入搅拌设备中搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)中的混合料倒入粉料盘中,在85-95℃下烘干,再送入研磨机中,在转速为150转/分的条件下,连续球磨4小时;
3)取出步骤2)中研磨后的粉料,在零下3℃的环境下冷冻30分钟,进行改性处理,冷冻完成后再送入烘干设备中进行烘干,烘干温度在85-95℃,至粉料水分含量在15%以内;
4)取出步骤3)中烘干的物料,冷却至常温,过90目筛即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明组分简单,通过加入改性紫砂粉,制备的灯座抗潮、抗腐蚀性能好,可以承受较高电压而不会漏电,散热性能佳。

一种非金属陶瓷LED灯座组合物,由以下重量份数的组分组成:纳米碳化硅10份、白云石15份、非晶态二氧化硅10份、碳纳米管5份、竹纤维2份、蛋白粉2份、改性紫砂粉10份、玉米淀粉2份、珍珠纤维0.5份、硒粉0.5份、托玛琳微粉2份、海泡石粉0.5份、煅烧高岭土2份、红泥2份、堇青石粉2份、木质素2份、滑石粉1份、石墨4份、木塑粉2份、碳化硅纤维2份;
上述改性紫砂粉是由以下重量份数的组分构成:紫砂80份、磷钨酸4份、硼纤维2份、秸秆灰烬2份、工业碱2份、硅油2份、氯化钠2份、硫酸盐2份、粘土4份、阳离子淀粉3份、硅酸锆2份、电气石粉1.5份、硬脂酸钡1.5份;制备方法如下:
1)按上述重量比称取各组分,在搅拌状态下将各组分加入搅拌设备中搅拌均匀,得到混合料;

上述改性紫砂粉是由以下重量份数的组分构成:紫砂80份、磷钨酸4份、硼纤维2份、秸秆灰烬2份、工业碱2份、硅油2份、氯化钠2份、硫酸盐2份、粘土4份、阳离子淀粉3份、硅酸锆2份、电气石粉1.5份、硬脂酸钡1.5份;制备方法如下:
1)按上述重量比称取各组分,在搅拌状态下将各组分加入搅拌设备中搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
