一种耐酸碱浇注料,包括骨料、粉料、外加剂,上述原料的重量份数为:骨料51~62份、粉料30~38份、外加剂5~6份:其中,骨料由氧化锆空心球、氮化硅、碳化硼及镁砂组成,粉料由α~Al2O3粉、纳米氧化锌、氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、硅微粉组成,所述结合剂为铝酸盐水泥。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐酸碱浇注料。
背景技术
与定性耐火制品相比,以耐火浇注料为代表的不定形耐火材料具有工艺流程短、生产能耗及成本低、使用方便、适用范围广、整体性及使用效果好等优势,因而在世界范围内得到了迅速发展,其在整个耐火材料中所占的比重越来越高。在一些耐火材料技术先进的国家中,不定形耐火材料的产量已经接近甚至超过了定形制品的产量。例如,目前日本不定形耐火材料产量占整个耐火材料的比例达到了60% 左右;美国的为 50% 左右;英、德、法等国为 40% ~50%。如今,耐火浇注料已经被广泛地应用于冶金、建材、电力、化工等工业领域的高温设备中,例如,在窑炉中,现已大量应用了各种材质的耐火浇注料。
目前,目前耐火浇注料一般由耐火骨料、粉料、结合剂、外加剂、溶剂组成,耐火骨料的原材料一般是镁砂、石云石、珍珠岩、尖晶石等。目前的浇注料耐碱性低,生产消耗的原材料多,生产成本高,另一方面,浇注料抗化学腐蚀性差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种成本低且耐碱的高强耐酸碱的耐火浇注料。
一种耐酸碱浇注料,包括骨料、粉料、外加剂,上述原料的重量份数为:骨料51~62份、粉料30~38份、外加剂5~6份:其中,骨料由氧化锆空心球、氮化硅、碳化硼及镁砂组成,粉料由α~Al2 O3粉、纳米氧化锌、氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、硅微粉组成,所述结合剂为铝酸盐水泥。
本发明的耐酸碱浇注料,镁砂在高温下,获得氧化镁、二氧化硅,氧化铝与氧化镁反应并进行煅烧生成镁铝尖晶石,纳米氧化锌通过锌离子与镁离子的置换形成固液相,产生镁离子空位,进而有利于氧化铝与氧化镁反应以生成镁铝尖晶石,生成的镁铝尖晶石与氧化锆空心球、氮化硅、碳化硼、氧化锆纤维紧密结合,同时硅微粉中的二氧化硅液相的形成也会对耐火材料的基体形成保护膜,如此通过氮化硅、碳化硼、镁铝尖晶石、二氧化硅液相来实现抗化学腐蚀性。
具体实施方式
一种耐酸碱浇注料,包括骨料、粉料、外加剂,上述原料的重量份数为:骨料50~55份、粉料45~50份、外加剂5~10份:其中,骨料由氧化锆空心球、氮化硅、碳化硼及镁砂组成,粉料由α~Al2 O3粉、纳米氧化锌、氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、硅微粉组成,所述外加剂为铝酸盐水泥。其中,镁砂在高温下,获得氧化镁、二氧化硅,氧化铝与氧化镁反应并进行煅烧生成镁铝尖晶石,纳米氧化锌通过锌离子与镁离子的置换形成固液相,产生镁离子空位,进而有利于氧化铝与氧化镁反应以生成镁铝尖晶石,生成的镁铝尖晶石与氧化锆空心球、氮化硅、碳化硼、氧化锆纤维紧密结合,同时硅微粉中的二氧化硅液相的形成也会对耐火材料的基体形成保护膜,如此通过氮化硅、碳化硼、镁铝尖晶石、二氧化硅液相来实现抗化学腐蚀性。
进一步的,骨料为50份,粉料为50份,外加剂为10份;骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~2mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.6mm,其中,氧化锆空心球、氮化硅为粗骨料,碳化硼为中骨料,镁砂为细骨料,例如骨料中粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料的重量份数为粗骨料25份、中骨料25份、细骨料50份。
进一步的,所述粉料中的α~Al2 O3粉、纳米氧化锌、氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、硅微粉的重量份数为:α~Al2 O3粉20份、纳米氧化锌10份、氧化锆纤维10份、氧化钇10份、硅微粉50份。

Claims (4)
1.一种耐酸碱浇注料,其特征在于:包括骨料、粉料、外加剂,上述原料的重量份数为:骨料51~62份、粉料30~38份、外加剂5~6份:其中,骨料由氧化锆空心球、氮化硅、碳化硼及镁砂组成,粉料由α~Al2 O3粉、纳米氧化锌、氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、硅微粉组成,所述结合剂为铝酸盐水泥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸碱浇注料,其特征在于:骨料为50份,粉料为50份,外加剂为10份;骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~2mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.6mm,其中,氧化锆空心球、氮化硅为粗骨料,碳化硼为中骨料,镁砂为细骨料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐酸碱浇注料,其特征在于:骨料中粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料的重量份数为粗骨料25份、中骨料25份、细骨料50份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸碱浇注料,其特征在于:所述粉料中的α~Al2 O3粉、纳米氧化锌、氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、硅微粉的重量份数为:α~Al2 O3粉20份、纳米氧化锌10份、氧化锆纤维10份、氧化钇10份、硅微粉50份。
