Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂及其制备方法。软膏制剂由下述重量配比的组分组成:大黄20‑30克、黄芩10‑20克、黄柏10‑20克、苦参20‑30克、栀子10‑15克、当归20‑30克、白芨10‑20克、金银花15‑25克、槐花10‑15克、红花10‑15克、白芷10‑20克、紫草10‑20克、五倍子10‑15克、地榆40‑55克、侧柏叶20‑30克、麻油1000‑1500克、蜂蜡40‑80克、冰片10‑20克。本发明用于各种烧伤、烫伤,可有效起到抗菌、滋润、收敛、止痛、生肌等治疗作用,疗效确切,还对褥疮、糖尿病足、消化道溃疡具有一定疗效,是一种生产工艺简单,质量指标易控,使用方便,安全有效的中药软膏制剂。

本发明涉及中医药领域,具体涉及一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
烧烫伤是一种常见性外伤,无论其面积的大小,由于皮肤破溃导致机体的第一道屏障破坏,细菌可直接进入人体。如果烧烫伤面积较大由于体液的丧失则其病理、生理相当复杂,重者危及生命、轻者创面愈合时间长短不一,其中一个典型特点是感染的可能性基本贯穿整个病程,而且烧伤较严重者愈后有严重的疤痕,因此,如何处理创面是治疗烧伤的关键。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂及其制备方法,它不仅其具有清热解毒、消肿排脓、清热止痛、生肌敛疮、促进创面愈合、消炎抗菌等功效,还对糖尿病足、消化道溃疡有一定疗效,具有再生功能,且此方法生产工艺简单,质量指标易控,使用方便,安全有效。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂,它包括以下组分,各组分的重量配比为:大黄20-30份、黄芩10-20份、黄柏10-20份、苦参20-30份、栀子10-15份、当归20-30份、白芨10-20份、金银花15-25份、槐花10-15份、红花10-15份、白芷10-20份、紫草10-20份、五倍子10-15份、地榆40-55份、侧柏叶20-30份、麻油1000-1500份、蜂蜡40-80份、冰片10-20份。
进一步说,它包括以下组分,各组分的重量配比为:大黄23-27份、黄芩13-17份、黄柏13-17份、苦参23-27份、栀子12-14份、当归23-27份、白芨13-17份、金银花18-22份、槐花12-14份、红花12-14份、白芷13-17份、紫草13-17份、五倍子12-14份、地榆45-50份、侧柏叶23-27份、麻油1200-1400份、蜂蜡50-70份、冰片13-17份。
更进一步说,它包括以下组分,各组分的重量配比为:大黄25份、黄芩15份、黄柏15份、苦参25份、栀子13份、当归25份、白芨15份、金银花20份、槐花13份、红花13份、白芷25份、紫草25份、五倍子13份、地榆43份、侧柏叶25份、麻油1250份、蜂蜡60份、冰片15份。
一种制备治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取白芨洗净、干燥、粉碎,采用150-220目筛过滤得到白芨粉;
步骤二:另取大黄、黄芩、黄柏、苦参、栀子、当归、白芷、五倍子、地榆放入麻油中,浸渍20-26小时,文火控制油温为150℃-200℃,煎熬至药枯为度;
步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至90℃-100℃,续加入金银花、红花、紫草,侧柏叶,保持90℃-100℃油温0.5-3小时,再选用150-220目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;
步骤四:控制步骤三中过滤后的油液温度为90℃-100℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持90℃-100℃油温0.5-1小时;
步骤五:待步骤四中的油液温度降至40℃-70℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。
进一步的说,步骤一中所述白及粉采用170-190目筛过滤。
进一步的说,步骤二中所述油液浸渍22-24小时,文火控制油温为170℃-180℃。
进一步的说,步骤三中所述油液温度下降为94℃-96℃,再续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持94℃-96℃油温0.7-1.5小时,再选用170-190目筛过滤,除去油液内的药渣。
进一步的说,步骤四中所述过滤后的油液温度为94℃-96℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持94℃-96℃油温0.7-0.9小时。
进一步的说,步骤五中所述油液温度降至55℃-60℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。
本发明中主要成分的药理机理是:
蜂腊的成分相当复杂,主要成分是黄酮类化合物,此外还有酚类、醇类、酸类、脂类等多种化合物,少量的铁、钙、镉、硅、锰、铅、锡、镍、锌等微量元素以及维生素B、维生素A、多种氨基酸、酶、阿魏酸等。蜂腊的功效:1)具有广谱抗菌作用 。在蜜蜂群居的蜂箱或树穴内,适宜的气温和温度并未导致微生物生长,大量繁殖,研究证实,是蜂腊起了重要的作用。蜂腊能抑制多种细菌和某些病毒的生长,具有广谱抗生素作用。 蜂腊乙醇浸出物100μg/ml浓度对39种细菌中的25种和39种植物真菌中的20种都有抑制作用,其中对革兰氏阳性细菌和抗酸菌最为敏感。2)促进机体免疫功能。用蜂腊注入小白鼠、家鼠、猪和牛犊体内,能促进机体的免疫过程。能刺激免疫机能、刺激H-凝集素合成和O-凝集素的增生效应,增加抗体产量和增加巨噬细胞活力,使血管局部抗感染能力也随之升高。3 )组织再生促进剂。 蜂腊能加速被损伤的软骨和组织的再生过程。对损伤有刺激再生作用,促进循环障碍的恢复,刺激胶原纤维桥形成。参加促进细胞生长和分裂,加快受伤组织修复和愈合。4)局部麻醉作用实验证明,用4%蜂腊乙醇溶液加水稀释到0.25%的浓度对兔角膜的麻醉效应可持续1h,比普鲁卡因作用强。蜂腊成分中的松属素、松球素和咖啡酸酯的温合物等有较强的局部麻醉作用,能有效对抗烧伤创面引起的局部疼痛。
中医认为冰片味辛苦,性凉,有开窍醒神、清热止痛、生肌之效。其化学成分为:龙脑冰片含右旋龙脑,又含葎草烯、β-榄香烯、石竹烯等倍半萜,以及齐墩果酸、麦珠子酸、积雪草酸、龙脑香醇、古柯二醇等三萜化合物。艾片含左旋龙脑。机制冰片为消旋混合龙脑。冰片的药理作用:冰片中的主要成分龙脑、异龙脑均有耐缺氧的作用;龙脑、异龙脑有镇静作用;冰片局部应用对感觉神经有轻微刺激,有一定的止痛及温和的防腐作用;经肠系膜吸收迅速,给药5分钟即可通过血脑屏障,且在脑蓄积时间长,量也相当高,此为冰片的芳香开窍作用提供了初步实验依据;较高浓度(0.5%)对葡输球菌、链球菌、肺炎双球茵、大肠杆菌及部分致病性皮肤真菌等有抑制作用;对中、晚期妊娠小鼠有引产作用。
大黄性味:苦,寒。功能主治:泻热毒,破积滞,行瘀血。治实热便秘,谵语发托,食积痞满,痢疾初起,里急后重,瘀停经闭,癥瘕积聚,时行热疫,暴眼赤痛,吐血,衄血,阳黄,水肿,淋浊,溲亦,痈疡肿毒,疔疮,烫火伤。
黄芩性味:苦,寒。功能主治:清热燥湿,泻火解毒,止血,安胎,降血压。用于湿温、暑温胸闷呕恶,湿热痞满,泻痢,黄疸,肺热咳嗽,高热烦渴,血热吐衄,痈肿疮毒,胎动不安。
黄柏性味:苦,寒。功能主治:清热。燥湿,泻火,解毒。治热痢,泄泻,消渴,黄疸,痿躄,梦遗,淋浊,痔疮,便血,赤白带下,骨蒸劳热,目赤肿痛,口舌生疮,疮疡肿毒。
苦参性味:苦,寒。功能主治:清热,燥湿,杀虫。治热毒血痢,肠风下血,黄疸,赤白带下,小儿肺炎,疳积,急性扁桃体炎,痔漏,脱肛,皮肤瘙痒,疥癞恶疮,阴疮湿痒,瘰疬,烫伤。
栀子性味:苦,寒。功能主治:清热,泻火,凉血。治热病虚烦不眠,黄疸,淋病,消渴,目赤,咽痛,吐血,衄血,血痢,尿血,热毒疮疡,扭伤肿痛。
当归性味:甘,辛,温。功能主治:补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠。用于血虚,面色萎黄,眩晕心悸;血虚,或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经;虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤等痛证;肠燥便秘;久咳气喘。
白芨性味:苦,甘,涩。功能主治:收敛止血,消肿生肌。用于咳血吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂;肺结核咳血,溃疡病出血。
金银花性味:甘,寒。功能主治:清热解毒,炒炭凉血止血。用于外感风热,温病发热;热毒血痢;痈肿疔疮;喉痹及多种感染性疾病。
槐花性味:苦,微寒。功能主治:凉血止血,清肝泻火。用于血热吐衄,便血痔血,肝热目赤,头痛。
红花性味:辛,温。功能主治:活血通经,去瘀止痛。治经闭,症瘕,难产,死胎,产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛,痈肿,跌扑损伤。
白芷性味:温,辛。 功能主治:祛风湿,活血排脓,生肌止痛。用于头痛、牙痛、鼻渊、肠风痔漏、赤白带下、痈疽疮疡、皮肤瘙痒。
紫草性味:甘,寒。功能主治:凉血,活血,清热,解毒。治温热斑疹,湿热黄疸,紫癜,吐、衄、尿血,淋浊,热结便秘,烧伤,湿疹,丹毒,痈疡。
五倍子性味:甘,寒。功能主治:敛肺;止汗;涩肠;固精;止血;解毒。用于肺虚久咳;自汗盗汗;久痢久泻;脱肛;遗精;白浊;各种出血;痈肿疮疖。
地榆性味:苦,酸,微寒。功能主治:凉血止血,解毒敛疮。用于:便血,痔血,血痢,崩漏,水火烫伤,痈肿疮毒。
侧柏叶性味:苦,涩,寒。功能主治:凉血止血,生发乌发。用于吐血衄血,咯血,便血,崩漏下血,血热脱发,须发早白。
麻油:沸点低,能吸收大量的热,另外,香油中含有醇类物质,可以有效的分解出蛋白酶,对坏死的组织有修复作用,含有亚油酸、亚麻酸、维生素E、卵磷脂等对细胞有良好的修复作用。
结合药物机理和本发明制备方法,本发明的有益效果是:
1、优良的清热解毒软膏制剂:本药物中黄柏、大黄、栀子、黄芩、地榆、槐花、金银花、冰片等多种药物具有清热解毒的作用,通过外敷本烧伤散剂彻底实现清热解毒、活血化淤的目的,从根本上保证了创口愈合后无疤痕、无痛痒的治疗目标。同时,由于清热解毒的彻底实现,有效的保护了患者的各重要内脏器官,极大地降低了患者败血症等烧烫伤并发症发病率。
2、非麻醉方式解除创面疼痛:药物中红花、黄芩、当归、白芷、蜂蜡、冰片等多种药物自身具有活血、消炎、止痛的作用。本软膏制剂在涂敷创口表面后,其天然有效成分迅速作用于创口,创口有清凉感觉,创口疼痛得到有效缓解。避免了使用麻醉药品解除创面疼痛产生的副作用。
3、药物自身具有独特的预防和抗感染能力:现代中药药理学研究表明,黄柏、大黄、栀子、黄芩、地榆、金银花、苦参、白芷、紫草、五倍子、侧柏叶等分别对多种细菌、病毒具有不同程度的抑制作用,配伍应用具有广谱的抗菌、抗病毒作用。
本软膏制剂用于各种烧伤、烫伤,由于形成保护膜、保护创面、防止体液外渗;此膜形成隔离层,阻止外界细菌直接进入创面,可有效起到抗菌、滋润、收敛、止痛、生肌等治疗作用,疗效确切,由于本软膏制剂自身的良好抗感染能力,框架内部也缺乏细菌存活和生长的条件,有效的抑制了细菌的生长。实现抗炎抑菌、祛腐生肌的治疗目的。常规治疗之后,正是各脏器功能恢复及创面修复和反应期,机体需要自身调整,过多使用抗生素会扰乱机体机能,不利于后期的治疗和完全康复。而本发明非抑菌杀菌式的预防和抗感染方式能较好的保障细胞的正常恢复和生长。
4、不植皮:以本发明为基础的治疗理念顺应了烧伤发病机理,它的关键作用在于,培养再生残存上皮细胞,使残存于皮肤附件中干细胞转化、脂肪组织中和血管来源的干细胞定向分化形成皮肤器官中的各种组成细胞,最终修复、再生、愈合烧伤创面。实现创口各项功能的有效恢复。
5、无疤痕、无瘙痒、无色素沉淀:通过早期的彻底清热解毒,采用纯天然的中成药组分对烧伤皮肤进行连续不间断的再生治疗,康复过程中让患者忌食部分食物,完全顺应了人体康复规律,为人体细胞创造了良好的生长环境,从而愈合后创面柔软、无疤痕和无瘙痒,实现创面皮肤的完整再生。

7、本发明的制备方法简单,质量指标易控,使用方便,安全有效,能够较大程度的提取各药物特征性成分,从而提高本制剂的药性。

通过以下实施例进一步举例描述本发明,并不以任何方式限制本发明,在不背离本发明的技术解决方案的前提下,对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动或改变都将落入本发明的权利要求范围之内。
实施例1:
治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂由下述重量配比的组分制成:大黄20克、黄芩20克、黄柏20克、苦参30克、栀子15克、当归30克、白芨20克、金银花25克、槐花15克、红花15克、白芷20克、紫草20克、五倍子15克、地榆55克、侧柏叶30克、麻油1500克、蜂蜡80克、冰片20克。
上述治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法为:
步骤一:取白芨洗净、干燥、粉碎,采用150目筛过滤得到白芨粉;
步骤二:另取大黄、黄芩、黄柏、苦参、栀子、当归、白芷、五倍子、地榆放入麻油中,浸渍20小时,文火控制油温为150℃-200℃,煎熬至药枯为度;
步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至90℃,续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持90℃油温0.5小时,再选用150目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;

采用上述组分和方法制得的治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂,其与磺胺嘧啶银的多种对比试验实例,其结果如下:
1.患者本人不同烧伤部位的对比。
同一患者取不同烧伤部位分别采取磺胺嘧啶银粉、本发明予以外敷。将磺胺嘧啶银粉加入生理盐水外敷创面,3天换药一次;将本发明外敷另一创面,一天换药一次。换药前创面均采取同样消毒方法。
结果表明:采取本发明后,其创面液化时间缩短2~5天。而且使用本发明的创面恢复后,基本无疤痕形成或者部分形成疤痕,采用本发明后形成少量的疤痕与采用磺胺嘧啶银粉形成的疤痕来说要少。
2.患者本人相对称烧伤部位的对比。
同一患者取相对称的烧伤部位分别采取磺胺嘧啶银粉、本发明予以外敷。将磺胺嘧啶银粉加入生理盐水外敷创面,3天换药一次;将本发明外敷另一创面,一天换药一次。换药前创面均采取同样消毒方法。

实施例2:
治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂由下述重量配比的组分制成:大黄30克、黄芩10克、黄柏10克、苦参20克、栀子10克、当归20克、白芨10克、金银花15克、槐花10克、红花10克、白芷10克、紫草10克、五倍子10克、地榆40克、侧柏叶20克、麻油1000克、蜂蜡40克、冰片10克。
上述治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法为:
步骤一:取白芨洗净、干燥、粉碎,采用筛网为220目筛过滤得到白芨粉;
步骤二:另取大黄、黄芩、黄柏、苦参、栀子、当归、白芷、五倍子、地榆放入麻油中,浸渍26小时,文火控制油温为200℃,煎熬至药枯为度;
步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至100℃,续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持100℃油温3小时,再选用220目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;
步骤四:控制步骤三中过滤后的油液温度为100℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持100℃油温1小时;
步骤五:待步骤四中的油液温度降至70℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。
下面为使用本发明后,对不同烧伤程度以及褥疮、糖尿病足、消化道溃疡病患进行临床疗效观察:
1.烧烫伤面积在10%以下的疗效:
除10岁以下的小孩以外,使用本发明后,一般可以门诊治疗,而且只要口服抗生素即可,部分患者甚至不需要抗炎治疗。其创面恢复后,基本无疤痕形成(疤痕体质除外)。此类患者每年约300例。
2.烫伤面积在20%~70%的疗效:
此类患者需住院治疗。每天使用本发明一次,外敷本发明后将创面包扎(最好能无菌技术操作)。其他予以对症补液、抗炎1周治疗即可。创面液化后,一般能形成新的皮岛,创面愈合。部分患者需皮肤移植术。创面愈合时间8天至30余天不等。此类患者每年收治约400例。
3.烧烫伤程度在深二度以下的疗效:
烧烫伤程度在深二度以下的创面,使用本发明后,创面液化后,一般能形成新的皮岛,创面愈合。无疤痕形成。
4.烧烫伤程度在深二度以上的疗效:
烧烫伤程度在深二度以上的创面,使用本发明后,创面液化时间稍长,创面愈合时间20天至40余天不等。少数能形成新的皮岛,创面愈合。部分有疤痕形成。
5.对褥疮的疗效:
对于褥疮创面的消毒或清洗要求不高,有条件者可在络合碘消毒后使用,无条件者可在盐茶水清洗后予以外搽。每天两次即可。创面愈合时间较短(5天~20天不等),疗效确切。
6. 对糖尿病足的疗效:
对于糖尿病足患者,将本发明外用,每3-4小时一次,可预防和控制感染,促进肉芽组织生长,加速伤口愈合,疗效确切。
7.对于消化道溃疡的疗效:
对于消化道溃疡患者,口服本发明后能改善胃肠道功能,对常见胃部病疫、胃粘膜有辅助保护作用、润肠通便,原位再生新的黏膜组织器官,复原胃肠黏膜器官,既可保护人体正常的胃肠黏膜,又能激活、促进胃肠黏膜原位干细胞再生复制,实现黏膜组织的生理性修复与再生。
实施例3:
治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂由下述重量配比的组分制成:大黄25克、黄芩15克、黄柏15克、苦参25克、栀子13克、大黄25克、黄芩15克、黄柏15克、苦参25克、栀子13克、当归15克、白芨15克、金银花20克、槐花13克、红花13克、白芷15克、紫草15克、五倍子13克、地榆47克、侧柏叶25克、麻油1250克、蜂蜡60克、冰片15克。
上述治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法为:
步骤一:取白芨洗净、干燥、粉碎,采用180目筛过滤得到白芨粉;
步骤二:另取大黄、黄芩、黄柏、苦参、栀子、当归、白芷、五倍子、地榆放入麻油中,浸渍23小时,文火控制油温为175℃,煎熬至药枯为度;
步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至95℃,续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持95℃油温0.8小时,再选用180目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;
步骤四:控制步骤三中过滤后的油液温度为95℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持95℃油温0.8小时;
步骤五:待步骤四中的油液温度降至57℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。
实施例4:
治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂由下述重量配比的组分制成:大黄23份、黄芩13份、黄柏13份、苦参23份、栀子12份、当归23份、白芨13份、金银花18份、槐花12份、红花12份、白芷13份、紫草13份、五倍子12份、地榆45份、侧柏叶23份、麻油1200份、蜂蜡50份、冰片13份。
上述治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法为:

步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至94℃,续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持94℃油温0.7小时,再选用170目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;
步骤四:控制步骤三中过滤后的油液温度为94℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持94℃油温0.7小时;
步骤五:待步骤四中的油液温度降至55℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。
实施例5:
治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂由下述重量配比的组分制成:大黄27份、黄芩17份、黄柏17份、苦27份、栀子14份、当归27份、白芨17份、金银花22份、槐花14份、红花14份、白芷17份、紫草17份、五倍子14份、地榆50份、侧柏叶27份、麻油1400份、蜂蜡70份、冰片17份。
上述治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法为:
步骤一:取白芨洗净、干燥、粉碎,采用筛网为190目筛过滤得到白芨粉;
步骤二:另取大黄、黄芩、黄柏、苦参、栀子、当归、白芷、五倍子、地榆放入麻油中,浸渍24小时,文火控制油温为180℃,煎熬至药枯为度;
步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至96℃,续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持96℃油温1.5小时,再选用190目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;
步骤四:控制步骤三中过滤后的油液温度为96℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持96℃油温0.9小时;
步骤五:待步骤四中的油液温度降至60℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。

Claims (9)
1.一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂,其特征在于,它是由以下重量配比的原料组成:大黄20-30份、黄芩10-20份、黄柏10-20份、苦参20-30份、栀子10-15份、当归20-30份、白芨10-20份、金银花15-25份、槐花10-15份、红花10-15份、白芷10-20份、紫草10-20份、五倍子10-15份、地榆40-55份、侧柏叶20-30份、麻油1000-1500份、蜂蜡40-80份、冰片10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂,其特征在于,它是由以下重量配比的原料组成:大黄23-27份、黄芩13-17份、黄柏13-17份、苦参23-27份、栀子12-14份、当归23-27份、白芨13-17份、金银花18-22份、槐花12-14份、红花12-14份、白芷13-17份、紫草13-17份、五倍子12-14份、地榆45-50份、侧柏叶23-27份、麻油1200-1400份、蜂蜡50-70份、冰片13-17份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂,其特征在于,它是由以下重量配比的原料组成:大黄25份、黄芩15份、黄柏15份、苦参25份、栀子13份、当归25份、白芨15份、金银花20份、槐花13份、红花13份、白芷25份、紫草25份、五倍子13份、地榆43份、侧柏叶25份、麻油1250份、蜂蜡60份、冰片15份。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取白芨洗净、干燥、粉碎,采用150-220目筛过滤得到白芨粉;
步骤二:另取大黄、黄芩、黄柏、苦参、栀子、当归、白芷、五倍子、地榆放入麻油中,浸渍20-26小时,文火控制油温为150℃-200℃,煎熬至药枯为度;
步骤三:待步骤二中的油液温度下降至90℃-100℃,续加入金银花、红花、紫草,侧柏叶,保持90℃-100℃油温0.5-3小时,再选用150-220目筛过滤油液,除去油液内的药渣;
步骤四:控制步骤三中过滤后的油液温度为90℃-100℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持90℃-100℃油温0.5-1小时;
步骤五:待步骤四中的油液温度降至40℃-70℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中所述白芨粉采用170-190目筛过滤。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中所述油液浸渍22-24小时,文火控制油温为170℃-180℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中所述油液温度下降为94℃-96℃,再续加入用水湿润后的金银花、红花、紫草,及干燥的侧柏叶,保持94℃-96℃油温0.7-1.5小时,再选用170-190目筛过滤,除去油液内的药渣。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中所述过滤后的油液温度为94℃-96℃,再加入蜂蜡、白芨粉,保持94℃-96℃油温0.7-0.9小时。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗烧伤、烫伤的中药软膏制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤五中所述油液温度降至55℃-60℃时,加入冰片,搅拌均匀至冷却即为软膏。
