Method and device for transferring call
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for transferring a call.
Background
In the field of communications, a transfer call function is a basic user requirement.
For example, the user has two user cards a and C, respectively, and the two cards can be installed on two mobile phones or one dual-card dual-standby dual-call mobile phone. Wherein the user card a is talking with the other mobile phone B. For some reasons (e.g. in case of two handsets, one handset has insufficient charge or handset charge; in case of dual-card dual-standby dual-call handset, one user card a has insufficient charge or signal), the user wants to continue to talk with the other user using the user card C, and then the call needs to be transferred. In order to implement call forwarding, the existing method is:
when the user cards A and C are respectively installed on the two mobile phones, the user needs to manually input the telephone number of the mobile phone B on the mobile phone where the user card C is located, and to re-initiate the call with the mobile phone B, and then the user or the user of the mobile phone B needs to manually hang up the call between the user card A and the mobile phone B.
When the user cards A and C are installed on a dual-card dual-standby dual-call mobile phone, the user needs to manually input the number of the mobile phone B, the user card C dials the mobile phone B, and after the mobile phone B receives the call C, the user or the user of the mobile phone B needs to manually hang up the call between the user card A and the mobile phone B.
And thirdly, when the user cards A and C are installed on two mobile phones or one dual-card dual-standby dual-call mobile phone, the user card A and the mobile phone B are in communication. And adding a new call C at the network end by the user to establish the conference call of the A/B/C. However, in this way, if initiating party a exits, all participants are on the network to hang up.
The call transfer process in the first and second cases is relatively complicated and requires manual operation. The third case method does not meet the requirements of users and obviously has defects.

The steps of fig. 1 are described below with respect to specific embodiments.
The calling side realizes call transfer:
as shown in fig. 2, a specific embodiment of the present application provides a method for transferring a call between two terminals of a calling party, where the method includes:
the first user number is a first calling user number, called A for short; the second user number is called user number, called B for short; the third user number is a second calling user number of the third mobile terminal, which is called as C for short. For example: the calling subscriber has two SIM cards A and C, which are respectively installed on two terminals.
The second calling user number C is pre-stored in the first mobile terminal where A is located as a forwarding number; in other words, the C number is stored on the terminal of a.
Assuming that the SIM cards a and B are in a call state, when the calling party wishes to transfer the call, the first mobile terminal in which a is located instructs the third user number C to establish a call with the second user number B, and the steps include one of the following (a) or (B):
step (A), the first mobile terminal of A indicates the third mobile terminal to initiate a call to the called user B by taking the SIM card C as the transfer call number, wherein,
first, called user number B establishes a call with transfer number C,
then, the second mobile terminal where B is located hangs up the call between A and B or the third mobile terminal where C is located informs the first mobile terminal where A is located to hang up the call state between A and B.
Step (B), the first mobile terminal where A is located indicates the third mobile terminal to initiate a call to the called user number by taking the SIM card C as the transfer call number, wherein,
firstly, the second mobile terminal where B is located hangs up the call state of A and B or the third mobile terminal where C is located informs the first mobile terminal where A is located to hang up the call state of A and B.
The called subscriber number B then establishes a call with the forward-to-number C.
The above mentioned indication includes, for example, notifying and controlling other terminals through a wireless network connection manner such as bluetooth or WIFI.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the condition for transferring the call between the two terminals of the calling subscriber is at least one of the following:

The preset electric quantity value, the preset signal intensity value and the preset balance value can be preset in the first mobile terminal, and the first mobile terminal directly triggers call transfer when detecting that the actual value is lower than the corresponding preset value.
As shown in fig. 3, another embodiment of the present application provides a method for transferring a call by a dual-card dual-standby terminal of a calling subscriber, where the method includes:
the first user number is a first calling user number, called A for short; the second user number is called user number, called B for short; the third user number is the second calling user number of the first mobile terminal, which is called C for short. In other words, for example: the calling subscriber has two SIM cards A and C, which are installed on a dual-card dual-standby dual-communication terminal.
The first mobile terminal is provided with a transfer call option, for example, a "transfer call" function menu is provided, having a function of initiating the terminal to make a transfer call.
Assuming that the SIM cards a and B are in a call state, the first mobile terminal instructs the third user number C to establish a call with the second user number B, and the steps include one of the following (a) or (B):
step (A), after a first mobile terminal receives an instruction of selecting a transfer call option, the first mobile terminal initiates a call to a called user number B by taking a second calling user number C as a transfer number, wherein,
first, called user number B establishes a call with the transfer number C,
then, the first mobile terminal or the second mobile terminal hangs up the conversation between the first calling user number A and the called user number B;
step (B), after the first mobile terminal receives the instruction of selecting the call transfer option, the first mobile terminal initiates a call to the called user number B by taking the second calling user number C as a transfer number, wherein,
firstly, a first mobile terminal or a second mobile terminal hangs up the conversation between the first calling user number A and the called user number B;
then, called user number B establishes communication with the transfer number C.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the condition of the dual-card dual-standby terminal mobile call of the calling subscriber is at least one of the following:

step (B), after the first mobile terminal receives the instruction of selecting the call transfer option, the first mobile terminal initiates a call to the calling user number B by taking the second called user number C as a transfer number, wherein,
firstly, a first mobile terminal or a second mobile terminal hangs up the conversation between the first called user number A and the calling user number B;
then, the calling user number B establishes a call with the transfer number C.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the conditions for transferring the call of the dual-card dual-standby terminal of the called subscriber are the same as those described in the embodiment of fig. 3, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, after the call and before the call is established, the method of this embodiment further comprises:
and the first called user number sends a short message to the calling user number to inform that the call is initiated by the second called user number.
The purpose is to let the calling user know in advance that call forwarding will occur, and to know the basic information in forwarding call, such as the identity name and number of the second called user, the network type of the call, the time when call forwarding occurs, etc., and to record and send in the short message. Otherwise, the calling user may refuse to answer an unfamiliar call because the user is talking. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a short message.
As shown in fig. 7, another embodiment of the present application provides a method for a called user to transfer a call in a conference call, the method comprising:
the first user number is a first called user number, called A for short; the second user number is a calling user number, called B for short; the third user number is a second called user number, which is called as C for short;
the step that the first mobile terminal indicates the third user number to establish the call with the second user number comprises the following steps:
at this time, assuming that the conference call is initiated by a first called subscriber number a, a and B are in a call state, and the step of the first mobile terminal where a is located indicating a third subscriber number C to establish a call with a second subscriber number B includes:
the first mobile terminal indicates a second called user number C to join the call between the calling user number B and the first called user number A so as to establish a three-way call at a network end; then the network releases the call between the calling user number B and the first called user number A, but still keeps the call between the calling user number B and the second called user number C. In other words, similar to the technical effect of the embodiment of fig. 5, when a certain user exits the conference call, the network cuts off the call between the user and all other users, keeps the call state between the other remaining participating users, and notifies the exiting information of the exiting user, so that the conference call is still maintained, thereby maintaining the continuation of the whole conference call.
The network side comprises a communication operator server or relay equipment such as an internet server and the like, and provides a communication virtual space for conference call.
In the embodiment of the three-party conference shown in fig. 7, the first called subscriber number and the second called subscriber number may belong to the same mobile terminal or different mobile terminals. The called user transfers the call condition in the conference call, which is the same as the condition in the embodiment of fig. 4 and is not described again.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus for transferring a call, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus including:
a call unit 801, configured to enable a first user number of a first mobile terminal where the first user number is located and a second user number of a second mobile terminal where the second user number is located to be in a call state;
