本发明涉及中药酒领域,具体涉及由中药原料与酒配伍制成的养生中药酒及制备方法。
背景技术
酒,素有“百药之长″之称,将强身健体的中药与酒″溶″于一体的药酒,不仅配制方便、药性稳定、安全有效,而且因为酒精是一种良好的半极性有机溶剂,大部分水溶性物质及水不能溶解。中药的多种成分如生物碱、盐类、鞣质、挥发油、有机酸、树脂、糖类及部分色素(如叶绿素、叶黄素)等均较易溶解于乙醇中。乙醇不仅有良好的穿透性,易于进入药材组织细胞中,发挥溶解作用,促进置换、扩散,有利于提高浸出速度和浸出效果;还有防腐作用,可延缓许多药物的水解,增强药剂的稳定性。酒性温,味辛而苦甘,有温通血脉,宣散药力,温暖肠胃,祛散风寒,振奋阳气,消除疲劳等作用。适量饮酒,可以怡情助兴,但过饮则乱性,酗酒则耗损元气,甚至于殒命。医家之所以喜好用酒,是取其善行药势而达于脏腑、四肢百骸之性,故有“酒为百药之长”的说法。其实,酒是一种最好的溶媒,许多用其他加工方法难以将其有效成分析出的药物,大多可借助于酒的这一特性而提取出来,并能充分发挥其防治疾病,延年益寿的药效,这就是药酒历经数十年而不减其魅力的缘由所在。将酒与治病强身的药“溶”为一体的药酒,不仅具有配制、服用简便,药性稳定,安全有效的优点,更因为药借酒力、酒助药势而充分发挥效力,提高疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有补脾肾、益气血功效的养生中药酒及制备方法,对肾虚精亏、食欲不振具有良好的预防和治疗作用。
本发明采用的技术方案在于:所述养生中药酒及制备方法,其主要原料及重量份分别是,玉竹200份、桑椹子100份、白芍、茯苓、玄参、苍术、破故纸各50份,陈皮30份、何首乌60份、当归30份、白酒3000份。
本发明所述养生中药酒的制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取原料玉竹200份、桑椹子100份、白芍、茯苓、玄参、苍术、破故纸各50份,陈皮30份、何首乌60份、当归30份共加工成粗碎,获得无菌原材料;
步骤二)、将所获得的无菌原材料,置于瓷坛内,再将白酒3000份倒入瓷坛内,加盖密封,于水浴中加热煮沸后,浸泡30日;
步骤三)、浸泡30日后,滤取酒液,残渣压榨后回收残液中的酒液,合并过滤,贮瓶备用。
本发明所选择的原料,其药性和功效分别是:
玉竹:百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce的干燥根茎。根状茎含玉竹粘多糖。还含黄精螺甾醇(polyspirostanol)Poa,黄精螺甾醇甙(poly-spirostanoside)Pob、Poc、PO1.PO2.PO3.PO4.PO5,黄精呋甾醇甙(polyfuroside),黄精呋甾醇甙Poc、Pod、PO6.PO7.PO8及PO9等甾族化合物。PO2与Pob具有相同结构,均为25-R、S立体异构混合物,只是R/S比值不同;PO3为Poc极其25-R的混合物。滋阴润肺;养胃生津。燥咳;劳嗽;热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴;内热消渴;阴虚外感;头昏眩晕;筋脉挛痛。
桑椹子:【功能主治】滋阴养血;生津;润肠。主肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩;腰酸耳鸣;须发早白;失眠多梦;津伤口渴;消渴;肠燥便秘。桑椹又名桑果,早在两千多年前,桑椹已是中国皇帝御用的补品。因桑树特桑葚子殊的生长环境使桑果具有天然生长,无任何污染的特点,所以桑椹又被称为“民间圣果”。它含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分,营养是苹果的5-6倍,是葡萄的4倍,具有多种功效,被医学界誉为“二十一世纪的最佳保健果品”。常吃桑椹能显著提高人体免疫力,具有延缓衰老,美容养颜的功效。
白芍:白芍为我国著名的传统常用中药材,应用历史悠久,芍药始载于东汉《神农本草经》,列为中品,记有“主邪气,除血痹,破坚积,寒热疝瘕,止痛,利小便,益气”。白芍性凉,味苦酸,微寒,具有补血柔肝、平肝止痛。敛阴收汗等功效,适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急,泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症。
茯苓:多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。古人称茯苓为“四时神药”,因为它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效。茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓之利水,是通过健运脾肺功能而达到的,与其它直接利水的中药不同。
玄参:玄参科植物玄参Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.的干燥根。【性味归经】:味甘、苦、咸;性微寒。归肺,胃,肾经。【功效】:清热凉血,泻火解毒,滋阴。主治:温热病和营血、身热、烦渴、舌绛、发斑、骨蒸劳嗽、虚烦不寤、津伤便秘、目涩昏花、咽喉喉肿痛、瘰疬痰核、痈疽疮毒。
苍术:菊科植物茅苍术或北苍术的干燥根茎。燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。用于脘腹胀满,泄泻水肿,脚气痿躄,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲。主湿困脾胃;倦怠嗜卧;胞痞腹胀;食欲不振;哎吐泄泻;痰饮;湿肿;表证夹湿;头身重痛;痹证温性;肢节酸痛重着;痿襞。用于风湿痹痛、肢体关节疼痛。
破故纸:破故纸为豆科植物补骨脂的果实。秋季果实成熟时,随熟随收,割取果穗,晒干,打出种子,除净杂质即可,栽培或野生。治脾肾虚弱,全不进食,补肾助阳;纳气平喘;温脾止泻。主肾阳不足;下元虚冷;腰膝冷痛;阳痿遗精;尿频;遗尿;肾不纳气;虚喘不止;脾肾两虚;大便久泻。
陈皮:陈皮含橙皮甙约8.4%,川陈皮素(nobiletin)约0。15%.另含辛弗林(对羟福林)0.28%-2。54%。【主治功效】:理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏。痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
何首乌:生何首乌的功效解毒,消痈,润肠通便。用于瘰疠疮痈,风疹瘙痒,肠燥便秘,高脂血症。制首乌:补肝肾,益精血,乌须发,强筋骨;用于眩晕耳鸣、须发早白、腰膝酸软、肢体麻木、崩漏带下、高脂血症。药理实验证明,制何首乌能促进红细胞生成,促进造血功能,增强免疫功能,降低血糖,对心肌有兴奋作用,能减慢心率,增加冠状动脉血流量,可降低胆固醇,减轻动脉粥样硬化,保肝,延缓衰老,并有促进肠管蠕动的作用。
当归:【化学成分】含基本内酯、正丁烯酰内酯、阿魏酸、烟酸、蔗糖和多种氨基酸,以及倍半萜类化合物等。【性味归经】性温,昧甘、辛。归肝、心、脾经。【功能主治】补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
白酒为中国特有的一种蒸馏酒,由淀粉或糖质原料制成酒醅或发酵后经蒸馏而得。又称烧酒、老白干、烧刀子等,解放后称为白酒。酒质无色(或微黄)透明,气味芳香纯正,入口绵甜爽净,酒精含量较高,经贮存老熟后,具有以酯类为主体的复合香味。以曲类、酒母为糖化发酵剂,利用淀粉质(糖质)原料,经蒸煮、糖化、发酵、蒸馏、陈酿和勾兑而酿制而成的各类酒。
本发明中药酒的补脾肾、益气血功效在临床应用当中得到了证实,基本资料如下:2007-2013年,门诊临床应用本发明所述养生中药酒对467例体验者用;有肾虚精亏、食欲不振病症,平均年龄52岁;服用方法:直接饮用,每日早晚饮用150-200ml;连续服用21-28日后,有效或显效405例;有效或显效的评价标准为:症状有所改善或者症状消失。
本发明养生中药酒的有益效果:有轻微中药香味,无任何毒副作用,补脾肾、益气血效果明显,用于治疗肾虚精亏、食欲不振病症。
具体实施方法

1.一种玉竹养生中药酒,其特征在于,其主要原料及重量份分别是,玉竹200份、桑椹子100份、白芍、茯苓、玄参、苍术、破故纸各50份,陈皮30份、何首乌60份、当归30份、白酒3000份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的中药酒,其特征在于,制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取原料玉竹200份、桑椹子100份、白芍、茯苓、玄参、苍术、破故纸各50份,陈皮30份、何首乌60份、当归30份共加工成粗碎,获得无菌原材料;
步骤二)、将所获得的无菌原材料,置于瓷坛内,再将白酒3000份倒入瓷坛内,加盖密封,于水浴中加热煮沸后,浸泡30日;
步骤三)、浸泡30日后,滤取酒液,残渣压榨后回收残液中的酒液,合并过滤,贮瓶备用。
