本发明是一种新型的带状夹紧装置，包括夹紧带，所述夹紧带一端通过二次弯曲依次形成弹簧片和固定部，弹簧片和固定部为一次成型的左侧相接的同向且不同弧度的倒置U型槽，在固定部上侧设有锁止螺栓，在固定部下侧固定设有圆螺帽，锁止螺栓上套有活动设置的螺帽并依次穿过固定部和圆螺帽，固定部左侧设有锁定勾，在加紧带上钻有数个定位孔，数个定位孔等间距排列，加紧带是由具有弹性且不易腐蚀的整体金属制成的带状金属片。本发明解决了原始捆扎带无法活动设置的问题，随着操作人员工作任务的需求或紧或松夹紧装置，与此同时不易腐蚀的弹性金属带更适合户外使用，适应性强。

背景技术
在户外随处可以见到密集的输电线、网线等输送线，通过夹紧装置夹紧固定杂乱无章的输送线以确保在所需的区域内实施有利于输送线的管理和维护，而传统的捆扎带无法活动设置开或关，且不适合户外使用，容易腐蚀断裂。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种新型的带状夹紧装置，其能够活动设置夹紧装置或紧或松，且不易腐蚀。
为了达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明是一种新型的带状夹紧装置，包括夹紧带，夹紧带一端通过二次弯曲依次形成弹簧片和固定部，在固定部上侧设有锁止螺栓，在固定部下侧固定设有圆螺帽，锁止螺栓上套有活动设置的螺帽并依次穿过固定部和圆螺帽，固定部左侧设有锁定勾，在加紧带上钻有数个定位孔。
本发明的进一步改进在于：弹簧片和固定部为一次成型的左侧相接的同向且不同弧度的倒置U型槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于：数个定位孔等间距排列。
本发明的进一步改进在于：加紧带是由具有弹性且不易腐蚀的整体金属制成的带状金属片。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明解决了原始捆扎带无法活动设置的问题，随着操作人员工作任务的需求或紧或松夹紧装置，与此同时不易腐蚀的弹性金属带更适合户外使用，适应性强。

如图1-2所示，本发明是一种新型的带状夹紧装置，包括夹紧带1，所述夹紧带1一端通过二次弯曲依次形成弹簧片2和固定部3，所述弹簧片2和所述固定部3为一次成型的左侧相接的同向且不同弧度的倒置U型槽，在所述固定部3上侧设有锁止螺栓4，在所述固定部3下侧固定设有圆螺帽6，所述锁止螺栓4上套有活动设置的螺帽5并依次穿过所述固定部3和所述圆螺帽6，所述固定部3左侧设有锁定勾7，在所述加紧带1上钻有数个定位孔8，数个所述定位孔8等间距排列。所述加紧带1是由具有弹性且不易腐蚀的整体金属制成的带状金属片，更适合户外使用，适应性强。
操作装置夹紧时，根据夹紧的输送线量的大小半径，将所述锁定勾7固定倒勾在所述定位孔8中，并通过所述锁止螺栓4、所述螺帽5 和所述圆螺帽6迫使所述弹簧片2弯曲的外力使得所述锁定勾7稳定固定在所述定位孔8中。操作装置松开时，反方向操作所述锁止螺栓4控制所述弹簧片2复原，使得所述锁定勾7离开所述定位孔8。

1.一种新型的带状夹紧装置，包括夹紧带（1），其特征在于：所述夹紧带（1）一端通过二次弯曲依次形成弹簧片（2）和固定部（3），在所述固定部（3）上侧设有锁止螺栓（4），在所述固定部（3）下侧固定设有圆螺帽（6），所述锁止螺栓（4）上套有活动设置的螺帽（5）并依次穿过所述固定部（3）和所述圆螺帽（6），所述固定部（3）左侧设有锁定勾（7），在所述加紧带（1）上钻有数个定位孔（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的带状夹紧装置，其特征在于：所述弹簧片（2）和所述固定部（3）为一次成型的左侧相接的同向且不同弧度的倒置U型槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的带状夹紧装置，其特征在于：数个所述定位孔（8）等间距排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的带状夹紧装置，其特征在于：所述加紧带（1）是由具有弹性且不易腐蚀的整体金属制成的带状金属片。
