Abstract
本发明公开了一种降噪保温管道,包括管道(1),其特征在于,在管道(1)外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层(2)、软质防护层(3)和外护套(4),所述中空防护层(2)由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成,所述软质防护层(3)由软质耐高温保温材料制成。通过本发明设置的结构,可通过中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套的配合大大提高原有管道的密封、保温性能,尤其中空防护层的设计,还可大大降低管道输送时的噪音。

本发明涉及一种管道,特别是涉及一种带有降噪和保温功能的管道。
背景技术
目前,现有的管道,在高温或其他恶劣的天气情况下,很难抵挡各种伤害,致使使用质量难以保证;而且,管道工作时,经常产生噪音,引起噪声污染。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种降噪保温管道。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种降噪保温管道,包括管道,在管道外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套,所述中空防护层由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成,所述软质防护层由软质耐高温保温材料制成。
作为优选,所述制成软质防护层的材料为泡沫石棉、玻璃纤维、石棉纤维中的一种或几种
本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明设置的结构,可通过中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套的配合大大提高原有管道的密封、保温性能,尤其中空防护层的设计,还可大大降低管道输送时的噪音。

如图1所示,本发明所提供的一种降噪保温管道,包括管道1,其特征在于,在管道1外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层2、软质防护层3和外护套4,所述中空防护层2由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成,所述软质防护层3由软质耐高温保温材料制成,所述制成软质防护层2的材料为泡沫石棉、玻璃纤维、石棉纤维中的一种或几种。
本发明结构简单,设计巧妙,可通过中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套的配合大大提高原有管道的密封、保温性能,它们的厚度设置也使得其具有优越的耐冲击和抗变形的能力,大大延长管道的使用寿命。

1.一种降噪保温管道,包括管道(1),其特征在于,在管道(1)外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层(2)、软质防护层(3)和外护套(4),所述中空防护层(2)由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成,所述软质防护层(3)由软质耐高温保温材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪保温管道,其特征在于,所述制成软质防护层(2)的材料为泡沫石棉、玻璃纤维、石棉纤维中的一种或几种。
