本发明公开了一种降噪保温管道，包括管道（1），其特征在于，在管道（1）外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层（2）、软质防护层（3）和外护套（4），所述中空防护层（2）由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成，所述软质防护层（3）由软质耐高温保温材料制成。通过本发明设置的结构，可通过中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套的配合大大提高原有管道的密封、保温性能，尤其中空防护层的设计，还可大大降低管道输送时的噪音。

本发明涉及一种管道，特别是涉及一种带有降噪和保温功能的管道。
背景技术
目前，现有的管道，在高温或其他恶劣的天气情况下，很难抵挡各种伤害，致使使用质量难以保证；而且，管道工作时，经常产生噪音，引起噪声污染。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题，提供了一种降噪保温管道。
为了达到以上目的，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种降噪保温管道，包括管道，在管道外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套，所述中空防护层由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成，所述软质防护层由软质耐高温保温材料制成。

 本发明的有益效果是：通过本发明设置的结构，可通过中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套的配合大大提高原有管道的密封、保温性能，尤其中空防护层的设计，还可大大降低管道输送时的噪音。

    本发明结构简单，设计巧妙，可通过中空防护层、软质防护层和外护套的配合大大提高原有管道的密封、保温性能，它们的厚度设置也使得其具有优越的耐冲击和抗变形的能力，大大延长管道的使用寿命。

1.一种降噪保温管道，包括管道（1），其特征在于，在管道（1）外自内向外依次设置有中空防护层（2）、软质防护层（3）和外护套（4），所述中空防护层（2）由聚碳酸酯或聚乙烯经加工成中空状而成，所述软质防护层（3）由软质耐高温保温材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪保温管道，其特征在于，所述制成软质防护层（2）的材料为泡沫石棉、玻璃纤维、石棉纤维中的一种或几种。
