Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆、阀板密封结构、压盖;阀板密封结构设置在压盖轴端与阀体通孔内轴肩之间径向环槽内,为复合密封结构,包括金属密封环、高强度耐磨橡胶圈;金属密封环为由外环、锥面环、内环组成的阶梯环;金属密封环与径向环槽轴向间隙配合,其外环外壁与径向环槽内壁径向间隙配合;高强度耐磨橡胶圈轴向截面为梯形,其嵌入在金属密封环内环、锥面环外壁和径向环槽内壁、压盖轴端之间空腔内;阀板密封面与金属密封环锥面环、内环外壁交接处紧密配合;进一步改进在于:阀板密封面设有耐磨金属层;金属密封环锥面环、内环外壁交接处采用圆弧连接。本发明耐磨,耐高压,密封可靠性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是涉及一种双偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
双偏心蝶阀结构特征为阀杆轴心既偏离蝶板中心、也偏离本体中心,其效果使蝶阀被开启后蝶板能迅速脱离阀座,大幅度消除蝶板与阀座的不必要的过度挤压、刮擦现象,减轻了开启阻矩,降低了磨损,提高了阀座寿命。刮擦的大幅度降低,使得双偏心蝶阀也可以采用金属阀座,扩大了蝶阀在高磨损介质领域的应用,但以往的金属硬密封蝶阀其密封原理属位置密封构造,即蝶板与阀座的密封面为线接触,通过蝶板挤压阀座所造成的弹性变形产生密封效果,故对关闭位置要求很高(特别是金属阀座),承压能力低,特别是阀门需双向承压时反向承压很难达到正向的承压要求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高双偏心蝶阀承压能力,并能解决双偏心蝶阀的反向承压问题的耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆、阀板密封结构、压盖;所述阀板固定连接在阀杆上;所述压盖固定连接在阀体通孔孔端;所述阀板密封结构设置在压盖轴端与阀体通孔内轴肩之间的径向环槽内;其改进之处在于:所述阀板密封结构为复合密封结构,包括金属密封环、高强度耐磨橡胶圈;所述金属密封环为由外环、锥面环、内环组成的阶梯环;所述金属密封环与径向环槽轴向间隙配合,其外环外壁与径向环槽内壁径向间隙配合;所述高强度耐磨橡胶圈轴向截面为梯形,其嵌入在金属密封环内环、锥面环外壁和径向环槽内壁、压盖轴端之间空腔内;所述阀板密封面与金属密封环的锥面环、内环外壁交接处紧密配合。
上述结构中,所述阀板密封面设有耐磨金属层。
上述结构中,所述耐磨金属层为不锈钢堆焊层。
上述结构中,所述金属密封环的锥面环、内环外壁交接处采用圆弧连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1. 当蝶阀正向关闭时,阀板挤压金属密封环,同时金属密封环与阀体之间的高强度耐磨橡胶圈被挤压,在其弹性变形内既起到密封作用,又有支撑金属密封环的作用,使得金属密封环既有金属的硬度和刚度,又有橡胶的弹性。此时阀板密封面与组合式密封结构组成的密封副上形成密封比压,达到密封的效果与要求。这种组合式密封结构显著提高了蝶阀的承压能力,使蝶阀能承受高压。当反向关闭时,介质压力将导致阀板与阀轴的配合间隙、阀轴与阀体轴承的配合间隙、轴承与阀体轴孔的配合间隙以及加工尺寸误差的全部累计处于一侧,即偏离金属密封环的一侧,使得阀板密封面与组合式密封结构组成的密封副形成的密封比压减小,而此时金属密封环在介质压力作用下沿阀体通孔轴线方向与阀板同向移动并紧贴阀板,从而达到密封要求的密封比压,满足了反向密封的要求。
2、高强度耐磨橡胶圈轴向截面为梯形,其嵌入在金属密封环内环、锥面环外壁和径向环槽内壁、压盖轴端之间空腔内,当蝶阀反向关闭时,介质压力轴向作用于高强度耐磨橡胶圈上,高强度耐磨橡胶圈将压力同时传递到金属密封环内环、锥面环上,使金属密封环与阀板密封面紧密配合,由于高强度耐磨橡胶圈与金属密封环锥面环整个外壁接触,使得金属密封环均匀变形,使得密封更可靠。
3、阀板密封面设有耐磨金属层,显著提高阀板密封面的耐磨能力,显著延长蝶阀的使用寿命。
4、金属密封环的锥面环、内环外壁交接处采用圆弧连接,使得金属密封环与阀板密封面的密封由线接触变成了面接触,进一步提高密封可靠性和承压能力。

附图所示耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体2、阀板6、阀杆7、阀板密封结构3、压盖1;阀板6固定连接在阀杆7上;压盖1固定连接在阀体2通孔孔端;阀板密封结构3设置在压盖1轴端与阀体2通孔内轴肩之间的径向环槽4内;阀板密封结构3为复合密封结构,包括金属密封环3.1、高强度耐磨橡胶圈3.2;金属密封环3.1为由外环3.1.1、锥面环3.1.2、内环3.1.3组成的阶梯环,本实施例中,锥面环3.1.2、内环3.1.3外壁交接处采用圆弧连接;金属密封环3.1与径向环槽4轴向间隙配合,其外环3.1.1外壁与径向环槽4内壁径向间隙配合;高强度耐磨橡胶圈3.2轴向截面为梯形,其嵌入在金属密封环3.1内环3.1.3、锥面环3.1.2外壁和径向环槽4内壁、压盖1轴端之间空腔内;阀板6密封面与金属密封环3.1的锥面环3.1.2、内环3.1.3外壁交接处紧密配合。
阀板6密封面设有耐磨金属层6.1,本实施例中,耐磨金属层6.1为不锈钢堆焊层。

1.一种耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体(2)、阀板(6)、阀杆(7)、阀板密封结构(3)、压盖(1);所述阀板(6)固定连接在阀杆(7)上;所述压盖(1)固定连接在阀体(2)通孔孔端;所述阀板密封结构(3)设置在压盖(1)轴端与阀体(2)通孔内轴肩之间的径向环槽(4)内;其特征在于:所述阀板密封结构(3)为复合密封结构,包括金属密封环(3.1)、高强度耐磨橡胶圈(3.2);所述金属密封环(3.1)为由外环(3.1.1)、锥面环(3.1.2)、内环(3.1.3)组成的阶梯环;所述金属密封环(3.1)与径向环槽(4)轴向间隙配合,其外环(3.1.1)外壁与径向环槽(4)内壁径向间隙配合;所述高强度耐磨橡胶圈(3.2)轴向截面为梯形,其嵌入在金属密封环(3.1)内环(3.1.3)、锥面环(3.1.2)外壁和径向环槽(4)内壁、压盖(1)轴端之间空腔内;所述阀板(6)密封面与金属密封环(3.1)的锥面环(3.1.2)、内环(3.1.3)外壁交接处紧密配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(6)密封面设有耐磨金属层(6.1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述耐磨金属层(6.1)为不锈钢堆焊层。
4.根据权利要求1~3之一所述的耐磨、耐高压金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述金属密封环(3.1)的锥面环(3.1.2)、内环(3.1.3)外壁交接处采用圆弧连接。
