Abstract

本发明提供一种灯条,所述灯条包括发光件、基板和连接器,所述发光件和所述连接器均设置在所述基板上,所述连接器包括用于与驱动电路相连的输入端口和与所述发光件相连的输出端口,其中,所述基板上设置有沿所述基板的厚度方向穿过所述基板的通孔,所述连接器设置在所述通孔内,使得所述连接器的第一端位于所述基板的一侧,所述连接器的第二端位于所述基板的另一侧。相应地,本发明还提供一种包括所述灯条的背光源和包括该背光源的显示装置。本发明能够减少暗区现象的发生,改善显示装置的显示效果。

Description

灯条、背光源和显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,具体地,涉及一种灯条、包括该灯条的背光源和包括该背光源的显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置在进行显示时,需要由背光源为显示面板提供光源,以显示图像。按照入光方式可以将背光源分为直下式背光源和侧入式背光源。其中,侧入式背光源的结构如图1所示,将灯条设置在导光板1的一侧,从而使得液晶显示装置可以具有更小的厚度。灯条的结构如图2所示,多个发光件2设置在基板3上,基板3的一端设置有连接器4,用于连接驱动线路。由于连接器4的厚度通常大于发光件2的厚度,为了改善导光板1的导光效果,在导光板1上的对应于连接器4的位置设置切口5,使得连接器4朝向切口5延伸,以减小发光件2与导光板1之间的距离。但是这种设置方式使得发光件2发射的光线需要在导光板1中进行多次反射后才能传播至切口5处,因此,显示面板对应于切口5的位置会形成暗区,随着液晶显示装置的边框越来越窄,形成暗区的现象会越来越明显,从而影响显示效果。
因此,如何减少显示面板上出现暗区现象的发生成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种灯条、包括该灯条的背光源和包括该背光源的显示装置,以使得显示装置进行显示时,减少暗区现象的发生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种灯条,所述灯条包括发光件、基板和连接器,所述发光件和所述连接器均设置在所述基板上,所述连接器包括用于与驱动电路相连的输入端口和与所述发光件相连的输出端口,所述基板上设置有沿所述基板的厚度方向穿过所述基板的通孔,所述连接器设置在所述通孔内,使得所述连接器的第一端位于所述基板的一侧,所述连接器的第二端位于所述基板的另一侧。
优选地,所述连接器与所述发光件同侧的部分凸出于所述基板的高度不大于所述发光件凸出于所述基板的高度。
优选地,所述连接器上设置有焊脚,所述基板上设置有与所述焊脚相对应的焊盘,所述焊脚与所述焊盘焊接,以将所述连接器与所述基板固定连接。
优选地,所述输入端口和所述输出端口设置在所述连接器的与所述发光件同侧的一端。
优选地,所述连接器的与所述发光件同侧的部分凸出于所述基板的高度为0.8~1.1mm。
相应地,本发明还提供一种背光源,该背光源包括灯条和为该灯条提供信号的驱动电路,其中,所述灯条本发明所提供的上述灯条,所述连接器的输入端口与所述驱动电路相连。
优选地,所述背光源还包括导光板,所述灯条设置在所述导光板的一侧,所述导光板与所述发光件对应位置处的宽度和所述导光板与所述连接器对应位置处的宽度相同。
优选地,所述背光源还包括背板,所述灯条设置在所述背板上,所述背板与所述连接器相对应的位置处设置有凹槽,所述连接器的第一端朝向所述导光板延伸,所述连接器的第二端位于所述凹槽中。
相应地,本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括背光源,其中,所述背光源为本发明所提供的上述背光源。
在本发明中,所述灯条的基板上设置有通孔,连接器设置在所述通孔中,以使得连接器的第一端位于基板的一侧,上述连接器的另一端位于基板的另一侧,并且连接器与发光件同侧的部分凸出于基板的高度不大于发光件凸出于基板的高度。因而,在应用所述灯条的背光源中,连接器的设置对导光板的影响较小,导光板与连接器相对应的位置处不需要做出切口,从而使得发光件所发射的光线可以在导光板中均匀地传播,进而减少显示面板上暗区的产生,改善显示效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
作为本发明的一方面,提供一种灯条,如图3所示,所述灯条包括发光件2、基板3和连接器4,发光件2和连接器4均设置在基板3上,连接器4包括用于与驱动电路相连的输入端口6和与发光件5相连的输出端口7,基板3上可以设置有沿基板3的厚度方向穿过基板3的通孔,连接器4设置在所述通孔内,使得连接器4的第一端位于基板3的一侧,连接器4的第二端位于基板的另一侧。
本发明所提供的灯条尤其适用于侧入式背光源。在本发明中,基板3上设置有通孔,连接器4的两端分别位于基板3的两侧,因而,与现有技术相比,连接器4与发光件2同侧的部分凸出于基板3的高度减小,从而使得在应用所述灯条的背光源(如图4所示)中,导光板1对应于连接器4的位置处的切口面积减小或不存在切口,进而减少显示面板上暗区现象的发生。
在本发明中,发光件2可以为发光二极管。
进一步地,连接器4与发光件2同侧的部分凸出于基板3的高度不大于发光件2凸出于基板3的高度,从而在应用所述灯条的背光源中,导光板1对应于发光件2的位置和对应于连接器4的位置处的宽度相同,即,不需要对导光板1上作切口,从而防止显示面板上出现由所述切口造成的暗区出现。
本发明对连接器4在所述通孔中的设置方式不作限定,例如,所述通孔的开口形状可以与连接器4的底面形状一致,从而将连接器4紧密地卡合在所述通孔中。
为了防止连接器4在所述通孔中发生相对移动,优选地,如图3所示,连接器4上可以设置有焊脚8,基板3上可以设置有与焊脚8相对应的焊盘(图中未示出),焊脚8与所述焊盘焊接,以将连接器4与基板3固定连接。可以在连接器4的侧面上设置多个高度相同的焊脚8,在所述通孔的边沿处设置多个与焊脚8对应的焊盘,以提高焊接的稳定性。
更进一步地,输入端口6和输出端口7可以设置在连接器4的与发光件2同侧的一端。相应地,为所述灯条提供信号的驱动电路上设置有驱动信号输出端,基板3上设置有导电线路,输入端口6可以与所述驱动电路的驱动信号输出端相连,输出端口7可以与基板3上的导电线路相连,驱动电路的驱动信号通过连接器4传输至基板3上的导电线路,从而驱动发光件2发光。需要说明的是,在实际生产中,连接器4的输入端口6和输出端口7均可以包括多个引脚或电极,图中仅为示意性说明。
更进一步地,连接器4的与发光件2同侧的部分凸出于基板3的高度为0.8~1.1mm。应该理解的是,不同的连接器4凸出于基板3的高度可以不同,只要凸出高度在0.8~1.1mm之间即可,从而使得连接器4与发光件2同侧的部分凸出于基板3的高度不大于发光件2凸出于基板3的高度。
上述为对本发明所提供的灯条的描述,可以看出,所述灯条的基板上设置有通孔,连接器设置在所述通孔内,以使得连接器的两端分别延伸至所述通孔的外部,并且连接器与发光件同侧的部分凸出于基板的高度不大于发光件凸出于基板的高度。因而,在应用所述灯条的背光源中,连接器的设置对导光板的影响较小,导光板与连接器相对应的位置处不需要做出切口,从而使得发光件所发射的光线可以在导光板中均匀地传播,进而减少显示面板中暗区的产生,改善显示效果。
作为本发明的另一方面,提供一种背光源,该背光源包括灯条和为该灯条提供信号的驱动电路,所述灯条为本发明所提供的上述灯条,连接器的输入端口6与所述驱动电路相连。
所述背光源可以为侧入式背光源,更进一步地,如图4所示,所述背光源还包括导光板1,所述灯条设置在导光板1的一侧,导光板1与发光件2对应位置处的宽度和导光板1与连接器4对应位置处的宽度相同。即,导光板1上与连接器4的对应位置处不存在切口。因而,发光件2所发射的光线可以在导光板1中均匀地传播,从而防止在显示面板上出现暗区,并且不会对导光板1与发光件2之间的距离产生影响,进而改善显示效果。
更进一步地,所述背光源还包括背板9,所述灯条设置在背板9上,背板9与连接器4相对应的位置处设置有凹槽,连接器4的第一端朝向导光板1延伸,连接器4的第二端位于所述凹槽中,从而便于将灯条固定在背板9上,具体地,所述凹槽的深度可以与连接器4的第二端凸出于基板3表面的高度一致,以实现连接器4与背板9之间的紧密贴合。所述贴合方式可以为利用粘合材料进行的粘合。
作为本发明的再一方面,提供一种显示装置,包括背光源,其中,所述背光源为本发明所提供的上述背光源。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种灯条,所述灯条包括发光件、基板和连接器,所述发光件和所述连接器均设置在所述基板上,所述连接器包括用于与驱动电路相连的输入端口和与所述发光件相连的输出端口,其特征在于,所述基板上设置有沿所述基板的厚度方向穿过所述基板的通孔,所述连接器设置在所述通孔内,使得所述连接器的第一端位于所述基板的一侧,所述连接器的第二端位于所述基板的另一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述连接器与所述发光件同侧的部分凸出于所述基板的高度不大于所述发光件凸出于所述基板的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述连接器上设置有焊脚,所述基板上设置有与所述焊脚相对应的焊盘,所述焊脚与所述焊盘焊接,以将所述连接器与所述基板固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述输入端口和所述输出端口设置在所述连接器的与所述发光件同侧的一端。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述连接器的与所述发光件同侧的部分凸出于所述基板的高度为0.8~1.1mm。
6.一种背光源,该背光源包括灯条和为该灯条提供信号的驱动电路,其特征在于,所述灯条为权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的灯条,所述连接器的输入端口与所述驱动电路相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述背光源还包括导光板,所述灯条设置在所述导光板的一侧,所述导光板与所述发光件对应位置处的宽度和所述导光板与所述连接器对应位置处的宽度相同。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述背光源还包括背板,所述灯条设置在所述背板上,所述背板与所述连接器相对应的位置处设置有凹槽,所述连接器的第一端朝向所述导光板延伸,所述连接器的第二端位于所述凹槽中。
9.一种显示装置,包括背光源,其特征在于,所述背光源为权利要求6至8中任意一项所述的背光源。
