Background
In a conventional cellular communication technology, a data communication flow between two UEs (User equipments) may be as shown in fig. 1, that is, services such as voice and data between the two UEs need to interact through respective resident enbs (i.e., base station devices) and core networks. Further, the D2D technology (i.e., terminal direct technology) refers to that neighboring UEs can directly perform data transmission through a direct link within a short distance without forwarding through a central node (i.e., eNB), as shown in fig. 2.
The short-range communication characteristic and the direct communication mode of the D2D technology have the following advantages: (1) the direct communication of the UE in the close range can realize higher data rate, lower delay and lower power consumption; (2) the short-distance characteristic of the widely distributed UE and D2D communication link in the network is utilized, so that the effective utilization of frequency spectrum resources can be realized; (3) the direct communication mode of the D2D can adapt to the local data sharing requirement of the service such as wireless P2P and the like, and provides data service with flexible adaptability; (4) the direct communication of D2D can utilize a large number of widely distributed UEs in the network to expand the coverage of the network.
In an LTE (Long Term Evolution ) system, the D2D technology refers to a D2D communication process that operates on an LTE authorized frequency band and is controlled by the LTE system; the method fully exerts the technical advantages of D2D, and the control of the LTE system can overcome some problems of the traditional D2D technology, such as uncontrollable interference and the like.
In the prior art, the D2D communication process includes D2D discovery and D2D communication; first, the UE discovers other UEs in its vicinity through a D2D discovery signal; secondly, the UE performs data communication after establishing the D2D connection; in the network coverage range, the resource used by the D2D discovery signal is notified to the sending end UE and the receiving end UE by the base station device, so that the sending end UE and the receiving end UE can discover by using the resource configured by the base station device, the sending end UE is called discovered UE, and the receiving end UE is called discovered UE.
The discoveree UE transmits a D2D discovery signal on a resource configured by the base station device, on which a plurality of discoveree UEs may simultaneously receive a D2D discovery signal to discover the discoveree UE; furthermore, the discoveree UE may receive D2D discovery signals of other UEs on other resources outside the base station equipment configuration resources. As shown in fig. 3, for the D2D discovery signal transmission and reception diagram, the discovered UE needs to transmit the D2D discovery signal on an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbol 5 and needs to receive the D2D discovery signals of other UEs on OFDM symbols 3, 7, 11.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
due to the limitation of radio frequency, the UE needs a certain transition time (20 us) between transmitting the D2D discovery signal and receiving the D2D discovery signal, so when the discovered UE transmits the D2D discovery signal on the OFDM symbol 5, the OFDM symbols 4 and 6 on both sides of the OFDM symbol 5 cannot be used for receiving the D2D discovery signals of other UEs, but can only be used as a guard interval of transceiving transition, thereby reducing the resource utilization rate.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
To solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for transmitting a D2D discovery signal (i.e., transmitting and receiving a D2D discovery signal), which can flexibly adjust a transmission window and a reception window of a D2D discovery signal by using a timing window independent from a cellular signal timing window (i.e., a transmission window and a reception window) corresponding to a physical resource, thereby effectively reducing the physical resource occupied by a transceiving conversion time and improving the resource utilization rate; as shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the steps of:
step 401, the base station device determines physical resources occupied by the D2D discovery signal; such as: the base station device determines that the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal is OFDM symbol 5.
Step 402, the base station device determines, by using the physical resource, transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal; in this embodiment of the present invention, the transmission window information is specifically an offset of a transmission window of the D2D discovery signal with respect to a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource.
The offset may be a specific offset (e.g., 1/2OFDM symbol, etc.), and at this time, the transmission window information is an offset of a transmission window of the D2D discovery signal with respect to a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource; alternatively, the offset may be a specific offset indication (e.g., flag 0, 1, etc.), and at this time, the transmission window information is an offset indication of the transmission window of the D2D discovery signal relative to the corresponding cellular signal window of the physical resource, which may indicate whether there is an offset and indicate a predefined offset when there is an offset, e.g., a predefined offset 1/2OFDM symbol is indicated by flag 0.
In a preferred embodiment, the transmission window information may be 1-bit transmission timing indication information, and when the transmission window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 0), it indicates that an offset of a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 0; when the transmission window information is the second identifier (e.g., identifier 1), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/2OFDM symbol. Or,
the transmission window information may be 1-bit transmission timing indication information, and when the transmission window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 0), it indicates that there is no offset with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource; when the transmission window information is the second identifier (e.g., identifier 1), it indicates that there is an offset with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, and the offset value may be predetermined by the base station apparatus and the UE. Or,
the transmission window information may be 2-bit transmission timing indication information, and when the transmission window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 00), it indicates that an offset of a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 0; when the transmission window information is a second identifier (such as identifier 01), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/3OFDM symbol; when the transmission window information is a third identifier (for example, identifier 10), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/2OFDM symbol; when the transmission window information is the fourth symbol (e.g., symbol 11), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 2/3OFDM symbol. Or,
the transmission window information may be 2-bit transmission timing indication information, and when the transmission window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 00), it indicates that there is no offset with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource; when the transmission window information is the second identifier (e.g., identifier 01), the third identifier (e.g., identifier 10), and the fourth identifier (e.g., identifier 11), it indicates that there is an offset with respect to the corresponding cellular signal window of the physical resource, and the offset value may be predetermined by the base station device and the UE.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the determining, by the base station device, the sending window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal by using the physical resource specifically includes: the base station equipment determines the sending window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal according to the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal and the receiving and sending conditions of the D2D discovery signal on other physical resources adjacent to the physical resource.
Specifically, the base station device determines the transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal according to the transceiving conditions of the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal or other D2D discovery signals or cellular signals on other physical resources adjacent to the physical resource; that is, the base station apparatus may determine the transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal according to the D2D discovery signal or the cellular signaling on the physical resource by the first UE or the second UE.
For example, when the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal is OFDM symbol 5, and the first UE needs to receive the D2D discovery signals of other UEs on OFDM symbols 3 and 6, then the base station apparatus determines that the transmission window of the D2D discovery signal may be offset by 1/2OFDM symbol with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource (OFDM symbol 5); when the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal is OFDM symbol 5 and the first UE needs to receive the D2D discovery signals of other UEs on OFDM symbols 3 and 7, then the base station apparatus determines that the offset of the transmission window of the D2D discovery signal with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource (OFDM symbol 5) may be 0, i.e., the transmission window of the D2D discovery signal is not offset.
In step 403, the base station device sends the physical resource and the sending window information to the first UE.
In the embodiment of the invention, the base station equipment can send the physical resources and the sending window information to the first UE together through the same message; alternatively, the base station device may also send the physical resource and the transmission window information to the first UE through different messages, respectively.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the base station device further needs to send the physical resource (e.g. OFDM symbol 5) occupied by the D2D discovery signal to the second UE, so as to instruct the second UE to receive the D2D discovery signal.
Wherein the first UE is a discovered UE and the second UE is a discovered UE.
Step 404, the first UE receives physical resources occupied by the D2D discovery signal from the base station device and transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal; the sending window information is an offset of a sending window of the D2D discovery signal with respect to a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, and the cellular signal window may be a sending window of a cellular signal determined by the first UE through uplink synchronization with the cell; alternatively, the cellular signal window may be a reception window of a cellular signal determined by the first UE through downlink synchronization with the cell.
In step 405, the first UE determines a transmission window of the D2D discovery signal using the transmission window information and the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, and transmits the D2D discovery signal within the transmission window.
For example, when the transmission window information is 1-bit transmission timing indication information, if the transmission window information is the first identifier, it indicates that the offset of the transmission window relative to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 0, that is, the first UE transmits the D2D discovery signal within the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource; and if the transmission window information is the second identifier, the transmission window information indicates that the offset of the transmission window relative to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/2OFDM symbol, that is, the first UE transmits the D2D discovery signal in the window after the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is offset by 1/2OFDM symbol to the left.
When the transmission window information is 2-bit transmission timing indication information, if the transmission window information is a first identifier, it indicates that the offset of the transmission window relative to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 0, that is, the first UE transmits the D2D discovery signal in the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource; if the transmission window information is the second identifier, it indicates that the offset of the transmission window relative to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/3OFDM symbol, that is, the first UE transmits the D2D discovery signal in the window after the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is offset by 1/3OFDM symbol to the left.
The above process is a processing process of a first UE, and further, for a processing process of a second UE, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps:
in step 406, the second UE receives the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal from the base station device, determines a reception window of the D2D discovery signal using a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, and receives the D2D discovery signal over the reception window of the D2D discovery signal.
Wherein the reception window of the D2D discovery signal is offset from the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, or the reception window of the D2D discovery signal includes a plurality of signal reception windows having the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the cellular signal window may be a receiving window of a cellular signal determined by the second UE through downlink synchronization with the cell, or a transmitting window of a cellular signal determined by the second UE through uplink synchronization with the cell.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second UE detects the D2D discovery signal on the reception window of the D2D discovery signal, which specifically includes but is not limited to the following manners: the second UE performs a sequence correlation operation on the received D2D discovery signal within the reception window of the D2D discovery signal and determines whether to discover the first UE and an actual arrival window of the D2D discovery signal according to the correlation value (i.e., the sequence correlation operation result).
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second UE determines the receiving window of the D2D discovery signal by using the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, which specifically includes but is not limited to the following manners:
after determining the transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal by using the physical resource, the base station device determines the reception window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal according to the transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal (the reception window information is an offset of a reception window of the D2D discovery signal with respect to a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource), and transmits the reception window information to the second UE; further, after receiving the reception window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal, the second UE determines a reception window of the D2D discovery signal by using the reception window information and a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource.
In the embodiment of the invention, the base station equipment can send the physical resource and the receiving window information to the second UE together through the same message; alternatively, the base station device may also send the physical resource and the receive window information to the second UE through different messages, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment, the receiving window information may be 1-bit receiving timing indication information, and when the receiving window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 0), it indicates that an offset of a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 0; when the receiving window information is the second identifier (e.g., identifier 1), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/2OFDM symbol. Or,
the receive window information may be 1-bit receive timing indication information, and when the receive window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 0), it indicates that there is no offset with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource; when the receiving window information is the second identifier (e.g., identifier 1), it indicates that there is an offset with respect to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, and the offset value may be predetermined by the base station apparatus and the UE. Or,
the reception window information may be 2-bit reception timing indication information, and when the reception window information is a first flag (e.g., flag 00), it indicates that an offset of a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 0; when the receiving window information is a second identifier (such as identifier 01), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/3OFDM symbol; when the receiving window information is a third identifier (such as identifier 10), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 1/2OFDM symbol; when the receiving window information is the fourth symbol (e.g., symbol 11), it indicates that the offset of the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is 2/3OFDM symbol. Or,
the receive window information may be 2-bit receive timing indication information, and when the receive window information is a first identifier (e.g., identifier 00), it indicates that there is no offset with respect to the corresponding cellular signal window of the physical resource; when the receiving window information is the second identifier (e.g., identifier 01), the third identifier (e.g., identifier 10), and the fourth identifier (e.g., identifier 11), it indicates that there is an offset in the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource, and the offset value may be predetermined by the base station device and the UE.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the base station device may directly determine that the receiving window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal is the same as the sending window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal; for example, when the transmission window information is 1-bit transmission timing indication information and the reception window information is 1-bit reception timing indication information, if the transmission window information is a second identifier, the base station device determines that the reception window information is the second identifier, that is, an offset of the reception window with respect to a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is a 1/2OFDM symbol, and the second UE determines that a window after the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is offset to the left by the 1/2OFDM symbol is a reception window of the D2D discovery signal; when the sending window information is 2-bit sending timing indication information and the receiving window information is 2-bit receiving timing indication information, if the sending window information is a second identifier, the base station device determines that the receiving window information is the second identifier, that is, the offset of the receiving window relative to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is a 1/3OFDM symbol, and the second UE determines that the window after the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource is offset to the left by the 1/3OFDM symbol is the receiving window of the D2D discovery signal.
If the second UE and the first UE are both synchronized to the base station device, a certain timing error exists between the first UE sending the D2D discovery signal and the second UE receiving the D2D discovery signal due to the fact that the distance between the second UE and the base station device and the distance between the second UE and the base station device are different; based on this, in the embodiment of the present invention, when determining the reception window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal by using the transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal, the base station device may further consider the timing error, so that when the second UE receives the D2D discovery signal in the reception window corresponding to the D2D discovery signal, the base station device can accurately receive the D2D discovery signal transmitted by the first UE in the transmission window corresponding to the D2D discovery signal.
In a second mode, the second UE determines that a receiving window of the D2D discovery signal is a cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource and a cellular signal window corresponding to a part of the physical resource adjacent to the physical resource; at this time, the reception window of the D2D discovery signal includes a plurality of windows having cellular signal windows corresponding to the physical resources.
Specifically, the second UE may directly determine the reception window of the D2D discovery signal, including: the D2D finds the OFDM symbol (i.e. physical resource) where the signal is located and a part of time domain resources (e.g. 2/3OFDM symbol or 1/2OFDM symbol or 1 OFDM symbol, etc.) on both sides of the OFDM symbol.
In a third mode, the second UE determines that the reception windows of the D2D discovery signals are multiple signal reception windows determined according to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource and the predefined window offset value; at this time, the reception window of the D2D discovery signal includes a plurality of windows having cellular signal windows corresponding to the physical resources.
Specifically, the second UE directly determines that the reception window of the D2D discovery signal is a predetermined number of available reception windows; for example, the available receive window may be: D2D finds the cellular signal time window corresponding to the OFDM symbol (i.e. physical resource) where the signal is located, or the OFDM symbol time window is offset by 1/2OFDM symbol, or the OFDM symbol time window is offset by 2/3OFDM symbol, etc.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after the second UE receives the D2D discovery signal on the reception window of the D2D discovery signal, the second UE may further determine an actual arrival window of the D2D discovery signal according to the reception result of the D2D discovery signal (i.e., the second UE directly uses the window in which the D2D discovery signal is detected as the actual arrival window of the D2D discovery signal), and determine a reception window in which the D2D discovery signal is next received according to the actual arrival window of the D2D discovery signal (i.e., the second UE directly uses the actual arrival window of the D2D discovery signal as the reception window in which the D2D discovery signal is next received).
In this embodiment of the present invention, the receiving, by the second UE, the D2D discovery signal over the reception window of the D2D discovery signal includes: when the reception window of the D2D discovery signal is a plurality of signal reception windows determined according to the cellular signal window corresponding to the physical resource and the predefined window offset value, the second UE performs D2D discovery signal reception in the plurality of signal reception windows, respectively, to determine an actual arrival window of the D2D discovery signal.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, by flexibly adjusting the sending window and the receiving window, physical resources occupied by the transceiving conversion can be effectively reduced, and a complete OFDM symbol does not need to be set aside for the transceiving conversion as a guard interval, thereby improving the resource utilization rate; for example: transmission of a D2D discovery signal of 1 OFDM symbol length can also be supported when only two OFDM symbols are available for transmission. Further, the base station apparatus may include, in the indication information, a timing error caused by a difference in distance from the base station apparatus when indicating the transmission window and the reception window, so as to compensate for the timing error.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to specific application scenarios.
Example two
The second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for transmitting a D2D discovery signal, which is described in detail by taking a transmission diagram of a D2D discovery signal shown in fig. 5 as an example.
For step 401 and step 402, the base station device determines the physical resource occupied by the D2D discovery signal and the transmission window information corresponding to the D2D discovery signal; as shown in fig. 5, the D2D discovery signal occupies OFDM symbol 5, and the transmission window of the D2D discovery signal is advanced by half an OFDM symbol relative to the cellular signal window.
For step 403, the base station apparatus notifies the first UE of the physical resource used by the D2D discovery signal together with transmission timing indication information for determining a transmission window; the transmission timing indication information is 1-bit information indicating that the D2D discovery signal has a transmission window offset by 1/2OFDM symbol (indicating state 1) or no offset (indicating state 0) with respect to the cellular signal window, when the transmission timing indication information is 1.
Further, the base station apparatus may also notify the second UE of the physical resource used by the D2D discovery signal together with the reception timing indication information for determining the reception window; the reception timing indication information is 1-bit information indicating that the D2D found signal reception window is shifted by 1/2OFDM symbol (indicating state 1) or no shift (indicating state 0) with respect to the cellular signal window, when the transmission timing indication information is 1.
For steps 404 and 405, the first UE receives physical resources and transmission timing indication information of the base station device, determines physical resources and a transmission window (position shown in fig. 5) of the D2D discovery signal according to the transmission timing indication information, and transmits the D2D discovery signal within the transmission window determined by itself.
For step 406, the second UE receives the physical resource and the reception timing indication information of the base station device, determines the physical resource and the reception window (position shown in fig. 5) of the D2D discovery signal according to the reception timing indication information, and receives the discovery signal within the reception window determined by itself.

For step 406, the second UE receives physical resource indication information of the base station device, and determines physical resources of the D2D discovery signal, that is, OFDM symbols 9, according to the physical resource indication information; determining a reception window of the D2D discovery signal according to a predetermined rule, the reception window of the D2D discovery signal being two available reception windows agreed in advance: the time window of the OFDM symbol 9 determined by the base station apparatus synchronization, or the time window of the OFDM symbol 9 is offset by 2/3OFDM symbols, as shown in fig. 6 receiving windows 2 and 1. The D2D discovery signal is detected within the determined two available receive windows, respectively, the receive window in which the D2D discovery signal is located is determined by sequence correlation, and the determined D2D discovery signal arrival window is taken as the receive window for the next time the D2D discovery signal is received. As shown in fig. 6, the second UE detects that the D2D discovery signal is in receive window 1, and subsequent reception of the D2D discovery signal is in receive window 1.
