If user needs larger training load, user can control loads control device 91 to promote to be connected to the wire part 93 of charger 90, by making charger 90 make to train load capacity to increase near wheel 31.On the other hand, if user wants to reduce to train load, user can control loads control device 91 to unclamp the wire part that is connected to charger 90, then tensioning spring 94 applies tensile force so that charger 90 is return from wheel 31 to charger 90.
In particular, whole body body-building apparatus according to the present invention can be realized end user's four limbs equably and carries out whole body body-building.

1. a whole body body-building apparatus, this whole body body-building apparatus comprises:
The first bent axle, has first of handle and the first sprocket wheel and cranks arm and be mounted to described the first bent axle;
The second bent axle, has second of pedal, the second sprocket wheel and the 3rd sprocket wheel and cranks arm and be mounted to described the second bent axle;
Driven shaft, wheel and driven sprocket are mounted to described driven shaft;
First Driving Force transfer device, this First Driving Force transfer device and described the first sprocket wheel and described the second sprocket engagement, mutually transmit between described the first bent axle and described the second bent axle with the moment that makes described the first bent axle and described the second bent axle, thereby described the first bent axle is connected with described the second bent axle;
The second driving force transfer device, this second driving force transfer device engages with described the 3rd sprocket wheel and described driven sprocket, to make the moment of described three-crankshaft be passed to described driven shaft, thereby described driven shaft is rotated;
Framework, described the first bent axle and described the second crankshaft installed are to described framework;
Support, described driven shaft is arranged on described support; And
Base portion, described framework and support are fixed on described base portion.
