Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema optimizado de depuración para disminuir los niveles de toxicidad generados por la presencia de metales pesados en moluscos, que comprende: tanques acumuladores de agua; sistema de floculación; filtros; columnas de purificación; esterilizadores ultravioleta; y tanques de depuración para almacenar y depurar a los moluscos que estén contaminados con metales pesados. Adicionalmente, la presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento optimizado de depuración que comprende las siguientes etapas: recolectar y limpiar a los moluscos, almacenar a los moluscos en tanques de depuración, aclimatar a los moluscos a condiciones de depuración, alimentar a los moluscos con una composición de depuración, y recircular el agua en los tanques de depuración en condiciones de depuración. Asimismo, la presente invención se refiere a una composición alimenticia de depuración que permite optimizar la depuración de los metales pesado en los moluscos.The present invention refers to an optimized purification system to reduce the levels of toxicity generated by the presence of heavy metals in mollusks, which comprises: water storage tanks; flocculation system; filters; purification columns; ultraviolet sterilizers; and purification tanks to store and purify mollusks that are contaminated with heavy metals. Likewise, the present invention relates to a depuration food composition that makes it possible to optimize the depuration of heavy metals in mollusks.
