The sixth subset of surfaces may be angled and positioned between the first subset of surfaces and the second subset of surfaces. The nose may further include an intermediate portion disposed between the rear portion and the front portion. The intermediate portion may include a number of cross-sectional surfaces that is different from a number of surfaces of the front cross-sectional portion and the rear cross-sectional portion. The wear member assembly may also include a wear member having a cavity that opens toward a rear end, the cavity including bearing surfaces corresponding to at least some of the front and rear surfaces of the nose.
