Description
Differentialgetriebe für Motorwagen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Differentialgetriebe für Motorwagen, das zwei gleichaxige Reibscheiben und dazwischen liegende Reibrollen aufweist. Die Reibschei ben sitzen auf ineinandergesteckten Wellen fest, und auf dem aus der Hohlwelle heraus ragenden Ende der durchgehenden Welle ist eine Verschraubung zum Anpressen der bei den Reibscheiben an die Reibrollen vorge sehen.
Die Zeichnung stellt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes schematisch dar.
1 und 2 sind die beiden hintern Lauf räder, 3 ist die eine durchgehende innere Welle mit dein Fortsatz 4. Auf diesem Fort satz 4 kann sich das eine Rad 2 frei drehen, indem die andere Welle 5 mit daran befe stigter Reibscheibe 6 als Hohlwelle ausge bildet ist. Das Rad 1 ist durch die Welle 3 mit der Reibscheibe 7 verbunden. Zwischen beiden Reibscheiben (6, 7) befinden sich die Kegelreibrollen 8, welche von dem Kettenrad 9 auf nach innen stehenden Zapfen geführt sind und auf Kugeln laufen. Die Zahl der Kegelreibrollen beträgt drei oder mehr. Auf der Seite des Rades 2 weist der Fortsatz 4 an seinem Ende Gewinde auf. Am Ende der Hohlwelle 5, ausserhalb des Rades 2 befindet sich ein Kugellager 10 zur Aufnahme des Achsialdruckes. Mittelst einer Schrauben mutter 11 werden nun die Reibscheiben 6 und 7 und die Kegelfeibrollen 8 kräftig gegeneinander gedrückt.
Die Funktion des beschriebenen Differen tialbetriebes ist folgende: Bei Antrieb des Kettenrades 9 werden die beiden Reibscheiben 6 und 7 durch die Reibung von _ den Kegelreibrollen 8 rnitge- nommen. Beschreibt der Wagen eine Kurve, so rollen sich die erwähnten Reibscheiben 6 und 7 mit verschiedener Schnelligkeit an den Kegelreibrollen ab, analog einem ge wöhnlichen Differentialgetriebe mit Zahn rädern.
Statt der Kegelreibrollen 8 können auch Kugeln vorgesehen sein, die auf den Reib scheiben 6, 7 laufen und zum Beispiel in einem Käfig gehalten sind.
Differential gear for motor vehicles. The present invention relates to a differential gear for motor vehicles which has two friction disks of the same axis and friction rollers in between. The friction disks sit firmly on nested shafts, and on the end of the continuous shaft protruding from the hollow shaft, a screw connection is provided for pressing the friction disks against the friction rollers.
The drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention schematically.
1 and 2 are the two rear running wheels, 3 is the one continuous inner shaft with your extension 4. On this extension 4, one wheel 2 can rotate freely by the other shaft 5 with a friction disk 6 attached to it as a hollow shaft forms is. The wheel 1 is connected to the friction disk 7 by the shaft 3. The tapered friction rollers 8 are located between the two friction disks (6, 7), which are guided by the sprocket 9 on inwardly projecting pins and run on balls. The number of conical friction rollers is three or more. On the side of the wheel 2, the extension 4 has threads at its end. At the end of the hollow shaft 5, outside the wheel 2, there is a ball bearing 10 for absorbing the axial pressure. By means of a screw nut 11, the friction disks 6 and 7 and the conical rollers 8 are pressed firmly against each other.
The function of the differential operation described is as follows: When the chain wheel 9 is driven, the two friction disks 6 and 7 are driven by the friction of the conical friction rollers 8. If the car describes a curve, the aforementioned friction disks 6 and 7 roll with different speeds on the conical friction rollers, analogous to a ge ordinary differential gear with toothed wheels.
Instead of the conical friction rollers 8, balls can also be provided that run on the friction discs 6, 7 and are held, for example, in a cage.
