Beschreibung description
Die Erfindung geht von einer Einspritzdüse aus, wie sie zur Einleitung von Kraftstoff in den verschiedensten Verbrennungsaggregaten verwendet wird. Die Düse ist normalerweise derart angeordnet, dass sie über die Düsenspitze mit den Spritzöffnungen in den Verbrennungsraum ragt, oder zumindest mit der Brennraumatmosphäre in Berührung kommt. Werden z.B. mehrere Düsen in den selben Verbrennungsraum eingeführt, so zeichnet sich bei denjenigen Düsen, die temporär nicht im Einsatz stehen, eine starke Verschmutzung, eine Verkokung und schliesslich der Verschluss der Düsenspritzöff-nungen ab. Teillast-A/ollast-Düsen sind gefragt. Da die verschiedenen Spritzöffnungen bei unterschiedlichen Lastbereichen unterschiedlich zum Einsatz kommen und die nicht benützten Spritzöffnungen nach wie vor in den Brennraum hinausragen und durch die Brennraumatmosphäre beaufschlagt sind, entsteht bei allen nicht benützten Spritzöffnungen die Verkokung. Es hat sich auch gezeigt, dass eigens konstruierte Speziallösungen zur temporären Abdek-kung nicht im Einsatz befindlicher Spritzöffnungen nicht in allen Fällen zu brauchbaren Lösungen geführt haben. Vereinzelte Patentanmeldungen in diesem Bereich liegen vor. This phenomenon is one of the reasons why flexible injection systems or nozzles or multi-stage nozzles have not been used to date. Einerseits soll eine neue Lösung der stufenweisen, resp. der flexiblen Einspritzung zur Darstellung gebracht werden und zum anderen soll diese Lösung dahingehend geschützt werden, dass eine Verkokung der nicht im Betrieb befindlichen Spritzöffnungen vermieden wird.
