Abstract
In order to fix an edge shuttering board (5) on the end side of a concrete floor to be cast, a steel angle (1) is nailed on the floor shuttering. The shuttering board (5) is fixed, by means of a clamping screw (8), between the shorter leg (1b) of the steel angle and a counter-piece (3). On the outer sides of the two legs (1a, 1b) of the steel angle there are fitted spacers (2), by means of which a spacing is maintained between the two legs and the floor shutting or the edge shuttering board. When casting the concrete floor, the steel angle is thus completely encased by the concrete composition. <IMAGE>

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 1 und 2 das L-förmige Winkeleisen
Fig. 5 das Stützelement einer Brustwehr

PATENT CLAIMS
1. A method for attaching an edge formwork to the end faces of a concrete slab to be cast, characterized in that an L-shaped angle iron, which is provided on the outside of its two legs with spacers, is attached with its longer leg on the slab formwork and the edge formwork board on the Is placed outside of the shorter leg and clamped between it and the leg by means of external fixation means, the whole such that when pouring the concrete ceiling due to the spacers present on the two legs and directed against the edge or ceiling formwork, the angle iron completely from the Concrete mass is encased.
2. Arrangement for performing the method according to claim 1, characterized by an L-shaped angle iron (1) with on the outside of its two legs (la, lb) arranged spacers (2) and a counterpart (3), which means to his Detachable connection is provided with the shorter leg (lb) in order to clamp the edge formwork board between these two parts (3, lb).
3. Arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that the counterpart (3) by means of a screw (8) is connected to the shorter leg.
4. Arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the counterpart is a U-profile, which turns its open side to the formwork board (5) in the assembled state.
5. Arrangement according to claim 4, characterized in that a breast weir is provided, the lower support ends of which are inserted into the space between the U-profile and formwork board.
6. Arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that the spacers are made of plastic.
The previously usual methods for attaching edge formwork for the front of a concrete slab to be cast were quite labor intensive. In addition, they needed quite a lot of material to fix the edge formwork board, e.g. Supports and square timbers brought in from outside or tensioning bars arranged in a wall opening, which held the formwork board in place using clamping bars or clamps.
The aim of the method according to the invention and the arrangement for its implementation is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned. The method with which this purpose is achieved is in the characterization of claim 1, the device is defined in claim 2.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. In this show:
1 and 2, the L-shaped angle iron
3 and 4, the assembled formwork board and the counterpart separately
Fig. 5, the support element of a breast weir
6 the formwork board assembled according to FIG. 3 with a breast barrier
The angle iron 1 is L-shaped and provided with pins 2, preferably made of plastic, on the outside of its two legs 1a, 1b. In the assembled state of the angle iron, these pins 2 form spacers against the ceiling formwork or edge formwork board (see FIG. 3). As can be seen in FIG. 6, the angle iron 1 is fastened to the ceiling formwork 6, preferably nailed on. Then the formwork board 5 (cf.
Fig. 3) for the front of the concrete slab to be cast on the outside of the shorter leg 1b and pressed against the formwork board 5 by the fixation means shown in Fig. 3 and 4. The fixation means consist of a piece of U-profile 3 and a wing screw 8, the latter penetrating the former with the interposition of a fixing and a sliding washer. This screw 8 also passes through the formwork board 5 and is screwed into a threaded hole on the leg 1b of the angle iron 1.
When concreting the ceiling, the angle irons, as they are spaced from the ceiling and edge shuttering boards by the spacers 2, are completely covered by the concrete mass, so that after removing the edge shuttering by loosening the wing screw 8, there is a smooth end wall of the concrete ceiling that does not require any reworking requires more.
In the case of the edge shuttering board installed according to FIG. 3, a channel with a rectangular cross section is present between the latter and the U-shaped profile 3, into which the support elements 4 (FIG. 5) of a breast weir can be inserted.
