Abstract
The feed system is for powdery and granular materials(b) contained within a silo column (6). At the base of the column a flexible conveyor belt (c) is carried horizontally between two driven rollers which sweep the material out of the edge (e) of the column base, which is open at one side. To prevent clogging of the materials at the column outlet, baffles (d) are arranged across the column above the conveyor. The baffles are arranged in a series of steps, being furthest from the conveyor top at the outlet wall of the column.
Description
Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, eine Rieselgutsäule aus einem Behälter so auszutragen, dass sich die Gutsäule über dem ganzen Grundriss des Behälters gleichmässig absenkt.
Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel näher beschrieben.
Der Gutbehälter, hier markiert durch die in diesem befind liche Gutsäule b, endet unten über dem oberen Trum c eines
Förderbandes, das in Pfeilrichtung einer der beiden Antriebs bzw. Umlenkrollen angetrieben wird. Über dem Förderband c sind stufenförmig Schikanen d quer zur Laufrichtung des Ban des fest oder verstellbar eingebaut. Die Kante e des Behälters bildet die letzte, die Schikane d die erste Austragstufe. Zwi schen der Behälterwand a und der Kante e haben die Unter kanten der Schikanen d gleichmässig zunehmende Abstände vom Bandtrum c. Die Schikanenstufung an deren unterem
Ende gibt zwischen je zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schikanen nur diejenige Gutsäulenhöhe zur Austragung durch das Band c frei, welche der Stufendifferenz der Unterkanten zwischen hinterer und vorderer Schikane entspricht.
Auf diese Weise wird nach vorliegender Erfindung die gleichmässige Absen kung einer Rieselgutsäule in einem Behälter, bzw. die Austra gung aus diesem in gleichem Sinne, mittels einem Förderband gewährleistet.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Austragvorrichtung für die zwangsläufige Austragung von rieselfähigen Gütern aus unten offenen Behältern mittels einem Förderband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unten im Behälter quer zur Laufrichtung des Förderbandes Schikanen eingebaut sind, deren Unterkanten in der Laufrichtung des Förderbandes mindestens annähernd gleichmässig zuneh mende Distanz zum Förderband aufweisen.

PATENT CLAIM
