Abstract
Bung for a fermentation jar comprises a gas tube which is bent round into the cavity of the bung, and is pref. made of resilient plastic with a rubber coating on its outer wall.As the bung is hollow and filled with water in which the gas tube is submerged, inefficient sealing of the gas tube in the bung is obviated. The whole manipulating process is simple, and mfr. is cheap. The bung can be compressed to any dimension as required.
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gärzapfen mit einem Gasröhrchen, das in den Hohlraum dieses gebogen ist.
Bekannte Gäraufsätze beruhen auf dem Prinzip des Einbauens in den Gefässverschluss.
Diese Art von Gäraufsätzen, die zuerst in den Zapfen eingebaut werden müssen, dichten nicht gut. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass das Material verdirbt - der Wein wird zum Essig.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den jetzt verwendeten Gäraufsatz durch einen Gärzapfen zu ersetzen.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass in den hohlen Gärzapfen ein Röhrchen führt, das im Wasser eingetaucht ist.
Der Gärzapfen besteht aus elastischem Kunsstoff.
Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:

Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Gärzapfen weist zwischen den Wänden des Gärzapfens 1 einen Hohlraum 3 auf, in dem das Gasröhrchen 2 im Wasser eingetaucht ist.
Die Erfindung ersetzt den Gäraufsatz durch einen hohlen Zapfen mit Röhrchen.
Bei der vorgeschlagenen Lösung fällt das Problem des Einbauens vom Gäraufsatz in den Zapfen, sowie auch das Dich- tungsproblem weg. Die ganze Manipulation ist einfach und die Herstellung billig. Der Gärzapfen kann beliebig nach Bedürfnis in mehreren Dimensionen gepresst werden.

Gärzapfen mit einem Gasröhrchen, das in den Hohlraum des Zapfens gebogen ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Gärzapfen nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen aus Kunststoff besteht
2. Gärzapfen nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere Wand des Zapfens mit einer Gummischicht versehen ist.

The fermentation pin shown in the drawing has a cavity 3 between the walls of the fermentation pin 1, in which the gas tube 2 is immersed in the water.
The invention replaces the fermentation attachment with a hollow pin with a tube.
With the proposed solution, the problem of installing the fermentation attachment in the pin, as well as the sealing problem, is eliminated. All the manipulation is easy and cheap to manufacture. The fermentation cone can be pressed in several dimensions as required.
