Description
Dispositif destiné à la réservation d'un emplacement privé notamment pour véhicule automobile L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif destiné à assurer la réservation d'un emplacement privé, no tamment pour véhicule automobile.
Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, d'une part, un cadre muni d'une traverse médiane solidaire d'un flasque porteur d'un organe de ver rouillage et dont la traverse inférieure est tourillonnée sur une charnière fixée au sol et, d'autre part, un secteur semi-circulaire fixé au .sol dans un plan verti cal perpendiculaire au cadre, ce secteur comportant un orifice destiné à recevoir ledit organe de ver rouillage pour bloquer le cadre en .position verticale.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe transversale. La fig. 2 en est une vue en élévation, et les fig. 3, 4 représentent une serrure dans ses po sitions de fermeture et d'ouverture.
L'appareil représenté comprend une armature for mée par un cadre 1 avec traverse médiane 2 solidaire d'un flasque 3 porteur d'une serrure 4.
La traverse supérieure 5 du cadre est munie de butoirs amortisseurs 6, 7 et la traverse inférieure 8 tourillonne dans une charnière 9 fixée sur une masse d'ancrage 10.
Un secteur circulaire axial 11 avec orifice 12 de verrouillage et butée 13 est fixé sur le sol par son socle 14.
Les avantages de ce dispositif sont multiples. Le cadre présente une surface suffisante pour em- pêcher toute introduction de voiture sur la surface réservée ou tout retrait lorsqu'il est placé dans la position verticale (fig. 1 traits pleins).
La serrure 4 verrouille le cadre sur le secteur et bloque l'ensemble. Le positionnement du cadre s'ef- fectue par la butée 13 qui fait coïncider le pêne 15 de la serrure 4 avec l'orifice 12.
Lorsqu'on désire manoeuvrer un véhicule, on rabat le cadre (position 16, fig. 1, traits pointillés) et seul le secteur 11 émerge, ce qui permet le passage d'une voiture même extrêmement basse. Ce dispositif est utilisable aussi bien pour les .parkings de véhicules que pour les interdictions d'accès de toutes voies aux véhicules.
Ce dispositif de réservation d'emplacement privé pour parking de voitures est extrêmement efficace et pratiquement inviolable. La serrure peut avoir la même clé 17 que la voiture à parquer, et l'encadre ment 18 permet de supporter un panneau indicatif ou publicitaire.
Les butoirs 6, 7 permettent de laisser tomber le cadre déverrouillé sur le sol sans bruit ni chocs sus ceptibles de le détériorer - flèche A.
Enfin, par ces dispositions mêmes, ce dispositif empêche les empiètements par des véhicules garés sur les espaces voisins, résultat qui ne pouvait être ob tenu avec les dispositifs utilisés à ce jour, tels que les piquets ou autres qui devaient être multiples pour délimiter les emplacements.

This device is characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, a frame provided with a median cross member integral with a flange carrying a rusting worm member and whose lower cross member is journaled on a hinge fixed to the ground and, on the other hand, a semi-circular sector fixed to the .sol in a vertical plane perpendicular to the frame, this sector comprising an orifice intended to receive said worm member to block the frame in vertical position.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view thereof. Fig. 2 is an elevational view thereof, and FIGS. 3, 4 represent a lock in its closing and opening positions.
The apparatus shown comprises a frame formed by a frame 1 with a middle cross member 2 integral with a flange 3 carrying a lock 4.
The upper cross member 5 of the frame is provided with shock-absorbing stops 6, 7 and the lower cross member 8 is journalled in a hinge 9 fixed to an anchoring mass 10.
An axial circular sector 11 with locking orifice 12 and stop 13 is fixed to the ground by its base 14.
The advantages of this device are multiple. The frame has a sufficient surface to prevent any introduction of a car on the reserved area or any withdrawal when placed in the vertical position (fig. 1 solid lines).
Lock 4 locks the frame on the sector and blocks the assembly. The positioning of the frame is effected by the stop 13 which makes the bolt 15 of the lock 4 coincide with the hole 12.
When it is desired to maneuver a vehicle, the frame is folded down (position 16, FIG. 1, dotted lines) and only the sector 11 emerges, which allows the passage of a car even extremely low. This device can be used both for vehicle parking lots and for prohibiting vehicle access from all lanes.
This private car parking space reservation system is extremely efficient and virtually tamper-proof. The lock can have the same key 17 as the car to be parked, and the frame 18 makes it possible to support an indicative or advertising panel.
The bumpers 6, 7 allow the unlocked frame to drop to the ground without noise or shocks liable to damage it - arrow A.
Finally, by these very provisions, this device prevents encroachment by vehicles parked on neighboring spaces, a result which could not be obtained with the devices used to date, such as stakes or others which had to be multiple to delimit the locations. .
