Description

  

  Palier     amortisseur    de chocs pour mobile de     petite    mécanique    La revendication du brevet principal a trait à un  palier amortisseur de chocs à crapaudine compre  nant un     support    de palier dans une creusure inté  rieure duquel est logée, de manière à pouvoir se dé  placer     radialement,    une monture pour la crapaudine,  cette dernière étant elle-même logée dans ladite  monture de manière à pouvoir s'y déplacer     axiale-          ment    et étant soumise à l'action d'un dispositif élas  tique de rappel agissant également, au moins indi  rectement, sur ladite monture.  



  Le palier selon la présente invention est carac  térisé par le fait que l'extrémité antérieure de la  monture est ouverte de manière à livrer librement  passage à la crapaudine, le     dispositif    élastique, logé  dans ladite monture, derrière la crapaudine, étant  interposé entre celle-ci et un épaulement     intérieur     que présente l'autre extrémité de la monture, le tout  de manière que ledit dispositif tende à faire sortir  la crapaudine de sa monture, appliquant     ainsi    ces  deux éléments respectivement sur deux faces oppo  sées du support de palier, ce qui assure le     centrage     de la crapaudine.  



  Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme  d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est une coupe axiale d'un     palier    amor  tisseur de chocs, et  les     fig.    2, 3 et 4 sont :des coupes axiales de ce  même palier, à plus petite échelle, illustrant les dé  placements des organes mobiles du     palier    lors des  différents chocs que peut subir l'arbre.  



  Le palier représenté comprend un support 1, en  forme de boite cylindrique, destiné à être chassé  dans le bâti de l'appareil sur lequel est monté le pa  lier. Ce support est fermé par un bouchon ou cou  vercle chassé 2, percé d'un trou 3 pour le passage  du pivot 4 de l'arbre.    Le support 1 enferme une     douille    5 logée dans  le support avec jeu radial, à     l'intérieur    de laquelle  une crapaudine 6 peut coulisser     axialement    ; l'extré  mité antérieure de la douille 5 est ouverte et laisse  librement passer la crapaudine.    Un ressort à boudin 7 est logé dans la douille  5,     derrière    la crapaudine 6.

   Ce ressort prend appui  d'une part sur la crapaudine et d'autre part sur le  fond, désigné par 5a, de la     douille    5. Ce ressort  tend ainsi à     appliquer    la     crapaudine    contre le bou  chon 2, et la     douille    5 contre la paroi la du sup  port 1, opposée au bouchon 2.  



  La douille 5 présente, au niveau de son fond 5a,  un épaulement extérieur 5b dont la face latérale 8  est un     segment    de     surface    sphérique, qui sert au  guidage de la douille lorsqu'elle bascule à     l'intérieur     du support 1, et qui sert à son centrage dans le sup  port lorsqu'elle est d'aplomb, dans la position repré  sentée à la     fig.    1, qui est la position de repos du  palier.  



  Lors des chocs que subit l'arbre, la crapaudine  6 peut coulisser     axialement    dans la douille 5 consti  tuant sa monture, et cette dernière peut basculer  dans le support de palier 1.     Ainsi,    lorsque l'arbre  subit un choc purement axial, suivant la flèche 9 de  la     fig.    2 par exemple, la     douille    5 ne se déplace pas  et c'est la crapaudine 6 qui coulisse à l'intérieur de  la douille ; elle est ramenée en place par le ressort 7.  Lorsque l'arbre subit un choc purement radial, par  exemple suivant la flèche 10 de la     fig.    3, la douille  5 bascule dans le support 1, la crapaudine n'effec  tuant qu'un     déplacement    axial très faible dans la  douille.

   Le rappel en position centrée est assuré par  le ressort 7. Enfin, lorsque les chocs que subit l'ar  bre sont à la fois radiaux et axiaux, comme c'est le  plus souvent le cas, par exemple suivant la flèche      11 de la     fig.    4, les deux mouvements décrits ci-des  sus se combinent.

  The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.



  Fig. 1 is an axial section of a shock absorber bearing, and FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 are: axial sections of this same bearing, on a smaller scale, illustrating the displacements of the movable members of the bearing during the various impacts that the shaft may undergo.



  The bearing shown comprises a support 1, in the form of a cylindrical box, intended to be driven into the frame of the apparatus on which the bearing is mounted. This support is closed by a plug or driven cover 2, pierced with a hole 3 for the passage of the pivot 4 of the shaft. The support 1 encloses a sleeve 5 housed in the support with radial play, inside which a slider 6 can slide axially; the anterior end of the sleeve 5 is open and allows the crapaudine to pass freely. A coil spring 7 is housed in the sleeve 5, behind the slider 6.

   This spring is supported on the one hand on the stopper and on the other hand on the bottom, designated by 5a, of the bush 5. This spring thus tends to apply the stopper against the plug 2, and the bush 5 against the wall the of support 1, opposite the plug 2.



  The sleeve 5 has, at its bottom 5a, an outer shoulder 5b whose lateral face 8 is a spherical surface segment, which serves to guide the sleeve when it rocks inside the support 1, and which serves to its centering in the support when it is plumb, in the position shown in fig. 1, which is the rest position of the bearing.



  When the shaft is subjected to shocks, the clamp 6 can slide axially in the bush 5 constituting its mount, and the latter can tilt in the bearing support 1. Thus, when the shaft is subjected to a purely axial shock, depending on the arrow 9 in FIG. 2 for example, the socket 5 does not move and it is the slider 6 which slides inside the socket; it is brought back into place by the spring 7. When the shaft is subjected to a purely radial impact, for example according to arrow 10 of FIG. 3, the bush 5 swings into the support 1, the slider only effecting a very small axial displacement in the bush.

   The return to the centered position is provided by the spring 7. Finally, when the impacts to which the arb is subjected are both radial and axial, as is most often the case, for example according to arrow 11 in FIG. . 4, the two movements described above combine.
