La fig. 3 est une coupe suivant la ligne III-III de la fig. 2, et la fig. 4 est une vue en perspective d'une barre profilée à partir de laquelle sont obtenues les palettes de l'ancre.
L'échappement représenté comprend une roue 1, portée par un arbre 2, coopérant avec les levées 3 et 4 d'une ancre 5 portée par un arbre 6. Les levées 3 et 4 font saillie sur la face supérieure du corps 5 de l'ancre ; ainsi, le plan de la roue d'échappement 1, dont les dents coopèrent avec la partie des levées faisant saillie sur la face du corps de l'ancre, est situé au-dessus du plan de ce dernier. The lifts 3 and 4 protrude on the upper face of the body 5 of the anchor; thus, the plane of the escape wheel 1, the teeth of which cooperate with the part of the lifts projecting from the face of the body of the anchor, is situated above the plane of the latter. The lifts 3 and 4 are driven into the body 5 of the anchor perpendicular to the latter. They are obtained by cutting them, along the dotted lines 7, in a profiled bar 8, the section of which corresponds to the shape of the lifts seen in plan.
