Description
Schlauch

tube
The resistance to weathering and aging of the known rubber hoses leaves something to be desired. The hoses made from thermoplastics do not have this disadvantage; however, they have the disadvantage that their mechanical strength drops sharply at higher temperatures.
The hose according to the invention combines the advantages of the known hoses and avoids their disadvantages. According to the invention, the hose core is made of rubber and the cover layer of the hose is made of thermoplastic material; A textile fabric layer is arranged between the core and the cover layer.
The fact that the cover layer is made of thermoplastic material means that the new hose has a high level of weather and aging resistance; Light cracks do not form on him. The rubber tube core can also withstand fairly high temperatures. Due to the textile fabric layer between the hose core and the cover layer, the cover layer made of thermoplastic material is relieved of the stresses caused by the internal pressure of the hose.
Natural or synthetic rubber, including regenerated material, is suitable for the hose core. The thermoplastic or thermoformable plastics, for example polyvinyl chloride, are suitable for the cover layer.
The new hose can be produced in any color. Its coat can be provided with longitudinal ribs.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a diagrammatic representation.
A denotes the hose core, consisting of rubber, c denotes the cover layer made of thermoplastic material and b denotes the textile fabric layer arranged between the core and cover layer.
PATENT CLAIM
Hose, characterized in that the hose core is made of rubber and the cover layer of the hose is made of thermoplastic and that a textile fabric layer is arranged between the core and cover layer.
