Description
Additional patent to the main patent No. 148313. Process for the execution of fluid work in workshops. The main patent relates to a method for carrying out continuous work in workshops by means of endless conveying devices, in which each workpiece transported in a series is repeated and passed as many times as the number of times by one and the same worker on each workpiece feeding operations.
A device for carrying out this method can be set up in a structural way in a simple manner if, according to the present invention, a pair of conveyor devices running side by side and in opposite directions are used, which move the workpieces to be conveyed at least from a common work station and to them Position back.
The accompanying drawing shows schematically an embodiment of such a device.
C and D are two endless conveyor belts running parallel and against each other. A is the work table onto which the workpieces G brought from the belt C are pushed one after the other (by hand or automatically by a conveyor). Here an operation is carried out on each workpiece. Thereafter, the workpiece is brought onto the belt D and thereby to point E, where the workpiece is automatically (by means of a known circulating device) on the belt C and thus returned to the work point A.
A work table could also be provided at point E in order to carry out operations on each workpiece 61 there as well.
If, as shown, only one job A is provided and each time the workpiece is located there, for example, only one operation is carried out on the last rem, and furthermore, if a total of, for example, 50 operations are to be performed on each workpiece, each workpiece Guided 50 times through bands C and D in the journey. If, on the other hand, two work tables (A and E) have been set up, each workpiece must be guided around 25 times under the working conditions just given.
