Description
Flaschenverschluss.
Bottle cap. The present invention relates to a bottle closure which is secured in the closed position by a hook closure; it should be easy to open and easy to remove, including a detachable ring piece attached to the bottle neck and has a loop diametrically opposite a latch, while a resilient tab to be hooked into the loop and another of this on a lid covering the bottle mouth diametrically opposed resilient tab is seen before, the latter with a hook engaging in the ge called latch.
The subject of the invention is shown on the drawing in two exemplary Ausfüh approximate forms; It shows: Fig. 1 a first embodiment in a longitudinal section in the closed position, Fig. 2 the same in the open position, in a diagram, Fig. 3 a second embodiment in the closed position in a longitudinal section, Fig. 4 shows a detail in Floor plan, partially in section, and Fig. 5 is a section along the line AA of FIG. 4. In both embodiments, a flat, wide rubber ring 3 is angeord net under half of the mouth bead 1 of the bottle 2 and a resilient ring 4 is clamped on this This ring 4 has a slot 6 towards its end 5 and a nose 7 at the other ends.
By hanging them in the slot 6 while simultaneously pressing together the rubber ring 3, the ring 4 is attached to the bottle 2. In addition, the ring 4 carries a loop 8 and a detent 9, which is diametrically opposite the loop 8 when the ring is attached . In the loop 8, the hook-shaped resilient tab 11, which is arranged on the edge 10 of the cover and bent like a hook at its free end, is hooked with its hook part 12. The La cal 11 is diametrically opposite the edge 10 of the lid to a hook 13 wear the tab 14 is formed. The hook 13 engages in the catch 9 in the closed position. 15 is a bead between the mouth 1 and the lid bottom 16 respectively. 16a pinched sealing ring.
In the first embodiment, where the bottle cap is provided on a suction bottle in an orderly manner, the bottom of the lid is provided with an opening through which a rubber teat 17 is passed, the bead ring 18 of which rests against the lid bottom 16 and the sealing ring 15 at the side.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, where the bottle closure is shown arranged on a jar, the lid base 16a has no opening.
To fill the bottle, the lid part can be removed by leading the handle 13 out of the catch 9 and lifting the hook part 12 from the loop 8, and the ring 4 could also be removed from the neck of the bottle after lifting the slot 6 from the nose 7 .
After the bottle has been filled, the bottle can be closed after reattaching the ring 4 in that the hook part 12 is hooked into the loop 8 and then the hook 13 is hooked into the catch 9. The sealing of the bottle is done by compressing the sealing ring 15 between the mouth bead 1 and cover bottom 16 respectively. 16a.
