BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of mosaic wall panels, in particular to a spliced wall panel.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Upon completion of manhole cover construction on pavement, it is necessary to concrete the manhole cover and place a warning board around it to prevent vehicles or pedestrians from getting close to it.
[0003] Moreover, in the prior art, when wall panels need to be installed outside the internal pipelines in the manhole cover, customized wall panels are required to match the different pipeline sizes, which is time-consuming, laborious and expensive.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The present invention provides a spliced wall panel characterized by diversified combinations, simple structure, and easy disassembly and assembly to overcome the problems of the prior art.
[0005] To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts a technical solution as follows: a spliced wall panel comprises at least one layer of frame bodies stacked in sequence; the frame body is formed by splicing several boards sequentially, and buckles are provided at the joint of adjacent boards; inclined structures are oppositely arranged on both sides of the board, and a positioning protrusion and a positioning groove that fit each other are formed on the oppositely arranged inclined structures respectively; a horizontal mounting groove is formed on the top of the inner wall of the board, and a mating groove matching the mounting groove is formed on the outer wall at the bottom of the board; Fitting blocks that match the buckles are formed on both sides of the outer wall of the board.

[0008] As a preferred solution of the present invention, a clamping slot and a bump that fit each other are formed on the oppositely arranged inclined structures respectively.
[0009] As a preferred solution of the present invention, a convex rib and a long slot that fit each other are formed on the oppositely arranged inclined structures respectively and are arranged along the height directions of the inclined structures.
[0010] As a preferred solution of the present invention, the mounting groove and the mating groove have the same depth and the sum of the width of the mounting groove and that of the mating groove equals the thickness of the board.
[0011] As a prefen-ed solution of the present invention, a buckle is a U-shaped structure with an opening in the middle and two incurvate side edges.
[0012] As a preferred solution of the present invention, fitting blocks on the adjacent boards are in contact with each other and are consistent with the opening size of buckles.
[0013] As a preferred solution of the present invention, reinforcing ribs are arranged in an array on the outer wall of the board.
[0014] As a preferred solution of the present invention, the mounting groove, the mating groove and the board have the same length.
[0015] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following benefits:
The frame structure formed from multiple boards meets the requirements of the wall panel and can be stacked into a multi-layer frame structure based on actual needs, thus heightening the overall wall panel and meeting diversified design needs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0027] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail in combination with drawings.
[0028] As shown in Figs. 1-4, a spliced wall panel comprises at least one layer of frame bodies stacked in sequence; the frame body is formed by splicing several boards 2 sequentially, and a buckle 1 is provided at the joint of adjacent boards 2;
inclined structures 3 are oppositely arranged on both sides of a board 2, and a positioning protrusion 5 and a positioning groove 4 that fit each other are formed on the oppositely arranged inclined structures 3 respectively; a horizontal mounting groove 6 is formed on the top of the inner wall of the board 2, and a mating groove 7 matching the mounting groove 6 is formed on the outer wall at the bottom of the board 2; and a fitting block 12 that matches the buckle 1 is formed on both sides of the outer wall of the board 2.
inclined structures 3 are oppositely arranged on both sides of a board 2, and a positioning protrusion 5 and a positioning groove 4 that fit each other are formed on the oppositely arranged inclined structures 3 respectively; a horizontal mounting groove 6 is formed on the top of the inner wall of the board 2, and a mating groove 7 matching the mounting groove 6 is formed on the outer wall at the bottom of the board 2; and a fitting block 12 that matches the buckle 1 is formed on both sides of the outer wall of the board 2.
[0029] The height of a wall panel is set according to actual needs and can be reached by stacking multiple layers of frame bodies. The enclosed frame structure can be set into rectangular, triangular, pentagonal, hexagonal, etc. based on actual needs.
[0030] The inclination angles of the inclined structures 3 match the number of boards 2. For example, when the frame structure is rectangular, the included angles between the inclined structures 3 and the thickness direction of the boards 2 are 45 , and the adjacent boards 2 are set vertically at the splice to meet the needs of the rectangular Date Regue/Date Received 2022-07-11 structure. When the frame structure is triangular, the included angles between the inclined structures 3 and the thickness direction of the boards 2 are 60 .

When the frame structure is hexagonal, the included angles between the inclined structures 3 and the thickness direction of the boards 2 are equal to 180 divided by the number of boards 2. [0031] The positioning protrusion 5 and the positioning groove 4 are located at the upper end of the board 2 and also at the joints between the board 2 and inclined structures 3. [0034] The mounting groove 6 and the mating groove 7 have the same depth and the sum of the width of the mounting groove 6 and that of the mating groove 7 equals the thickness of the board. For the stacking of the boards 2, the lower end of the upper board 2 is embedded in the mounting groove 6 of the lower board 2 to make them stably stacked.
[0035] A buckle 1 is a U-shaped structure with an opening in the middle and two incurvate side edges 1-1. The incurvate edges can clamp the fitting block 12 in the buckle 1, and the fitting blocks 12 on the adjacent boards 2 are in contact and have the Date Regue/Date Received 2022-07-11 same size as the openings of buckles 1.
[0036] Reinforcing ribs 13 are arranged in an array on the outer wall of the board 2.
