Abstract

Il est décrit un procédé et appareil de traitement de résidus de traitement des mousses paraffiniques comprenant : la fourniture dun flux de résidus de liquide; lintroduction du flux de résidus de liquide dans une caisse aspirante, la pression du flux de résidus de liquide étant suffisamment plus élevée que celle à lintérieur de la caisse aspirante de sorte que, lorsque le flux de résidus de liquide entre dans la caisse aspirante, un éclat convertit une partie du flux de résidus de liquide en une vapeur, les résidus de liquide restants saccumulant à une partie inférieure de la caisse aspirante avant dêtre retirés et injectés dans une unité de récupération de solvant en résidus; le retrait dune partie de la vapeur par un système de gestion de vapeur situé au-dessus de la conduite de liquide à lintérieur de la caisse aspirante; la création de vapeurs de solvant dans lunité de récupération de solvant en résidus; et le retrait dune partie des vapeurs de solvant créées dans lunité de récupération de solvant en résidus par lintermédiaire dune sortie sur lunité de récupération de solvant en résidus, ladite sortie étant en communication fluidique avec la vapeur excédentaire de caisse aspirante.
