A disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel, comprising a side plate provided with disassembly and assembly regulating device, a panel is locked with the disassembly and assembly regulating device by mounting jointer and realizes its connection with side plate; characterized in that, a locking separation mechanism which is at least composed of a sliding block, a swing rod and an elastic element is provided in the disassembly and assembly regulating device, wherein the sliding block, the swing rod and the elastic element are respectively assembled on the main plate; under the action of elastic force, the jointer is locked by the sliding block; in the locked state, by acting on the swing rod, the disassembly and assembly regulating device can realize the unlocking separation of jointer; in addition, the disassembly and assembly regulating device is also provided with a height regulating element and a left/right regulating element, which respectively act on the main plate to make arc-shaped movement and left/right swing, so as to drive the jointer to make up/down movement and left/right movement and thus realize the up/down and left/right regulation of panel. The disassembly and assembly regulating device is featured by simple and reasonable structure, reliable performance, multifunction, humanization, safety, comprehensive application, low cost and high market adaptability.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a locking device for drawer panel, and in particular relates to a disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel.
BACKGROUND OF THE PRIOR ART
1.0 On Feb 19, 2014, Chinese patent ( patent document no: CN103584528A) disclosed a disassembly and assembly locking mechanism used for drawer panel, comprising a side plate, a base plate and slide rail component used to open/close drawer, characterized in that a disassembly and assembly locking mechanism used to lock and separate the front panel is provided in the cavity of side plate, the front panel is designed to realize rapid disassembly and assembly through a jointer and the disassembly and assembly locking mechanism; the disassembly and assembly locking mechanism at least comprises a main plate, a swing rod hinged with the main plate as well as a sliding block slideably provided on the main plate through the swing rod; a guide groove designed for the jointer to slide is provided on the main plate; the front panel is buckled with the sliding block through the positioning step on the jointer to realize its locking; the front panel contacts with the sliding b:ock through the end surface of jointer to realize its separation; a torsion spring designed to at least generate acting force in the swinging of swing rod is provided on the main plate; although this structure can realize the locking of panel, its performance is not realizable and the phenomenon of disengagement may be easily generated under the forced action of external force. It is the technical objective of the present invention to provide a disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel, which is featured by simple and reasonable structure, reliable performance, multifunction, humanization, safety, comprehensive application, low cost and high market adaptability, so as to overcome the deficiency in the prior art.
A disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel which is designed according to this objective, comprising a side plate provided with disassembly and assembly regulating device, a panel is locked with the disassembly and assembly regulating device by mounting jointer and realizes its connection with side plate; characterized in that, a locking separation mechanism which is at least composed of a sliding block, a swing rod and an elastic element is provided in the disassembly and assembly regulating device, wherein the sliding block, the swing rod and the elastic element are respectively assembled

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

2 on the main plate; under the action of elastic force, the jointer is locked by the sliding block; in the locked state, by acting on the swing rod, the disassembly and assembly regulating device can realize the unlocking separation of jointer; in addition, the disassembly and assembly regulating device is also provided with a height regulating element and a left/right regulating element, which respectively act on the main plate to make arc-shaped movement and left/right swing, so as to drive the jointer to make up/down movement and left/right movement and thus realize the up/down and left/right regulation of panel.

The height regulating element is at least designed as an eccentric wheel, wherein an eccentric wheel column is protruded on one side of the eccentric wheel, and a tool acting part is provided on another side; a rotation shaft through hole and a strip hole are provided on the main plate; the eccentric column is inserted into the strip hole, when the height regulating element is rotated, the eccentric column of the height regulating element makes eccentric rotation movement in the rotation shaft through hole of main plate, so as to drive the main plate to make arc-shaped movement around the rotation shaft through hole.

Threads are provided on the left/right regulating element and are connected with the bolt holes on the main plate and penetrate the main plate; the left/right regulating element is rotated to realize the left/right regulation of main plate (1).
One end of the left/right regulating element (10) is designed as step circle, a tool acting part is provided on this end part; the left/right regulating element (1) always keeps the left/right position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device.
The surface of the disassembly and assembly regulating device is composed of a cover plate and a fixing plate in coordinated assembly; the main plate is placed between the cover plate and the fixing plate, which do not contact each other in idle state; the main plate is rotationally provided through the cover plate rivets;

One end of the left/right regulating element (10) is designed as step circle, a tool acting part is provided on this end part; the left/right regulating element (1) always keeps the left/right position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device.
The surface of the disassembly and assembly regulating device is composed of a cover plate and a fixing plate in coordinated assembly; the main plate is placed between the cover plate and the fixing plate, which do not contact each other in idle state; the main plate is rotationally provided through the cover plate rivets;

5 The present invention performs locking and unlocking separation of jointer by providing sliding block, so as to realize the connection of side plate and panel; in addition, the regulating elements which are respectively used to make height and left/right regulation of main plate are provided. Wherein, the sliding block is in transmission connection with a swing rod with elasticity. When the jointer contacts the sliding block, under the action of elastic force the sliding block elastically locks the jointer; in locked state, the device forcibly acts on the jointer, the movable end of swing rod will fall into groove and is limited for movement, so that this device effectively avoids the separation by mistake caused by excessive application of force; in the process of unlocking, the tool is used to act on the swing rod, so that the driving block rotates, the jointer is pushed and separated at the same time of being unlocked, the side plate is separated from the panel, and the unlocking operation is easily completed. An eccentric column is provided on the height regulating element; when the height regulating element is rotated, the main plate makes arc-shaped movement around the rotation shaft through hole, thus drives the jointer to make up/down movement and realize the relative height regulation of panel; under the left/right positioned state, the left/right regulating element is in bolted connection with the main plate. When the left/right regulating element is rotated, the main plate makes left/right movement and thus drives the jointer to make left/right movement and realize the relative left/right regulation of panel. The disassembly and assembly regulating device can be extensively applied in drawers of various dimensions. For the displacement generated due to long-term use, installation error or production error, it is feasible for the regulating
6 device to make resetting regulation through its own regulating mechanism and thus greatly facilitate the user. The specific locking principle: the sliding block 5 is provided with an arc-shaped slideway connected with one end of the swing rod 6 through the swing rod sliding rivet 14, this end part is a movable end 6.1, which is designed to make back-and-forth movement in the arc-shaped slideway 5.2 under the positioning action of the swing rod sliding rivet 14; another end of the swing rod 6 is rotationally connected in the main plate 1 through the swing rod retaining rivet 15, and this end part is a rotational end 6.2;the elastic element 9 has elastic action on the movable end 6.1 and the main plate 1; through transmission, the sliding block is assigned with elasticity and elastically locks the lock catch shaft 4.1 and thus prevents the jointer 4 from getting loose. When the sliding block retaining rivet 13, the swing rod sliding rivet 14 and the fixing end of elastic elements are arranged on a same straight line, the swing rod 6 does not rotate although it receives elastic force. This straight line can be regarded as an equilibrium line;
when it crosses the equilibrium line, the swing rod 6 makes elastic rotation;
under unlocked state, the movable end 6.1 is below the equilibrium line, namely elastically downward, through transmission, the sliding block 5 is elastically positioned to facilitate locking and effectively remove the noise and vibration under unlocked state. Under the locked state, the movable end 6.1 gets cross the equilibrium line and elastically moves upwards along d, then it acts on the sliding block 5 to elastically lock the jointer 4. As shown in Fig 8, in the process of unlocking, it acts on the swing rod 6 to overcome elastic force along d 'direction, so that the movable end 6.1 gests cross the equilibrium line; when the acting force is cancelled, the movable end 6.1 elastically moves downwards, the sliding block rotates along C ' direction; the locking notch 5.4 is disengaged from the lock catch shaft 4.1; under the pushing force of the trigger point 5.1, the lock catch shaft 4.1 is pushed out along a 'direction, the panel A is separated from the side plate B; then, the slid in block keeps unlocked state and prepares for the next self-locking.
A groove 5.3 is provided on the arc-shaped slideway 5.2 on the sliding block 5; in the locked state, when the jointer (4) is forcibly separated along a"
direction or the acting force is excessive, the sliding block 5 will rotate for a distance along C' direction, the swing rod sliding rivet 14 of the movable end 6.1 will fall into the groove 5.3, so as to prevent it from further movement and lead to unlocking, and prevent misoperation which may cause separation of panel A from side plate B;
when the acting force is cancelled, the movable end 6.1 returns to the original position under the action of elast:c force, the sliding block 5 recovers the elastic locking on the lock catch shaft 4.1.
The said sliding block 5 is made of steel metal through punch forming. A
locking notch 5.4 and an arc-shaped slideway 5.2 are respectively provided on both ends of the connection point. The connecting rod mechanism and the cam mechanism are used to realize locking operation. The swing rod 6 is designed as a cam. A
tool acting part 6.3 is provided on the surface of cam; through the tool 16, it acts on the tool acting part 6.3 and thus make transmission until the sliding block revolves or rotates, so that the unlocking and separation of jointer 4 is realized.
The elastic element 9 is a spring provided between the main plate 1 and the retaining plate 3. One end of spring is connected with the swing rod sliding rivet 14 on the movable end 6.1, and another end is provided with a hook part 9.1 which is designed to hang and buckle the main plate 1. It is determined without doubt, the locking separation mechanism is integrally assembled on the main plate 1 to improve the integrity and facilitate disassembly and assembly.
As shown in Fig 10-14, the height regulating element 8 is an eccentric wheel, an eccentric column 8.1 is protruded on its one side, a tool acting part 8.2 is provided on the another side; a rotation shaft through hole 1.1 and a strip hole 1.2 are provided on the main plate 1; the cover plate rivet 11 is inserted into the rotor shaft through hole 1.1, so that the rotational assembly of main plate in the disassembly and assembly regulating device C is realized; the strip hole 1.2 is horizontally provided, and its width is slightly greater than the diameter of the eccentric column 8.1; the eccentric column 8.1 is inserted into the strip hole 1.2, when the height regulating element 8 is rotated, the eccentric column 8.1 of the height regulating element 8 makes eccentric rotation movement in the rotation shaft through hole 1.1 of main plate 1, so as to drive the main plate(1) to make arc-shaped movement around the rotation shaft through hole 1.1 and thus drives the jointer 4 to make up/down movement. Wave strips are provided on the circumstance of the height regulating element 8, so as to enable the user to feel the gear position regulation in rotating the height regulating element 8 in addition to preventing it from making independent rotation and making positioning on the regulation height; the height regulating element 8 always keeps position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device, and does not generate displacement in the regulation process. As shown in Fig 13, when the main plate 1 is in horizontal state, the eccentric column 8.1 is placed on the left end or right end of the strip hole 1.2; as shown in Fig 12, when the eccentric column 8.1 has rotated to the lowest position, the jointer 4 is downwards regulated to the lowest position; as shown in Fig 14, when the eccentric column has rotated to the highest position, the jointer 4 is upwards regulated to the highest position. Under the action of gravity, the front jointer 4 always keeps vertical state. Therefore, the height regulation does not affect the gradient of panel, and esthetic appearance is ensured.
As shown in Figs 15-18, threads are provided on the left/right regulating element and are connected with the bolt holes 1.3 on the main plate 1 and penetrate the main plate 1; one end of the left/right regulating element 10 is designed as step circle structure; a tool acting part 10.1 is also provided on this end;
both ends of the left/right regulating element 10 respectively abut on the cover plate 2
In specific, as shown in Figs 5-6, the sliding block 5 is assembled on the main plate 5 through the sliding block f retaining rivet 13 and can rotate around the sliding block retaining rivet 13 as connection point; an open locking notch 5.4 in half- capsule shape is provided on the sliding block 5, two sides of the locking notch 5.4 vary in length, the longer side faces outwards and a trigger point 5.1 is provided on this side; the jointer 4 is designed as steel metal bent in "U"
shape, and spanning lock catch shaft 4.1 is provided on both bent sides. As shown in Fig 8, when locking is needed, the jointer 4 is inserted along the direction of a, the lock catch shaft 4.1 enters the horizontal guide slideway b provided on the main plate 1, touches and pushes the trigger point 5.1, drives the sliding block 5 to rotate along the C direction, then the locking notch 5.4 also rotates accordingly; wherein one short side of the locking notch 5.4 seals the lock catch shaft 4.1, and finally the lock catch shaft 4.1 simultaneously falls into the locking notch 5.4 and the guide slideway 4 to realize positioning locking.
The specific locking principle: the sliding block 5 is provided with an arc-shaped slideway connected with one end of the swing rod 6 through the swing rod sliding rivet 14, this end part is a movable end 6.1, which is designed to make back-and-forth movement in the arc-shaped slideway 5.2 under the positioning action of the swing rod sliding rivet 14; another end of the swing rod 6 is rotationally connected in the main plate 1 through the swing rod retaining rivet 15, and this end part is a rotational end 6.2;the elastic element 9 has elastic action on the movable end 6.1 and the main plate 1; through transmission, the sliding block is assigned with elasticity and elastically locks the lock catch shaft 4.1 and thus prevents the jointer 4 from getting loose. When the sliding block retaining rivet 13, the swing rod sliding rivet 14 and the fixing end of elastic elements are arranged on a same straight line, the swing rod 6 does not rotate although it receives elastic force. This straight line can be regarded as an equilibrium line;
when it crosses the equilibrium line, the swing rod 6 makes elastic rotation;
under unlocked state, the movable end 6.1 is below the equilibrium line, namely elastically downward, through transmission, the sliding block 5 is elastically positioned to facilitate locking and effectively remove the noise and vibration under unlocked state. Under the locked state, the movable end 6.1 gets cross the equilibrium line and elastically moves upwards along d, then it acts on the sliding block 5 to elastically lock the jointer 4. As shown in Fig 8, in the process of unlocking, it acts on the swing rod 6 to overcome elastic force along d 'direction, so that the movable end 6.1 gests cross the equilibrium line; when the acting force is cancelled, the movable end 6.1 elastically moves downwards, the sliding block rotates along C ' direction; the locking notch 5.4 is disengaged from the lock catch shaft 4.1; under the pushing force of the trigger point 5.1, the lock catch shaft 4.1 is pushed out along a 'direction, the panel A is separated from the side plate B; then, the slid in block keeps unlocked state and prepares for the next self-locking.
A groove 5.3 is provided on the arc-shaped slideway 5.2 on the sliding block 5; in the locked state, when the jointer (4) is forcibly separated along a"
direction or the acting force is excessive, the sliding block 5 will rotate for a distance along C' direction, the swing rod sliding rivet 14 of the movable end 6.1 will fall into the groove 5.3, so as to prevent it from further movement and lead to unlocking, and prevent misoperation which may cause separation of panel A from side plate B;
when the acting force is cancelled, the movable end 6.1 returns to the original position under the action of elast:c force, the sliding block 5 recovers the elastic locking on the lock catch shaft 4.1.
The said sliding block 5 is made of steel metal through punch forming. A

The elastic element 9 is a spring provided between the main plate 1 and the retaining plate 3. One end of spring is connected with the swing rod sliding rivet 14 on the movable end 6.1, and another end is provided with a hook part 9.1 which is designed to hang and buckle the main plate 1. As shown in Fig 10-14, the height regulating element 8 is an eccentric wheel, an eccentric column 8.1 is protruded on its one side, a tool acting part 8.2 is provided on the another side; a rotation shaft through hole 1.1 and a strip hole 1.2 are provided on the main plate 1; the cover plate rivet 11 is inserted into the rotor shaft through hole 1.1, so that the rotational assembly of main plate in the disassembly and assembly regulating device C is realized; the strip hole 1.2 is horizontally provided, and its width is slightly greater than the diameter of the eccentric column 8.1; the eccentric column 8.1 is inserted into the strip hole 1.2, when the height regulating element 8 is rotated, the eccentric column 8.1 of the height regulating element 8 makes eccentric rotation movement in the rotation shaft through hole 1.1 of main plate 1, so as to drive the main plate(1) to make arc-shaped movement around the rotation shaft through hole 1.1 and thus drives the jointer 4 to make up/down movement. Wave strips are provided on the circumstance of the height regulating element 8, so as to enable the user to feel the gear position regulation in rotating the height regulating element 8 in addition to preventing it from making independent rotation and making positioning on the regulation height; the height regulating element 8 always keeps position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device, and does not generate displacement in the regulation process. As shown in Fig 13, when the main plate 1 is in horizontal state, the eccentric column 8.1 is placed on the left end or right end of the strip hole 1.2; as shown in Fig 12, when the eccentric column 8.1 has rotated to the lowest position, the jointer 4 is downwards regulated to the lowest position; as shown in Fig 14, when the eccentric column has rotated to the highest position, the jointer 4 is upwards regulated to the highest position. Under the action of gravity, the front jointer 4 always keeps vertical state. Therefore, the height regulation does not affect the gradient of panel, and esthetic appearance is ensured.
As shown in Figs 15-18, threads are provided on the left/right regulating element and are connected with the bolt holes 1.3 on the main plate 1 and penetrate the main plate 1; one end of the left/right regulating element 10 is designed as step circle structure; a tool acting part 10.1 is also provided on this end;
both ends of the left/right regulating element 10 respectively abut on the cover plate 2
10 and the inner wall of fixing plate 3, so it always keeps left/right position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device C.
Therefore, it is feasible to realize the left/right regulation of main plate 1 by rotating the left/right regulating element 10. With the axial line as benchmark, in the anticlockwise rotation of left/right regulating element 10, the main plate drives the jointer 4 make leftwards regulation, with the maximal regulation distance being d3; in the clockwise rotation of the regulating element 10, the main plate 1 drives the jointer 4 to make rightwards regulation, with the maximal regulation distance being d4.
The sliding block 5, the swing rod 6, the height regulating element 8 and the left/right regulating element are placed between the main plate 1 and the cover plate 2; strip holes are provided on the cover plate 2 corresponding to the swing rod 6 and the tool acting part of The left/right regulating element 10, regulation hole is provided corresponding to the height regulating element 8, strips corresponding to the circumstance of the height regulating element 8 are locally provided on the inner wall of the regulating hole; the swing rod 6, the height regulating element 8 and the tool acting part of left/right regulating element are always exposed. Furthermore, these holes are cross holes. The corresponding tool 16 is cross screwdriver. It is obvious that the tool 16 can respectively complete unlocking, up/down regulation and left/right regulation.
The operation is very convenient and simple. In addition, corresponding to different tools 16, corresponding shape changes can be made in various tool acting parts.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described above. All the simple modifications or transformations made by those skilled in the art to these embodiments fall within the claims of the present invention.
Therefore, it is feasible to realize the left/right regulation of main plate 1 by rotating the left/right regulating element 10. With the axial line as benchmark, in the anticlockwise rotation of left/right regulating element 10, the main plate drives the jointer 4 make leftwards regulation, with the maximal regulation distance being d3; in the clockwise rotation of the regulating element 10, the main plate 1 drives the jointer 4 to make rightwards regulation, with the maximal regulation distance being d4.
The sliding block 5, the swing rod 6, the height regulating element 8 and the left/right regulating element are placed between the main plate 1 and the cover plate 2; strip holes are provided on the cover plate 2 corresponding to the swing rod 6 and the tool acting part of The left/right regulating element 10, regulation hole is provided corresponding to the height regulating element 8, strips corresponding to the circumstance of the height regulating element 8 are locally provided on the inner wall of the regulating hole; the swing rod 6, the height regulating element 8 and the tool acting part of left/right regulating element are always exposed. Furthermore, these holes are cross holes. The corresponding tool 16 is cross screwdriver. It is obvious that the tool 16 can respectively complete unlocking, up/down regulation and left/right regulation.
The operation is very convenient and simple. In addition, corresponding to different tools 16, corresponding shape changes can be made in various tool acting parts.

Claims (10)
1. A disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel, comprising a side plate(B) provided with a disassembly and assembly regulating device(C), a panel(A) is provided with a jointer (4) locked with the disassembly and assembly regulating device(C) and realizes its connection with side plate, characterized in that, a locking separation mechanism which is at least composed of a sliding block(5), a swing rod(6) and an elastic element(9) is provided in the disassembly and assembly regulating device(C), wherein the sliding block(5), the swing rod(6) and the elastic element(9) are respectively assembled on the main plate(1); under the action of elastic force, the jointer(4) is locked by the sliding block(5), in the locked state, by acting on the swing rod(6), the disassembly and assembly regulating device can realize the unlocking separation of the jointer(4); in addition, the disassembly and assembly regulating device is also provided with a height regulating element(8) and a left/right regulating element(10), which respectively act on the main plate to make arc-shaped movement and left/right swing, so as to drive the jointer(4) to make up/down movement and left/right movement and thus realize the up/down and left/right regulation of the panel(A).

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) of claim 1, characterized in that, the sliding block (5) is provided on the main plate (1) and rotates around the connection point; a locking notch(5.4) is provided on the sliding block(5), a trigger point(5.1) is provided on one side of the locking notch(5.4); the jointer (4) is a sheet metal part bent into "U" shape, a spanning lock catch shaft (4.1) is provided on two bent side ends; the lock catch shaft(4.1) enters a guide slideway(b) provided on the main plate and acts on the trigger point(5.1) to drive the sliding block(5) to rotate, the locking notch(5.4) also rotates accordingly and finally locks the lock catch shaft(4.1).

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) of claim 2, characterized in that, the sliding block (5) is provided with an arc-shaped slideway connected with one end of the swing rod (6), this end part is designed to make back-and-forth movement in the arc-shaped slideway(5.2);
another end of the swing rod (6) is rotationally connected in the main plate(1); the elastic element (9) has elastic action on the movable end (6.1) of the swing rod (6) and the main plate (1); through transmission, the sliding block(5) is assigned with elasticity and elastically locks the lock catch shaft(4.1).

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) disclosed in any of claims 1-4, characterized in that, the sliding block(5) is at least made of sheet metal through punch forming, with locking notch(5.4) and arc-shaped sideway (5.2) respectively provided on its both ends; the swing rod (6) is at least designed as a cam, a tool acting part (6.3) is provided on the surface of swing rod; through the tool (16), the swing rod acts on the tool acting part (6.3) and thus transmits force until the sliding block(5) revolves or rotates, so as to realize the unlocking and separation of the jointer; the elastic element (9) is at least designed as a spring, one end of spring is connected with the movable end (6.1) of the swing rod (6), and a hook part ( 9.1) used to buckle the main plate (1) is provided on another end.

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) of claim 1 ,characterized in that, the height regulating element (8) is at least designed as an eccentric wheel, wherein an eccentric wheel column(8.1) is protruded on one side of the eccentric wheel, and a tool acting part (8.2) is provided on another side; a rotation shaft through hole(1.1) and a strip hole (1.2) are provided on the main plate (1); the eccentric column(8.1) is inserted into the strip hole (1.2), when the height regulating element (8) is rotated, the eccentric column (8.1) of the height regulating element (8) makes eccentric rotation movement in the rotation shaft through hole(1.1) of main plate (1), so as to drive the main plate(1) to make arc-shaped movement around the rotation shaft through hole(1.1).
7. The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) of claim 6, characterized in that, wave or zigzag strips are provided on the periphery of the height regulating element (8), so as to enable the user to feel the gear position regulation in rotating the height regulating element in addition to preventing it from independent rotation; the height regulating element (8) always keeps position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device (C).

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) of claim 1, characterized in that, threads are provided on the left/right regulating element (10) and are connected with the bolt holes (1.3) on the main plate and penetrate the main plate (1); the left/right regulating element (10) is rotated to realize the left/right regulation of main plate (1).

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) of claim 8, characterized in that, one end of the left/right regulating element (10) is designed as step circle, a tool acting part (10.1) is provided on this end part; the left/right regulating element (1) always keeps the left/right position unchanged relative to the disassembly and assembly regulating device(C).

The disassembly and assembly regulating device used for drawer panel(C) as disclosed in any of claims 5, 7 and 9, characterized in that, the surface of the disassembly and assembly regulating device(C) is composed of a cover plate(2) and a fixing plate (3) in coordinated assembly; the main plate (1) is placed between the cover plate(2) and the fixing plate (3), which do not contact each other in idle state; the main plate (1) is rotationally provided through the cover plate rivets(11); the elastic element (9) is placed between the main plate (1) and the fixing plate (3); the sliding block(5), the swing rod (6), the height regulating element (8) and the left/right regulating element (10) are placed between the main plate (1) and the cover plate(2); strip holes are provided on the cover plate (2) corresponding to the swing rod (6) and the tool acting part of the left/right regulating element (10), regulation hole is provided corresponding to the height regulating element (8), strips corresponding to the circumstance of the height regulating element (8) are locally provided on the inner wall of the regulating hole; the swing rod (6), the height regulating element (8) and the tool acting part of left/right regulating element (10) are always exposed.
