Abstract
Disclosed is a multifunctional safety device for an automobile seat, the device comprising a retractor, a safety belt (1) movably sleeved and equipped with a first buckle (2), a first buckle groove (3) arranged at the joint of an automobile seat back (4) and a seat cushion (5) and clamped with the first buckle (2) in a matched way when a passenger is in the sitting state, and a second buckle groove (6) arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion (5) or arranged to be close to the seat cushion (5) and clamped with the first buckle (2) in a matched way when the passenger is in the lying state or in the article storage process, wherein the arranged length of the safety belt (1) is defined in a way that the first buckle (2) and the second buckle groove (6) can be clamped in a matched way. Due to the adoption of the multifunctional safety device having a simple structure, a passenger feels more comfortable and safer when sitting or lying.

Field of the invention The present invention relates to a safety protection device for a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a multifunctional safety device and a vehicle seat equipped with the multifunctional safety device.
Description of the Related Art With the improvement of economic status of the society, in nowadays, more people are possessing a wide range of cars, and safety belts inevitably become one of the crucial accessories in the vehicles and are designed to provide safety protection measures for the passengers of a vehicle in unexpected accidents.
With the efforts of Volvo engineers in 1950s, vehicle safety belts have been developed into forms familiar to us today. PRC Patent No.
CN201040516Y discloses a vehicle safety belt, PRC Patent No.
CN100486840C discloses a safety belt device, and European Patent No.
EP2492157A1 also discloses a seat belt assembly.
However, those safety belt devices disclosed in the aforementioned patents generally provide safety protection only for a passenger in the sitting position. If the passenger is in the lying position, especially lying in a double seat to have a rest or the passenger can only stay in the lying position due to physical conditions, or an article is placed on the seat, as restricted by the buckle position of the safety belts and the installation position of the belts, the safety belts cannot provide the safety protection for the passenger in the lying position or the article placed on the seat, which is a potential hazard to the passenger safety and the article stabilization. Some technical solutions for solving the aforementioned problems usually add an independent device like a safety strap, which requires a complicated arrangement, adds the costs and deteriorates the sitting comfort. Meanwhile, the number of devices on the seat is too many and the layout becomes complicated, which arises the inconvenience of the passenger in using the seat, or when the article is placed on the seat, the action of pressing or squeezing on the safety belt will cause the wear-and-tear of the safety strap, which thus reduces the safety protection performance of the safety strap.
Though years of research, those skilled in the field discover that the vehicle safety belt device should be in the proper ranges to absorb the collision force, and meanwhile, the safety belt must be convenient to use and easy to adjust.
People always say that simple is always the best, so it is necessary to develop a multifunctional vehicle seat safety device featured in the technical effects of using the least devices to achieve the most functions and efficiencies under the prerequisite of being cost-effective and simple and convenient. Therefore, the vehicle safety belts in the prior arts need modifications and improvements to provide safety protections for the passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position, ensure the stabilization of the luggage placed on the unoccupied seat, and form a three-dimensional protection, in which the belts become arms for grasping in an emergency situation, thereby achieving an effective safety device with five-in-one functions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An objective of the present invention is directed to provide a multifunctional safety device for a vehicle seat, which has an improved safety protection performance of safety belts, is simple and convenient to use, has simplified structure, multifunction, high efficiency and comfort in use, and can provide safety protection for a passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position for having a rest or due to the physical conditions that require the passenger to stay lying on the back or on the side only, and additionally stabilize the luggage placed on the unoccupied vehicle seat.
In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the technical solution of the present invention provides a multifunctional safety device, which includes a retractor, a safety belt movably sleeved and fitted with a first fastener, a first fastener slot that is arranged at the junction of a backrest and a seat cushion and is matched and clamped with the first fastener when a passenger is in the sitting position, and a second fastener slot that is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion or close to the seat cushion and is matched and clamped with the first fastener when a passenger is in the lying position or an article is placed on the seat, in which the length of the safety belt is defined to allow the first fastener matched and clamped with the second fastener slot.
The multifunctional safety device according to the aforementioned technical solution realizes five functions at the same time, including when a passenger is in the sitting position, the first fastener movably secured to the safety belt is matched and clamped with the first fastener slot arranged at the junction of a backrest and a seat cushion to guarantee the safety of the passenger in the sitting position. When the passenger is in the lying position, the first fastener is matched and clamped with the second fastener slot arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion or close to the seat cushion to guarantee the safety of the passenger in the lying position. Additionally, when an article is placed on the seat, the multifunctional safety device provides stabilization and safety functions, and forms a three-dimensional protection inside the vehicle and the belt becomes the arms for grasping in an emergency situation, which has the beneficial effects that the multifunctional safety device can be used in the normal sitting position, guarantee the safety of the passenger in the lying position, or stabilize the article when placed on the seat, and improves the safety protection performance of the passenger in a sleeping position or lying on the back or on the side under special conditions. An objective of the present invention is directed to provide a multifunctional safety device for a vehicle seat, which has an improved safety protection performance of safety belts, is simple and convenient to use, has simplified structure, multifunction, high efficiency and comfort in use, and can provide safety protection for a passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position for having a rest or due to the physical conditions that require the passenger to stay lying on the back or on the side only, and additionally stabilize the luggage placed on the unoccupied vehicle seat.
In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the technical solution of the present invention provides a multifunctional safety device, which includes a retractor, a safety belt movably sleeved and fitted with a first fastener, a first fastener slot that is arranged at the junction of a backrest and a seat cushion and is matched and clamped with the first fastener when a passenger is in the sitting position, and a second fastener slot that is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion or close to the seat cushion and is matched and clamped with the first fastener when a passenger is in the lying position or an article is placed on the seat, in which the length of the safety belt is defined to allow the first fastener matched and clamped with the second fastener slot.

Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is providing a vehicle seat equipped with the multifunctional safety device, which can protect the safety of the passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position.
To solve the aforementioned technical problems, the technical solution of the present invention provides a vehicle seat, which includes a backrest and a seat cushion connected to the backrest. The 5 aforementioned multifunctional safety device is arranged at both the left and right sides of the backrest to become an integral car seat, which forms a three-dimensional protection space when used by a passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position.
The multifunctional safety device arranged at both the left and right 10 sides of the backrest has the beneficial effects that when the passenger is in the lying position, the position of the center of gravity and the legs are braced by the safety strap, so the safety of the passenger in the lying position can be protected no matter which side the head of the passenger is facing. The multifunctional safety device when applied to or installed on the vehicle seat will have a better effect, and can react with the breaking to tighten the safety belt by the use of a sensor inside the retractor, so as to tighten and consolidate the three-dimensional protection space provided by the multifunctional safety device and provide the restrain and stopping function and strengthen the protection force.
According to an improvement of the present invention, a multifunctional safety device is further arranged in the middle of the backrest, and the multifunctional safety device includes a safety strap, in which the safety strap includes a connecting end connected to the backrest and a free end equipped with a third fastener. When a passenger is in the sitting position, the third fastener is matched and clamped with the third fastener slot arranged at the junction of the seat cushion and the backrest, and when the passenger is in the lying position, the third fastener is matched and clamped with the fourth fastener slot arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion.
A safety belt is arranged in the middle of the backrest, which has the beneficial effects of providing further protection to the safety of the passenger in the sitting position and the lying position and meanwhile increasing the number of the occupants on the seat.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the fourth fastener slot is further connected to a second retractor belt, and the second retractor belt is fixed on the seat support bracket below the seat cushion.
The seat support bracket is further provided with a third hiding port for io accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the fourth fastener slot is further connected to a second retractor belt, and a seat support bracket is arranged below the seat cushion. The seat support bracket is further provided with a fourth hiding port for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot, and the connecting end of the second retractor belt is fixed in the fourth hiding port.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the connecting end of the safety strap is connected to a position A at the upper portion of the backrest or connected to a position B at the junction of the seat cushion and the backrest.
By connecting the connecting end of the safety strap to the position A at the upper portion of the backrest, when the passenger is in the sitting position, the safety strap braces the upper body downwardly from the shoulder, and thus the entire upper body is in the protection range of the safety belt. Additionally, by connecting the connecting end of the safety strap to the position B at the junction of the seat cushion and the backrest, the length of the safety strap is reduced and the cost is reduced. In addition, when the passenger is in the lying position, the safety strap relatively braces the passenger more tightly, which further provides the safety protection for the passenger in the lying position.
The multifunctional safety device and the vehicle seat according to the technical solution of the present invention are applied to provide the reduced costs, simple processing techniques, and the device has five functions at the same time and provides convenience, comfort and safety for the passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position. The space of the vehicle seat is effectively utilized. The article can be stably io placed on the seat, and the using lifespan of the safety belt is expended.
The device of the present invention is applicable to all sorts of safety belt devices, which include, but not limited to, safety belt devices for ordinary vehicles, alarm safety belt device, purely mechanical safety belt device, motor-driven, electronic controlled safety belt devices and so on.
Additionally, for the vehicle manufacturers, choosing the multifunctional safety device of the present invention has obvious commercial advantages and helps the successes in business.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
In Fig. 1, the multifunctional safety device for a vehicle seat includes a retractor, a safety belt 1 that is further provided with a strap adjuster 11 for adjusting the length of the safety belt 1 (as shown in Fig. 3) and movably sleeved and fitted with a first fastener 2, a first fastener slot 3 that is arranged at the junction of a backrest 4 and a seat cushion 5 and is matched and clamped with the first fastener 2 when a passenger is in the sitting position, and a second fastener slot 6 that is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion 5 or close to the seat cushion 5 and is matched and clamped with the first fastener 2 when a passenger is in the lying position or an article is placed on the seat, in which the length of the safety belt 1 is defined to allow the first fastener 2 matched and clamped with the second fastener slot 6, and the second fastener slot 6 (as shown in Fig. 4) is arranged at 1/3 from the left or right end of the seat cushion 5 along the transverse length direction of the seat cushion 5.
Two ends of the safety belt 1 are secured on the vehicle body close to the lateral side of the vehicle seat, and alternatively, as shown in Fig.
7, two ends of the safety belt 1 can be secured to the lateral side of the backrest 4, and the two ends of the safety belt 1 are respectively secured on the vehicle seat 101 via the C point 401 on the upper left part of the vehicle seatback 4 and the D point 402 on the lower left part of the vehicle seatback 4.
The safety belt 1 is further movably sleeved and fitted with a second fastener 102. When the first fastener 2 is matched and clamped with the second fastener slot 6, the second fastener 102 is matched and clamped with the first fastener slot 3, and in use, when the passenger needs to lie down, the first fastener 2 is matched and clamped with the second 5 fastener slot 6, and if the position of the center of gravity is not suitable for restraining the passenger, the second fastener 102 is matched and clamped with the first fastener slot, which further protects the safety of the passenger.
Furthermore, the second fastener slot 6 is further connected to 10 retractor belt 7, the connecting end 701 of the retractor belt 7 is fixed on the seat support bracket 8 below the seat cushion 5. The seat support bracket 8 is further provided with a first hiding port 9 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 6, as shown in Fig. 5. In Fig. 6, the first hiding port 9 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 15 6 can be arranged at the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion 4.
In the situation that the seat support bracket 8 is arranged below the seat cushion 5, the second fastener slot 6 is connected to the retractor belt 7, the seat support bracket 8 may be provided with a second hiding port 10 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 6, and the connecting end 701 of the retractor belt 7 is fixed in the second hiding port 10. Definitely, the second hiding port 10 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 6 can be arranged at the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion 4, and the connecting end 701 of the retractor belt 7 is fixed in the second hiding port 10, as shown in Fig. 6.
In Fig. 2, the vehicle seat includes a backrest 4 and a seat cushion 5 connected to the backrest 4. The multifunctional safety device is arranged at both the left and right sides of the vehicle seat, and when used by the passenger, an integral vehicle seat is formed to provide the three-dimensional protection space in either the sitting position or the lying position.
A multifunctional safety device 103 is further arranged in the middle of the backrest 4, and the multifunctional safety device 103 includes a safety strap 104. The safety strap 104 includes a connecting end 1041 connected to the backrest 4, and includes a free end 1042 that is equipped with a third fastener 12. When a passenger is in the sitting position, the third fastener 12 is matched and clamped with the third fastener slot 13 arranged at the junction of the seat cushion 5 and the backrest 4, and when the passenger is in the lying position, the third fastener 12 is matched and clamped with the fourth fastener slot 14 arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion 5 (as shown in Fig. 8). The fourth fastener slot 14 is further connected to the second retractor belt 1401, and the second retractor belt 1401 is fixed on the seat support bracket 8 below the seat cushion 5. The seat support bracket 8 is further provided with the third hiding port 15 for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot 14.
Alternatively, the fourth fastener slot 14 is further connected to the second retractor belt 1401, the seat support bracket 8 is arranged below the seat cushion 5, the seat support bracket 8 is further provided with the fourth hiding port 16 for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot 14 (as shown in Fig. 9), and the connecting end 1402 of the second retractor belt 1401 is fixed in the fourth hiding port 16.
As an variation, the second retractor belt 1401 is fixed at the bottom of the seat cushion 4 or below the seat cushion 4, the third hiding port 15 (as shown in Fig. 10) is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion 4 or below the seat cushion 4, which provide a better effect of hiding the fourth fastener slot 14.
In Fig. 2, the connecting end 1041 of the safety strap 104 is connected to a position A at the upper portion of the backrest 4 or connected to a position B at the junction of the seat cushion 5 and the backrest 4.
When the multifunctional safety device of the technical solution of the present invention is adopted and arranged on the vehicle seat, the multifunctional safety device provides the beneficial effects including providing protection against the reduced speed during the sudden stop so as to avoid the passenger in the lying position or the article colliding with the front seat, or tripping on the floor; distribution of the apparent force;
in providing a further buffer to the apparent force through the extension of the safety belt; preventing the lying passenger or article ejected from the vehicle; and forming a three-dimensional protection space, which offers a comprehensive protection and the restrain and stopping functions are distinctive, and the safety belts can function as the arms.
The embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in accompanying with the drawings; however, it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments and can be modified and varied by those of ordinary skills in the art without departing the scope of the present invention. For example, the multifunctional safety device of the present invention can be applied to the integral sitting and lying seat in a motorhome. Additionally, in Fig. 11, the safety belt 1 is sleeved with a fastener slot 17, so when the multifunctional safety belt or the fastener slot 17 is not in use, the fastener slot 17 slides close to the lower end of the safety belt 1 and stays in the imperceptible or hidden state, and when using the multifunctional safety belt or the fastener slot 17, especially when both the left and right sides of the vehicle seat are provided with the multifunctional safety device, the fastener slot 17 of the safety belt of the left multifunctional safety device may be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt on the right multifunctional safety device, so the seat forms a three-dimensional protection space, which improves the safety or maintains the article of a large size placed on the seat in the three-dimensional protection space and not departing from the seat cushion. Definitely, the fastener slot of the safety belt of the right multifunctional safety device can be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt of the left multifunctional safety device, or the safety belt of the multifunctional safety device at either or both the left or the right sides is sleeved with the fastener slot 17.
In an alternative variation, the fastener slot arranged close to the left end of the bottom of the seat cushion can be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt on the multifunctional safety device at the right side of the seat, or otherwise, the fastener slot arranged close to the right end of the bottom of the seat cushion the bottom can be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt on the multifunctional safety device at the left side of the seat. In this manner, the passenger can choose which slot to be clamped with the fastener according to the self body size and comfort, so the adaptability of the fastener is expanded and meanwhile the comfort of the passenger is improved. Furthermore, when the safety belt of the invention is extended to a certain length threshold, zo the safety belt is restricted to retract toward the retractor only and cannot be further extended, and forms a stable three-dimensional protection space and is reliable when functions as the arms. This structure arrangement is also applicable to all the aforementioned technical solutions.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the io connecting end of the retractor belt is fixed in the first hiding port, which allows the retractor belt together with the second fastener slot to be accommodated in the hiding port, and realizes a chic appearance and expands the moving space of the passenger.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion is further provided with a second hiding port for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the connecting end of the retractor belt is fixed in the second hiding port.
The second fastener slot is connected to a retractor belt, and a zo connecting end of the retractor belt is fixed on the seat support bracket below the seat cushion, and the seat support bracket or the lateral side of the bottom of seat cushion is further provided with a hiding port for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot.
The second fastener slot can be directly secured or connected to the retractor belt, and the connecting end of the retractor belt is fixed to the seat support bracket under the seat cushion. The functions of the seat support bracket mainly include giving support to the seat cushion. The seat support bracket is further provided with a hiding port for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot, which allows the second fastener slot connected to retractor belt tucked in the hiding port when the safety belt is not in use, and thus the second fastener slot is accommodated and hidden to offer the chic appearance without occupying the space. In addition, the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion may be provided with a hiding port for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot, which offers a better chic appearance and facilitates the expansion of the moving space of the passenger.
The second fastener slot is connected to the retractor belt, and the seat support bracket is arranged below the seat cushion. The seat support bracket or the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion is further provided with a hiding port for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot, and the connecting end of the retractor belt is fixed in the second hiding port.
The connecting end of the retractor belt is fixed in the hiding port, and this structure arrangement has the effects that when the second fastener slot is not in use, the second fastener slot with the retractor belt is hidden away from appearance, which saves the space inside the vehicle, provides the convenience for the passenger to change positions and prevents hooking the clothes.
According to an improvement of the present invention, the safety belt is further provided with a strap adjuster for adjusting the length of the safety strap according to the body size of the passenger.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is providing a vehicle seat equipped with the multifunctional safety device, which can protect the safety of the passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
In Fig. 1, the multifunctional safety device for a vehicle seat includes a retractor, a safety belt 1 that is further provided with a strap adjuster 11 for adjusting the length of the safety belt 1 (as shown in Fig. 3) and movably sleeved and fitted with a first fastener 2, a first fastener slot 3 that is arranged at the junction of a backrest 4 and a seat cushion 5 and is matched and clamped with the first fastener 2 when a passenger is in the sitting position, and a second fastener slot 6 that is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion 5 or close to the seat cushion 5 and is matched and clamped with the first fastener 2 when a passenger is in the lying position or an article is placed on the seat, in which the length of the safety belt 1 is defined to allow the first fastener 2 matched and clamped with the second fastener slot 6, and the second fastener slot 6 (as shown in Fig. 4) is arranged at 1/3 from the left or right end of the seat cushion 5 along the transverse length direction of the seat cushion 5.
Two ends of the safety belt 1 are secured on the vehicle body close to the lateral side of the vehicle seat, and alternatively, as shown in Fig.
7, two ends of the safety belt 1 can be secured to the lateral side of the backrest 4, and the two ends of the safety belt 1 are respectively secured on the vehicle seat 101 via the C point 401 on the upper left part of the vehicle seatback 4 and the D point 402 on the lower left part of the vehicle seatback 4.
The safety belt 1 is further movably sleeved and fitted with a second fastener 102. When the first fastener 2 is matched and clamped with the second fastener slot 6, the second fastener 102 is matched and clamped with the first fastener slot 3, and in use, when the passenger needs to lie down, the first fastener 2 is matched and clamped with the second 5 fastener slot 6, and if the position of the center of gravity is not suitable for restraining the passenger, the second fastener 102 is matched and clamped with the first fastener slot, which further protects the safety of the passenger.
Furthermore, the second fastener slot 6 is further connected to 10 retractor belt 7, the connecting end 701 of the retractor belt 7 is fixed on the seat support bracket 8 below the seat cushion 5. The seat support bracket 8 is further provided with a first hiding port 9 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 6, as shown in Fig. 5. In Fig. 6, the first hiding port 9 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 15 6 can be arranged at the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion 4.
In the situation that the seat support bracket 8 is arranged below the seat cushion 5, the second fastener slot 6 is connected to the retractor belt 7, the seat support bracket 8 may be provided with a second hiding port 10 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 6, and the connecting end 701 of the retractor belt 7 is fixed in the second hiding port 10. Definitely, the second hiding port 10 for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot 6 can be arranged at the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion 4, and the connecting end 701 of the retractor belt 7 is fixed in the second hiding port 10, as shown in Fig. 6.
In Fig. 2, the vehicle seat includes a backrest 4 and a seat cushion 5 connected to the backrest 4. The multifunctional safety device is arranged at both the left and right sides of the vehicle seat, and when used by the passenger, an integral vehicle seat is formed to provide the three-dimensional protection space in either the sitting position or the lying position.
A multifunctional safety device 103 is further arranged in the middle of the backrest 4, and the multifunctional safety device 103 includes a safety strap 104. The safety strap 104 includes a connecting end 1041 connected to the backrest 4, and includes a free end 1042 that is equipped with a third fastener 12. When a passenger is in the sitting position, the third fastener 12 is matched and clamped with the third fastener slot 13 arranged at the junction of the seat cushion 5 and the backrest 4, and when the passenger is in the lying position, the third fastener 12 is matched and clamped with the fourth fastener slot 14 arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion 5 (as shown in Fig. 8). The fourth fastener slot 14 is further connected to the second retractor belt 1401, and the second retractor belt 1401 is fixed on the seat support bracket 8 below the seat cushion 5. The seat support bracket 8 is further provided with the third hiding port 15 for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot 14.
Alternatively, the fourth fastener slot 14 is further connected to the second retractor belt 1401, the seat support bracket 8 is arranged below the seat cushion 5, the seat support bracket 8 is further provided with the fourth hiding port 16 for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot 14 (as shown in Fig. 9), and the connecting end 1402 of the second retractor belt 1401 is fixed in the fourth hiding port 16.
As an variation, the second retractor belt 1401 is fixed at the bottom of the seat cushion 4 or below the seat cushion 4, the third hiding port 15 (as shown in Fig. 10) is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion 4 or below the seat cushion 4, which provide a better effect of hiding the fourth fastener slot 14.
In Fig. 2, the connecting end 1041 of the safety strap 104 is connected to a position A at the upper portion of the backrest 4 or connected to a position B at the junction of the seat cushion 5 and the backrest 4.
When the multifunctional safety device of the technical solution of the present invention is adopted and arranged on the vehicle seat, the multifunctional safety device provides the beneficial effects including providing protection against the reduced speed during the sudden stop so as to avoid the passenger in the lying position or the article colliding with the front seat, or tripping on the floor; distribution of the apparent force;
in providing a further buffer to the apparent force through the extension of the safety belt; preventing the lying passenger or article ejected from the vehicle; and forming a three-dimensional protection space, which offers a comprehensive protection and the restrain and stopping functions are distinctive, and the safety belts can function as the arms.
The embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in accompanying with the drawings; however, it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments and can be modified and varied by those of ordinary skills in the art without departing the scope of the present invention. For example, the multifunctional safety device of the present invention can be applied to the integral sitting and lying seat in a motorhome. Additionally, in Fig. 11, the safety belt 1 is sleeved with a fastener slot 17, so when the multifunctional safety belt or the fastener slot 17 is not in use, the fastener slot 17 slides close to the lower end of the safety belt 1 and stays in the imperceptible or hidden state, and when using the multifunctional safety belt or the fastener slot 17, especially when both the left and right sides of the vehicle seat are provided with the multifunctional safety device, the fastener slot 17 of the safety belt of the left multifunctional safety device may be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt on the right multifunctional safety device, so the seat forms a three-dimensional protection space, which improves the safety or maintains the article of a large size placed on the seat in the three-dimensional protection space and not departing from the seat cushion. Definitely, the fastener slot of the safety belt of the right multifunctional safety device can be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt of the left multifunctional safety device, or the safety belt of the multifunctional safety device at either or both the left or the right sides is sleeved with the fastener slot 17.
In an alternative variation, the fastener slot arranged close to the left end of the bottom of the seat cushion can be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt on the multifunctional safety device at the right side of the seat, or otherwise, the fastener slot arranged close to the right end of the bottom of the seat cushion the bottom can be matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt on the multifunctional safety device at the left side of the seat. In this manner, the passenger can choose which slot to be clamped with the fastener according to the self body size and comfort, so the adaptability of the fastener is expanded and meanwhile the comfort of the passenger is improved. Furthermore, when the safety belt of the invention is extended to a certain length threshold, zo the safety belt is restricted to retract toward the retractor only and cannot be further extended, and forms a stable three-dimensional protection space and is reliable when functions as the arms. This structure arrangement is also applicable to all the aforementioned technical solutions.
Claims (19)
1. A multifunctional safety device for a vehicle seat, comprising a retractor, a safety belt (1) movably sleeved and fitted with a first fastener (2), a first fastener slot (3) that is arranged at the junction of a backrest (4) and a seat cushion (5) and is matched and clamped with the first fastener (2) when a passenger is in the sitting position, and a second fastener slot (6) that is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion (5) or close to the seat cushion (5) and is matched and clamped with the first fastener (2) when a passenger is in the lying position or an article is placed on the seat, in which the length of the safety belt (1) is defined to allow the first fastener (2) matched and clamped with the second fastener slot (6).
2. The multifunctional safety device of claim 1, wherein one end of the safety belt (1) is secured to the vehicle body close to the lower lateral side of the vehicle seat, and the other end of the safety belt (1) is connected to a retractor arranged inside the vehicle body close to the lateral side of the vehicle seat and is drawn out through an opening in the vehicle body close to the upper lateral side of the vehicle seat.
3. The multifunctional safety device of claim 1, wherein one end of the safety belt (1) is secured to the lateral side or the lower back of the backrest (4), and the other end is connected to the retractor arranged inside the vehicle seat or at the back of the seat and is drawn out through an opening in the lateral side or the upper back of the vehicle seat.
4. The multifunctional safety device of claim 3, wherein one end of the safety belt (1) is secured to a vehicle seat (101) via a D point (402) arranged inside the backrest (4) or in the lower left part of the back of the backrest (4), and the other end is drawn out through a C point (401) arranged inside the backrest (4) or in the upper left part of the back of the backrest (4).
5. The multifunctional safety device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the safety belt (1) is further movably sleeved and fitted with a second fastener (102), and when the first fastener (2) is matched and clamped with the second fastener slot (6), the second fastener (102) is matched and clamped with the first fastener slot (3).
6. The multifunctional safety device of claim 5, wherein the second fastener slot (6) is arranged at 1/3 from the left or right end of the seat cushion (5) along a transverse length of the seat cushion (5).
7. The multifunctional safety device of claim 5, wherein the second fastener slot (6) is further connected to a retractor belt (7), and the second fastener slot (6) is allowed to move freely in the length direction of the retractor belt (7).
8. The multifunctional safety device of claim 7, wherein a seat support bracket (8) is arranged below the seat cushion (5), and the seat support bracket (8) is further provided with a first hiding port (9) for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot (6).
9. The multifunctional safety device of claim 8, wherein a connecting end (701) of the retractor belt (7) is fixed in the first hiding port (9).
10. The multifunctional safety device of claim 7, wherein the lateral side of the bottom of the seat cushion (5) is further provided with a second hiding port (10) for accommodating and hiding the second fastener slot (6).
11. The multifunctional safety device of claim 10, wherein the connecting end (701) of the retractor belt (7) is fixed in the second hiding port (10).
12. The multifunctional safety device of any one of claims 1 to 4 or claims 6 to 11, wherein the safety belt (1) is further provided with a strap adjuster (11) for adjusting the length of the safety belt (1).
13. The multifunctional safety device of claim 12, wherein when the safety belt of the multifunctional safety device is extended to a certain length threshold, the safety belt is restricted to retract toward the retractor only and cannot be further extended.
14. A vehicle seat equipped with the multifunctional safety device of any one of claims 1 to 13, comprising a backrest (4) and a seat cushion (5) connected to the backrest, wherein the multifunctional safety device of any one of claims 1 to 13 is arranged at both the left and right sides of the vehicle seat to become an integral vehicle seat, which forms a three-dimensional protection space when used by a passenger in either the sitting position or the lying position.
15. The vehicle seat of claim 14, wherein a multifunctional safety device (103) is arranged in the middle of the backrest (4), and the multifunctional safety device (103) comprises a safety strap (104), in which the safety strap (104) comprises a connecting end (1041) connected to the backrest (4) and a free end (1042) equipped with a third fastener (12); when a passenger is in the sitting position, the third fastener (12) is matched and clamped with the third fastener slot (13) arranged at the junction of the seat cushion (5) and the backrest (4), and when the passenger is in the lying position, the third fastener (12) is matched and clamped with a fourth fastener slot (14) arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion (5).
16. The vehicle seat of claim 15, wherein the fourth fastener slot (14) is further connected to a second retractor belt (1401) which is fixed on a seat support bracket (8) below the seat cushion (5), in which the seat support bracket (8) is further provided with a third hiding port (15) for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot (14).
17. The vehicle seat of claim 15, wherein the fourth fastener slot (14) is further connected to a second retractor belt (1401), the seat support bracket (8) is arranged below the seat cushion (5) and is further provided with a fourth hiding port (16) for accommodating and hiding the fourth fastener slot (14), and the connecting end (1402) of the second retractor belt (1401) is fixed in the fourth hiding port (16).
18. The vehicle seat of any one of claims 15 to 17, wherein the connecting end (1041) of the safety strap (104) is connected to a position A at the upper portion of the backrest (4) or connected to a position B at the junction of the seat cushion (5) and the backrest (4).
19. The vehicle seat of claim 14, wherein the safety belt of the multifunctional safety device (1) is sleeved and fitted with a fastener slot (17), which allows the fastener slot (17) slide close to the lower end of the safety belt (1) and stays in the imperceptible or hidden state when the multifunctional safety belt (1) or the fastener slot (17) is not in use, and in use, the fastener slot (17) of the safety belt (1) of the left multifunctional safety device is matched and clamped with the fastener of the safety belt of the right multifunctional safety device, which forms a three-dimensional protection space for a passenger or an article of a large size placed on the seat.
