Abstract
Il existe de nombreuses circonstances dans lesquelles un trafic sensible au temps de propagation et un trafic non sensible au temps de propagation partagent un accès à un réseau de télécommunication. Le protocole TCP/IP est bien adapté pour la distribution du trafic non sensible au temps de propagation alors que le trafic sensible au temps de propagation utilise le protocole UDP/IP. Lorsqu'un trafic sensible au temps de propagation par paquets UDP/IP est en cours, le paramètre de retard ACK dans le protocole TCP/IP peut être réglé de façon que les paquets UDP puissent être insérés parmi les paquets TCP afin de réduire les collisions et le retard de bout en bout des paquets UDP.
