Abstract
This invention is intended to be used as a means of collecting in a disposable fashion dog feces. This devise having domed contoured collapsable sections that will operate in a partially circular motion (in the style of a vegetable steamer closing upon itself).
This will enclose the feces inside said enclosure. This is lined with a supply of bags consisting of 14 to 21 individual disposable bags. These bags shall have a securing means to completely seal them such as a tie string. The contoured collapsable sections shall be opened by a spring loaded means. Upon pushing the spring releasing switch on the handle the jaws will open, the bag is then secured around the outside of the jaws completing the sealed enclosure for the feces.
The unit is then placed over the feces. The collapsing sections are set to close as downward pressure is applied, securing it's contents inside. The bag is then sealed by the twist ties and covered with the cap to keep odour and leakage in. The handle on the top of the unit has a clipping unit to secure it to a belt. It may also have a telescoping handle to enable the operation to be done from a standing position making it unnecessary to bend or stoop to operate.
