Abstract
Copolymère élastomère comportant de 25 à 85 % en poids d'éthylène, de 15 à 75 % en poids d'une .alpha.-oléfine, et éventuellement jusqu'à 20 % en poids de diène. Ce copolymère est caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un coefficient de ramification constant (UBC) qui satisfait la relation (a). L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un tel copolymère élastomère, consistant à utiliser un catalyseur dont le facteur de réactivité est inférieur à 10.
