~ V~ ~Iq'~, October 3, 1997 To: The Commissioner of Patents at the C~nz1(1ian Intellectual Property Office Ottawa,Hull, KlA 0C9 From: David James Coster, 2715 Mt. Stephen Ave.,Victoria,B.C.,V8T 3L9 I, David James Coster formally request a c7~rl~diflr~ patent for the following:
-A squeeze bottle dispenser with rubber pad that enables one to apply lotion or cream to the hinder surface of hislher own body from neck to hip.
-The squeeze bottle dispenser with rubber pad is approximately 12 inches long, which is enough to enable one to reach all areas of his/her own back.
-The rubber pad is approximately two to four inches in diameter with a hole in the center where the lotion or cream emerges from.
-The rubber pad is furnished with a cap to secure the hole tight.
-The rubber pad is designed to help spread the lotion or cream uniformly over the surface of the human back.
-The rubber pad is attached to the dispenser bottle in such a manner that it can be easily removed to refill the dispenser bottle with more lotion or cream. As suggested on drawing.
-The rubber pad may not necessarily be manufactured of only rubber because othersynthetic substances may be suitable.
-The squeeze bottle may be manufactured of plastic or other suitable synthetic substances.
