Abstract

Méthode d'amélioration d'un réseau cellulaire existant. Le nouveau système peut fonctionner en tandem avec un réseau cellulaire existant, sans interruption de service pour les abonnés actuels et sans le remplacement d'appareils existants. Plus précisément, cela peut se faire en donnant la commande de toutes les voies de commande spécialisées dans chaque cellule à un second commutateur. Le second commutateur assure la commande de l'établissement des communications, permettant ainsi d'avoir plus d'une catégorie d'abonnés mobiles. Certains abonnés peuvent être desservis par le commutateur existant, et d'autres par le second commutateur.
