Abstract

BICO DISTRIBUIDOR DE CARGA BIFáSICA PARA REATORES DE LEITO FIXO. A presente invenção refere-se a um bico distribuidor de carga bifásica (1 O, 20, 30, 40 e 50), para utilização em reatores de leito fixo, utilizado para aumentar a área de dispersão da mistura e uniformizar a sua vazão em toda área do leito do reator. O dispositivo se constitui das seguintes partes básicas: uma pluralidade de barras de fixação e um tronco de cone defletor. Nas concretizações preferidas, os troncos de cones defletores (14, 24, 34, 44 e 54) podem ter mais de uma angulação para melhorar a distribuição e possuem uma pluralidade de orifícios (12, 22 e 46) ou rasgos (36) e uma pluralidade de direcionadores verticais (16 e 26), ou gaiola direcionadora (55), os quais permitem o direcionamento do fluxo da carga bifásica de modo a aumentar a área de dispersão da mistura e uniformizar a sua vazão, em toda área do leito do reator.
