Abstract
GENE QUIMÉRICO, VETOR DESIGNADO PARA TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE PLASTÍDEOS VEGETAIS, CÉLULA VEGETAL TRANSPLASTÔMICA, PLANTA TRANSPLASTÔMICA, PARTES COLHÍVEIS DE PLANTA, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PROTEÍNA DE INTERESSE EM CÉLULA VEGETAL E MÉTODOS DE PRODUÇÃO DE PEPTÍDEO. A presente invenção refere-se a construções e métodos de expressão de proteínas recombinantes no lúmen tilacóide de células vegetais transplastômicas. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a células vegetais transpiastômicas e plantas que expressam gene de interesse no lúmen tilacóide.CHIMERIC GENE, VECTOR DESIGNATED FOR TRANSFORMATION OF PLASTIDS PLASTIDS, PLASTOMIC PLANT CELL, TRANSPLASTOMIC PLANT, HARVEST PARTS OF PLANT, PRODUCTION METHOD OF PROTEIN OF INTEREST IN PLANT CELL AND METHODS OF PEPTIDE PRODUCTION. The present invention relates to constructs and methods of expressing recombinant proteins in the thylakoid lumen of transplastomic plant cells. Furthermore, the present invention relates to transplastomic plant cells and plants that express a gene of interest in the thylakoid lumen.
