Abstract
MéTODO PARA FERMENTAçãO DE L-LISINA USANDO UM HIDROLISADO áCIDO DE RAçãO DE SOJA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR L-LISINA A PARTIR DE UM PRODUTO CULTIVADO. é divulgado um método para a fermentação de L-lisina, usando um hidrolisado ácido de ração de soja como fonte orgânica de nitrogênio. O método compreende ajustar o pH do hidrolisado ácido de ração de soja a pH 2 ~ 4 antes de preparar o meio de cultura. Tais valores ajustados de pH permitem ser aumentado o nível de fermentação e a produção em açúcar da L-lisina em pelo menos 8% e pelo menos 7%, respectivamente, quando comparado com outros valores de pH.Method for L-Lysine Fermentation Using an Acid Soybean Feed Hydrochloride and Method for Producing L-Lysine From a Cultivated Product. A method for the fermentation of L-lysine using a soybean acid hydrolyzate as an organic source of nitrogen is disclosed. The method comprises adjusting the pH of the soybean acid hydrolyzate to pH 2-4 before preparing the culture medium. Such adjusted pH values allow the fermentation level and sugar production of L-lysine to be increased by at least 8% and at least 7%, respectively, when compared to other pH values.
