Abstract

MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE MATERIAIS PARA EMBALAGEM COM BAIXO ODOR A presente invenção provê um método para a produção de materiais para embalagens impressas com baixo odor, e o material da embalagem produzido pelo mesmo, O material da embalagem impressa da presente invenção é especialmente adequado para a embalagem de substâncias, como alimentos, remédios e cigarros, que requerem baixo odor das tintas de impressão. Neste processo a tinta impressa é ativada por exposição á radiação actínica, como luz UV, antes de um revestimento curável por radiação actínica ser aplicado. A exposição da tinta à luz UV reduz o conteúdo do solvente residual e odor do material da embalagem e aperfeiçoa a resistência de fricção e o brilho das imagens impressas. Além disso, a exposição do material da embalagem impressa à luz UV provê um adicional beneficio e redução da contagem microbial estendo a vida útil da substância embalada como alimentos ou remédios.
