Abstract

"SUSPENSõES CATALìTICAS PARA POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS, MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UM CATALISADOR EMéTODO PARA POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS". A presente refere-se a fornecidos um método para preparar um caralisador secado por atomização eum sistema catalítico secado por atomização de pouca espumação e baixa viscosidade para polimerização de olefinas. Em um aspecto, o método inclui preparar um sistema catalítico compreendendo um ou mais componentes selecionados do grupo que consiste em metalocenos, não-metalocenos a ativadores, adicionar óleo mineral ao sistema catalítico para formar uma suspensão, e adicionar um ou mais alcanos líquidos tendo três ou mais átomos de carbono à suspensão em uma quantidade suficiente para reduzir a espumação e a viscosidade da suspensão. Disclosed herein is a method for preparing an atomization-dried charaliser and a low viscosity, low-foam atomization-dried catalytic system for olefin polymerization. In one aspect, the method includes preparing a catalytic system comprising one or more components selected from the group consisting of metallocenes, nonmetallocenes to activators, adding mineral oil to the catalyst system to form a suspension, and adding one or more liquid alkanes having three or more carbon atoms to the suspension in an amount sufficient to reduce the foam and viscosity of the suspension. In one aspect, the catalytic system includes one or more catalysts selected from the group consisting of metallocenes, nonmetallocenes and a combination thereof where the catalytic system is spray dried. The system further includes mineral oil to form a suspension comprising the catalytic system, and one or more liquid alkanes having three or more carbon atoms in an amount sufficient to reduce the foam and viscosity of the suspension.
