Abstract

"PARISON OU RECIPIENTE RìGIDO FEITO DE PELO MENOS UMA RESINA POLIéSTER, E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM RECIPIENTE". A presente invenção relaciona-se com um parison e recipiente feito de uma composição de poliéster aromático com encruamento melhorado. A composição de poliéster exibe um baixo teor de DEG, uma razão de estiramento natural <10, um meio tempo de cristalização > 150 s a 200<198>C e compreende copolímero sulfomodificado. A invenção adicionalmente relaciona-se com um processo para produzir recipientes de pequeno volume. Comparado com poliésteres da técnica anterior, o poliéster da presente invenção exibe características superiores de estiramento, tal como uma razão de estiramento natural (NSR), que permite a produção de garrafas PET pequenas via parisons mais finos e mais longos. Tais parisons mais finos e mais longos melhoram a produção de recipientes pequenos devido a ciclos de resfriamento mais curtos.
