Abstract
"FLAPE DE INJETOR DE VIDA LONGA PARA JATOS-PROPULSãO DE AERONAVE". A presente invenção refere-se a um flape de injetor de vida longa para jatos-propulsão de aeronaves. Este flape é notável no sentido de ser composto de um corpo afunilado oco (10) achatado na direção transversal ao longo de linhas de geração geométricas retas (11), o corpo (10) formando uma parede fina (12) com uma espessura aproximadamente constante E, esta parede (12) compreendendo uma superfície interna contínua com um raio de curvatura igual a peio menos 2xE, a parede (12) sendo feita de um material compósito refratário composto de fibras de reforço (18) incrustadas em um matriz também feita de um material refratário, as fibras de reforço (18) sendo dispostas em uma pluralidade de camadas contínuas de fibras (18) empilhadas umas sobre as outras, as fibras (18a) de uma camada cruzando as fibras (18b) de qualquer camada adjacente.
