Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE MASSA DE CHOCOLATE E MáQUINA E INSTALAçãO COMPACTA PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE MASSA DE CHOCOLATE". A invenção se refere a um processo para fabricação de massa de chocolate, que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) pré-moagem a seco da matéria prima; b) concheamento do produto em uma concha de processamento intensivo de chocolate tipo 'U' (9), c) liquefação e resfriamento da massa de chocolate; d): moagem final da massa de chocolate.
