Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE MASSA DE CHOCOLATE E MáQUINA E INSTALAçãO COMPACTA PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE MASSA DE CHOCOLATE". A invenção se refere a um processo para fabricação de massa de chocolate, que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) pré-moagem a seco da matéria prima; b) concheamento do produto em uma concha de processamento intensivo de chocolate tipo 'U' (9), c) liquefação e resfriamento da massa de chocolate; d): moagem final da massa de chocolate. A invenção se refere ainda a uma máquina para processamento de massa de chocolate, de que compreende uma estrutura formada por uma concha em forma de U (9), um eixo agitador (12) no qual são articulados um braço fixo (10) e braços agitadores (11) para aumento do ciclo de exposição da massa seca de chocolate ao ar pré aquecido proveniente de ventilação forçada executada através de um ventilador de alta pressão (14), acionado por um motor elétrico dotado de resistência elétrica de aquecimento (13) a uma instalação compacta para processamento de massa de chocolate com a máquina acima."CHOCOLATE PASTA AND MACHINE MAKING PROCESS AND COMPACT PLANT FOR CHOCOLATE PASTA PROCESSING".
