Patente de Invenção: <B>"RESISTêNCIA ELéTRICA COM PELO MENOS DOIS PAINéIS DE CONTATOS DE CONEXãO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO COM PELO MENOS UM RECESSO, ASSIM COMO O PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO"<D>. Uma resistência de medição dependente de temperatura com massa pequena e por isso com tempo de resposta rápido apresenta uma pista condutora, a qual é munida de pelo menos dois painéis de contatos de conexão, esta é aplicada sobre um substrato de metal com uma película de isolamento (membrana) que se encontra em cima; uma parte da pista condutora atravessa em forma de ponte um recesso do substrato; a pista condutora é coberta de maneira seletiva, menos seus painéis de contatos de conexão, por meio de uma película de passivação.
