Abstract
"SISTEMA DE GASEIFICAçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL". A presente invenção fornece um forno de gaseificação de combustível que não necessita de controle especial de equilíbrio de pressão entre o forno de gaseificação e o forno de combustão, além de meios mecânicos para se manusear o meio de fluidificação, pode obter gases gerados estavelmente de qualidade elevada e que sejam capazes de realizar recuperação de energia de maneira eficiente. Proporciona também um forno de gaseificação integrado que é capaz de reduzir a corrosão no superaquecedor de vapor (tubos), etc. e é capaz de executar a geração de energia com eficiência mesmo quando for utilizado material de lixo combustível contendo cloro como meio combustível. O forno de gaseificação possui uma câmara de gaseificação (1) para fluidificar o meio de fluidificação de alta temperatura para formar o estrato fluidificado da câmara de gaseificação que possui uma interface e para gaseificar o combustível no estrato fluidificado da câmara de gaseificação, uma câmara de combustão de carvão (2) para fluidificar o meio de fluidificação de temperatura elevada para formar o estrato fluidificado da câmara de combustão de carvão que possui uma interface e carvão combustível gerado por gaseificação na câmara de gaseificação (1), no estrato fluidificado da câmara de combustão para aquecer o meio de fluidificação, e um primeiro dispositivo de recuperação de energia (109) para utilizar os gases gerados pela câmara de gaseificação (1) como combustível.
