Abstract

"SISTEMA TELEFôNICO CELULAR, E, PROCESSO PARA USO EM UM SISTEMA TELEFôNICO CELULAR PARA ATRIBUIçãO DE CANAIS DE TRáFEGO" Cada estação base (14) em um sistema telefônico celular inclui um dispositivo de medição de intensidade de sinal (30, 32) operável para sintonizar e fazer medições de intensidade do sinal não só nas frequências alocadas para outras células, mas também em suas próprias frequências alocadas. As medições (104) são feitas pelo dispositivo naquelas de suas próprias frequências tendo canais de tráfego inativos para obter uma indicação de interferência injetada de ligação superior. Uma penalidade de interferência é, então, atribuída (114) contra a interferência de ligação superior medida para aquelas frequências tendo mais de um número limite (110) de canais de tráfego inativos. As medições ajustadas para as frequências alocadas para a célula são, então, classificadas (118) em ordem relativa da interferência de ligação superior medida de canal de tráfego inativo (ajustado) medido de uma frquência de interferência menos interferida (ajustada) para uma frequência mais interferida (ajustada). Um canal de tráfego inativo é, então, selecionado para atribuição (120) no estabelecimento ou na transmissão da chamada da frequência menos interferida (ajustada).
