Abstract

''FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADO, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DO NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UM HOMóLOGO DA PROTEìNA ADA2 DE LEVEDURA, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE UM FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO E PRODUTO'' A presente invenção refere-se a fragmentos de ácido nucléico isolados que codificam todo ou uma parte substancial de um homólogo de planta de um adaptor de transcrição de ADA2 de levedura. A invenção também se refere à construção de genes quiméricos que codificam toda ou uma parte de um homólogo de planta de um adaptor de transcrição de ADA2 de levedura, na orientação de sentido ou anti-sentido, sendo que a expressão do gene quimérico resulta na produção de níveis alterados de um homólogo de planta de um adaptor de transcrição de ADA2 de levedura em uma célula hospedeira transformada. A invenção também se refere ao direcionamento ao alvo de ADA2 de planta a uma nova região de promotor mediante a adição de um domínio de ligação de DNA ou um domínio de interação de proteína-proteína, acarretando dessa maneira um nível mais elevado de expressão de gene.
