Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE SUPORTE ELáSTICO E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM SUPORTE ELáSTICO". Uma estrutura de suporte elástico e inteiriço (1) consistindo de um enchimento (3) em um material elasticamente deformável e coberto com uma camada de revestimento (4) em material laminar flexível. O enchimento(3) possui no seu interior pelo menos um elemento ornamental (5) sendo que a camada de revestimento (4) possui pelo menos uma zona oticamente transparente (7) através da qual o elemento ornamental citado é visível. A camada de revestimento (4) poderá ser formada por uma folha de material sintético uniformemente transparente feito opaco na zona complementar à zona oticamente transparente. Um processo de fabricação do suporte elástico citado assegura não só a inserção no enchimento (3) de pelo menos um elemento ornamental (5) como também o fornecimento sobre a camada (4) de revestimento de pelo menos uma zona oticamente transparente (7) através da qual o elemento ornamental (5) é visível. O elemento elástico inteiriço desta forma obtido além de confortável permite a verificação da presença da camada do enchimento em gel, e possui elementos ornamentais não sujeitos à danos e ao desgaste.
