Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"TROCADOR DE CALOR"<D>. No caso em que uma separação para separar uma entrada de passagem de gás de combustão 11 de uma saída de passagem de ar 16 é definida por uma placa 8 fixada por soldagem às superfícies de uma pluralidade de primeiras e segundas placas de transferência de calor (S1 e S2) em um trocador de calor 2, a durabilidade das partes soldadas são prevenidas de serem degradadas devido a uma carga F atuando sobre a placa 8 por uma pressão diferencial entre um gás de combustão e ar. Assim, uma placa de base de soldagem (26) é fixada por soldagem às superfícies de extremidade das primeiras e segundas placas de transferência de calor (S1 e S2) com a superfície frontal da placa de base de soldagem (26) soldada à superfície traseira de um flange de soldagem 28, que é formado curvando uma extremidade de uma placa 8 por ângulos retos e um flange de soldagem 27 tendo uma seção na forma de L é fixado por soldagem a um lado inferior de uma placa 8 e a superfície frontal da placa de base de soldagem 26. Correspondentemente, as partes soldadas são aumentadas em rigidez para facilitar concentração de tensão, assim aumentando a durabilidade.
